I have to give this store a 3 star just because the cashier at this shift is shush as…… they have nice stuff and the rest of the staff is very nice and attentive but this lady here loves to ignore people and act like she’s being forced to be here and the worst part she is making me not come back here just so I don’t have to see her again

It’s 9:43 the doors are locked and the lady in the orange is screaming we closed. Smh… Closing time is 10pm. I am calling And sending this to your corporate tomorrow morning! Horrible service. They always close early. I never say anything but enough is enough. If you don’t want to work there get another job! She is killing your business!!

First thing you hear when you walk through the doors is “ Welcome to Family Dollar “ and you automatically fall in to the positive atmosphere of shopping while saving. Great customer service, great cashier attendants and a great manager team. Lastly the also have a stern but respectful Secruity staff on the clock from open till close to help ensure a peaceful shopping experience.

It was interesting. This is the first time that I have entered a dollar tree/family dollar combo store. They had a wide variety of products however the refrigerated section was low in supplies and there was a bottle of cream that expired on 8/8/22. I let the guys in the front know and it was pulled out. Hopefully they will go through the other food products.

How do you NOT have bags for the past 2 or so months...Who is the owner/regional director and why is this store not operating correctly and professionally? Why should employees have to tell customers repeatedly that the system is down, or you don’t have bags, or we are closed 6 hours before the the should be closed?Customers don’t care how you revamp a store if the service is not right! Get your store together OWNER and ensure its operating during the times you have obligated it to, train your team on customer service, and get some bags for customers to put their items in when they check out. And STOP having your employees face customers with your store not being aligned! The employees don’t care if you don’t!

Terrible customer service. The store looks much better since it’s gotten a makeover but they should also give their employees a makeover. They never speak and please don’t ask where an item is located, because you will get the “why are you bothering me” look! I went to the register to pay for my items and spoke to the young lady who was at the register and she barely spoke back, that was because she was more interested in her cell phone. As I was leaving, I asked another associate who’s the manager and he said that SHE was!!! Just sad!!! I drive right by this location now and go to Dollar General. It’s farther from my home, but at least they give better customer service.

I arrived at this Family Dollar on Sunday and it was closed. I checked the door for the hours and the hours were posted open til 8pm. It was 6pm. There was a store associate in the store who didn't immediately acknowledge me at the door but when I knocked she very rudely said we're closed. When I said the sign says open til 8, she said we're closed with more attitude, being very short with me. Confused I asked, why are you closed when the sign says open til 8. At that point she said there was emergency and we're closed with the same level of derision. I asked her name and she said Jowana. Absolutely unprofessional.

The employees here have obviously don’t care about their job. No one greeted me at all . Only one cashier working while the other pretended to stock and talk on her phone. The young lady who did ring me up said nothing to me and seemed to be preoccupied with her personal conversation on her cell phone. I asked for ice and she told me she would have to unlock the door , which is fine. Me waiting outside for ten minuets for her to unlock the freezer is not. I will never return to this store. If you don’t wanna work here why apply ?!?!?

There are a lot of crackheads and homeless that hang outside and around this family dollar. Please please be careful when going alone or at night. I have been going here for 4+ years and don't understand how nothing has ever been done about this. Overall, the store is OK. They have convenient items that you might need at last minute. But it always feels a little unorganized, dry, and grungy. Could use a makeover and some new employees who are actually at the counter when you go to checkout.

I seem to always go in when they're stocking shelves or reorganizing the store, so it seems to always be messy. It's by no means a Walmart but it does have just about anything you need. The staff is normally pleasant and helpful. The downside... No public potty.

I think this location is permanently closed. When I rode by a few days ago the doors were boarded up and today there was a sign on the door but no cars in the parking lot
