Been shopping here multiple times since moving to Georgia in late January 2024. The bakery items are good and fresh(purchased bread and fresh baked cookies so far), the deli meal I purchased was good and filling(chicken, black eyed peas and mac-n-cheese), good produce variety section for different cuisines. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful when assisting customers when purchasing groceries, locating items in the store and purchasing gas at the fuel pump(Ingles also adds the convenience of fuel points when purchasing groceries to help save money at the fuel pump). There is also a Starbucks at this location for coffee drinkers.

I loved this store! I even called back to compliment. I had to use the restroom & it was so clean. In public restrooms, that's not always a guarantee.😬 Now the prices aren't so great, but then again, every thing is higher these days.☹ I definitely will recommend this store to others!😁

This is what you can expect from the Deli. There is Absolutely No reason that Any food should have this much grease. Grease does Not make it better people. This, morning I eat breakfast there and the eggs were not fully cooked. Been shopping here for almost 25 years and this is the worst this store has been, ever.The Mgr is allowing this obviously.

They have my favorite snack for cheap. Earn 50 points per prescription you have, and each 100 points you get there is 10¢ off gas. Genuinely love it here. People are nice too, they're always helpful, sometimes in a bad mood but still helpful.

Clean store, friendly staff. I just can't stand the self checkout registers. Those machines are so finicky, not letting you put items except in one particular spot after scanning. Also the scanner is just slow in responding.

Recently visited Ingles in Griffin, GA and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Prices are competitive, and they have an impressively large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The meat and fish departments also offer a decent variety. What really stands out is their rewards program, which even extends to their fueling stations, giving you extra savings on both groceries and gas. Highly recommend Ingles for a comprehensive and cost-effective shopping experience.

Only place to get meats I enjoy cooking. There sub sandwiches are good as well with salad bar. I prefer watermelon & grapes with seeds. Nice clean store prices are upscale but worth it on certain items when you compare prices.

Keep an eye on what you pick up. I've had over 5 items (few different products and brands) purchased in bad quality because they're always having issues with their coolers and sometimes it seems they must just be leaving whole pallets of frozen items in the back to thaw and then refreeze.

I love the fact that bythat I can run in and grab something I need in a hurry. I have never had to wait in long lines. I gave them 4 stars because if you are trying to save money it's not the place to go for groceries. I only use them for quick grab things I need, bread because it's always fresh and drinks when they are on sale!

Staff is extremely rude. Management is extremely rude. They aren't trained in customer service, whatsoever. You can tell half the staff, including management is absolutely miserable. I'm sorry for your misfortunes, but it doesn't warrant the disgusting attitudes.

I love Ingles! The employees are always polite, and they have a wide variety of grocery items, fresh produce, and baked goods. Considering thay are well staffed and friendly, the prices equal understaffed and unfriendly big box stores.

Great store. It is my favorite place to shop for food or even stop by the deli for a meal. It stays pretty stocked and the staff is polite. Good place to find a variety of foods.

Ingles is a good choice to visit for your grocery shopping needs. It is a much better shopping experience than Walmart, and the shelves are always stocked. I only dropped 1 star because they can be a little expensive on some items.

I miss you my experience with the little girl that works in the deli. On a Sunday I went in and it was packed, she was the only one working the meat and cheese counter and she was rushed to say the least if she had other chores I'm not sure. But she waited on me with the kindest predisposition, took my order and shaved my daily meat to perfection. She is truly an asset. Even if she was overworked she did not put off her discontent onto her job or her customers. I wish I knew her name...

This place is clean and well organized. Good honest manager. It wouldn't take but a little fine tuning to get a 5 star rating once again! Hard working young people also, but most just don't converse or connect with the customer anymore! Yes, times change, but a kind word or warm smile can melt the coldest heart and is ALWAYS remembered by most customers!! Keep up the fine job!

Shop here alot,but lately the service has left alot to be desired,I was late night shopping when I git to the front everybody talking but no body actually working so I checked out 230 dollars worth of groceries by you scan afterwards I found doors locked on the side were my car was parked,, so you had to work late I did to!! This store is always clean. Chris has been the store manager here for years. He always speaks and makes customers feel welcome. There's always a good selection of groceries to choose from. It's a big chain store with the down home mom and pop store feeling to me. The pharmacy is the same way. I've only had 1 bad experience and as soon as it was known about I got a call saying the employee was being trained to correct the problem. The pharmacist wouldn't let the employee take the blame. He said it was his fault that the employee handled the situation as he did and he assured me he'd correct the problem with a little more training. There's not many people like that these days. So yeah overall this is a great place to shop.

Only shop for deals. Everyday prices are higher than other local grocery chains. Produce is better than Wal-Mart.
