Got the buffet it's $14.59 + tax.. around $17 total.. with the salad and dessert bar included.. they had fried chicken.. bbq pork chops and chicken fried steak.. I decided to eat the chicken fried steak with black eyed peas.. mashed potatoes and gravy.. turnip greens.. fried okra and baby carrots.. had banana pudding for dessert.. pretty good food and it wasn't very crowded.. service was good but a tad slow.. seating area was clean..Vegetarian options: You can get a vegetable plate here if desired.

WOW!WHAT GREAT FOOD!I haven't had breakfast that good out anywhere in years!!!We'll DEFINITELY be back AND it will be a deliberate stop every time in Tallapoosa!Thank you so much. Y'all are the REAL DEAL when it comes to country cookin'!I just wish I'd taken pictures of my eggs, bacon, grits & toast, and my husband's sausage, gravy and biscuits!

It was a pretty okay to mediocre experience; kind of like a good old-fashioned truck stop place, they ran out of grits for breakfast and had some loud unappealing So-called "music" loudly blaring out of the kitchen which was drowning out The Weather Channel television that I really wanted to hear and watch since I was sitting right in front of it. I too/also wish there were more places like this with buffets and salad bars and 24 hours would be a big huge plus also, The good old-fashioned truck stops are rapidly becoming a thing of the past because of the corporate giants starving them out.

Went to have dinner last night. I was informed it was buffet only. The croutons were stale,chicken was bland,and the Salisbury steak was cold.Thought I would give them 1 more chance.No breakfast, and the coffee was cold.I do not recommend.

In the past I've loved my trips through here. It's been several months since I have had a load coming through this way. Apparently things have changed and not for the better. The waitress I had had a really awful attitude. Other waitresses I saw seem to be just fine. She didn't greet me or even really talk to me other than to ask me what I wanted to drink. She never asked if everything was tasting OK or how I was doing. She didn't even tell me to have a good night when I paid the bill and tipped her. To top it off I'm not sure who's cooking now but the food is seriously lacking seasoning. Cornbread dressing was really dry, Black Eyed Peas which I normally love tasted like they came straight out of a can with no seasoning whatsoever. I will give them credit on the fact that the fried chicken was very good but I expect better from here.

Seriously lacking professionalism, culinary skill of any sort. Got there early why did 15 minutes for the food to be served. What can I say the fried Chicken was good the ham was burnt.Stir fried chicken was fair. The vegetables taste like fans and we're just dumped in the pots with no seasoning. Add more wafers than anyting. Just all-around a bad experience it's he was the best thing there. And on top of it the two dinners cost really seems like the whole kitchen was understaffed with clueless people working and running the kitchen. I was told and had good food there before but I'm telling you right now. I will never get that money or time back 😭

The worst $16 buffet I've ever experienced. Fried chicken old and cold, baked chicken too greasy, rice drenched in butter. The salad was the best thing I had and even that was just ok. Service sucked, had to seat myself and check myself out since waitress never brought me my check. Just a awful experience. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place again. Warning too anyone thinking of eating the buffet, DON'T DO IT!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Horrible restaurant!Watched a cook drop a piece of her dirty rag in the corn 'vat' and just keep going. Food was so old and grease soaked you couldn't eat it! We reported to the waitress, she did nothing!We were still charged 31 dollars and when I looked at the bank charge on line, the waitress gave herself a tip!Called the main office, gotta call back tomorrow, no managers there!DO NOT EAT HERE BAD FOOD AND THE WAITRESS IS A THIEF!NO STARS!!!!!

Well....What can I say, its Truck Stop Food!! The buffet is old, dried up and tired!!! Much like me!! Lol. I wanted a piece of chicken so I stopped in there one evening with a friend. I had the chicken and fried okra. The chicken was actually pretty good and so was the okra. Do I recommend the truck stop buffet???? No, but the chicken was good and the staff some of the best.

Traveling from TN to GA on highway 20, long day....seeking "breakfast for lunch" without really knowing our area...We took a chance on what sounds like a down home kind of place...AND IT WAS GREAT FOOD....great personalities serving food, and it was well cooked!I was a little apprehensive about eating at a gas station...but the Cafe is in the back, and we had a fantastic breakfast for lunch. I forgot the exit number...so watch for the billboards. WELL WORTH THE STOP❤❤

Been coming here for years, not anymore. The food is different now. It seems as if they are buying inferior cheaper grade products. The home fries were awful, and cold. The biscuits are awful now. The sausage gravy is nothing more than white pepper gravy and the sausage patties were old, over cooked and tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. And the cook in the back singing loudly is just as awful as the food. The waitresses all looked like they were mad and zero personality. We are no longer customers.
