The workers here literally watched me in the checkout line and what no one wanted to Check me out. It took them like five minutes do your job. This is the most lazy ghetto store I have ever went to.

Very upset this morning. Their store hours say 8am is there open time but I live on this side of town and they are never ope. Until 9am. But this morning it's past 9am and the store is still closed. They even had two of there own employees standing outside in the cold that were on time. It's now 9:15am and they still have not opened. Several customers have came to the door and left. Which is lost of business for this store because they are not open on time. This is highly unprofessional. Especially having your own employees have to stand outside. Very disappointing.

Went in store to purchase carpet cleaner ,saw the price for 2:50 went to the cashier she stated it’s 2:75 and refused to respect the price the customer seen it for so I didn’t bother to purchase the item I left the item

This is by far the WORST STORE I have walked into. All employees are RUDE and very much GHETTO. The assistant manager BRANDON needs to be demoted because he honestly doesn't know how to control himself and the employees. The BIG 7 FOOT LADY never shuts up and just argue with customers. Ohh and NEVER NEVER NEVER trust the prices that are shown they just put items anywhere and when you go to the cash register a different price shows up... and BRANDON the assistant manager didnt honor the price AFTER I walked him to the aisle showing him the items are shown a different price. This store needs new management and employees need training

They have made a lot of improvements in the store as far as organization of the store as a whole. The alarm sensor in the back of the store is irritating. The sensor doesn't allow a customer to move around and look at items in that area of the store, with out the alarm going off constantly. There was a young lady working there that happily greeted every customer!

Gm. I went into family dollars on redan and s. Hairston around 8:20 this morning it was 2 customers including myself in the stoe. We were all there to buy sanitizer. The lady in front of the line bought about 15 boxes full of sanitizer wipes. I ask if there's anymore and he said he just sold them all to the customer. I ask didn't you think maybe we wer coming in the store for the same thing. Then he got very rude with me. And the other lady. She walked out. I tried to make him understand that as a supervisor it's a way to talk to your customers. He still continue to be rude. I ask his name. Then took a picture. And told him i would be calling corporate on the store. And on him. His name is Mrcus Price. One of the worst store cashier at family dollars

ANN...that was working today was far from welcoming and friendly. No hello. No smile. No thank for coming....rolled her eyes when the guest in front of me had to suspend her purchase....I mean u DID see Family Dollar on the application when u filled it out right?. Sorry u don't like your job...luckily i dont have to return THERE again...

I realized I had left my wallet all the way in Douglasville and tried to use my Samsung pay about three times and it wouldn't work..So the cashier Micheal did a kind gesture which I truly truly appreciated. KUDOS MIKE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He was awesome

Crowded on the weekend, but the Vegs, poultry, fish, fruits, juices, cakes and coffee is always fresh.

I made a purchase on a broken machine and couldn't get a reciept. I was told that it was card only but had no idea it wouldn't print receipts. I would say that isn't good customer service. If something winds up being wrong with any of my purchased items i have no receipt to return. I mean they were nice about the situation but still doesn't change the fact i have no receipt and didn't know before hand that the machine didn't print receipts. I like to look over my reciepts to make sure I wasn't charged extra for anything and have if anything needs to be returned. How do I know everything scanned at the price advertised. Not good customer service at all.

I tried to get some lip balm that read on clearance for a $1 and it rang up $2 and I told the cashier that it was on clearance but she acted as if she didn't want to give it to me for a dollar. Then when I paid for my other items and the receipt printed she didn't give me the receipt I grabbed it

Found all needed items at super great prices. The staff were super awesome and the store was organized so that you can get to through the isles without knocking things over. Well done!

The driver didn't want to pick me up. He cancelled the trip without my concent. I do not know the reason for that. You will have to ask him. I do not want to pay him because he made me wait for what seemed a very long time then abruptly cancelled and I had to call for another dtiver. I'm giving him just one star because he did call me to ask where I was. Right after I told him the communication broke and the message appeared that the trip cancelled. Again, I will not pay him, he wasted my time then left me stranded.

Horrible! Store was dirty and cluttered. Line extremely long. Cashier asked me to take my things out of the basket and to return the basket back to where got it. (Smh!) Normally i sit the basket on the counter, they grab the items, scan them, put it in the bag. I say thank you with a smile and leave.

I like the store new manager. The manager was willing to help me find what I need and looking for. The new staff are new amazing positive attitude. I will be going back again.

I walked in here and I was asked to leave my bags at the front of the store. I'm 33 years old and have never been arrested, so I don't appreciate being treated like I'm about to commit a crime. Stop treating your customers like potential criminals.
