Terrible experience in this store by the cashiers, I bought around 100 dollars of products and when I got home I was missing 3 products, I went back to the store with my receipt and told the cashier that she forgot to give me 3 of my products that she charged me, and the cashier denied everything saying that she had given me everything. I NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

Only gave one star because didn’t have the option to give none. Jazz was so rude i pulled up at 10:53pm she said she was closed and took her registers but had a sign up that says “card only” it’s always a issue at this location either get better management that cares about the customers and their job or close it down! 🙄

The cashier was very friendly, excellent Customer Service from her, she said she'd only been working there for 3wks..the would be "manager" was outside on her phone, in her car with her feet on the dash (even after I left the store), the cashier had to keep going outside to get her, the checkout line was long, thennnn the manager entered the store talking on her cell in front of everyone as if she was at home, VERY unprofessional! They had the cards I needed, so that was good, otherwise the manager could work on her skills, not a good look, perhaps the store needs to hire a better representation of the business .. this wouldn't be my first nor second choice if I need to stop at a Dollar Store again.

Staff was nice and helpful but store was a mess. Stocking carts in the aisles, stuff on the floor, dimly lit, empty shelves. I did find everything I needed though.

This is by far the sorriest family dollar I’ve ever shopped at in life. They either cant take cards or their systems are down or the staff is extremely unprofessional. Store is dirty and unorganized. Don’t waste your time.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. Their stock is ALWAYS minimal. They literally NEVER greet you when you walk in. I walked up to the register the cashier looked at me like it was my job to greet her first literally NEVER said a word to me until I was about to leave I said “thank you” because well I have manners and she said “yup okay” like who does that? Just ghetto.

I have been going here a lot lately and the staff is very unprofessional. Eating while ringing you up, on the phone while you're standing there to be helped, and never seems to have cash back but the option is always available. I'm pretty much over it. I thought just having an open mind I would get over it. But it bothers me, especially when they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the CUSTOMERS!!!

Edit 2nd review with first: the assistant manager had a crazy customer and she was still professional and polite. Made my day!I come here because the cigarettes are a fair price,I live less than 2 miles away and the staff is awesome. Everyone I have met there is smiling,polite ,and they are just nice. Please keep up the good work as we have stopped going to kroger and Walmart because of poor service and hateful staff. It makes a huge impact on my day and I hope you all keep it up and move up in your jobs. Thanks

The outside appearance bad, then you walk into mess. Clutter everywhere it was hard to move the cart around. Missing prices and empty shelves. The staff ok, but unprofessional talking and no customer interaction. It's sad that businesses in "the hood" don't care about the people, but we spend our money like everybody else and deserve better. All locations should have the same upkeep.

I cant wait to call the corporate office in the morning. They are suppose to close at 8p.m. and the employees closed the store early. There was at least 4 people that wanted to patronize this establishment. This is a shame and it makes all of the Family Dollar franchise look bad. I hope someone frome the Corporate office reads this. 6130 Memorial Dr. Family Dollar is horrible!! There was a young man literally standing at the door waving people away at 7:50 p.m. 5/19/2020.

The absolute WORST family dollar. Only one register was open, the girl working the register was wearing a mask and gloves. While the other girl stood by her and talked on her cell phone. The line was all the way down the aisle! Then to top it off they were low on change so you had to pay by card or exact change. Just ridiculous. Instead of announcing that before someone stands in a long line or at least put a sign on the door. Very poor customer service. Restaff this location asap and get people in here who wants to work!

Always helpful and despite the virus had everything I needed. Very nice and courteous. Thats why i choose to go there and not dollar general, Walmart, Ingles, or make the longer drive to Kroger on South Hairston. Ps love the renovations!

The staff was awful! Rude, condescending, and blatantly disrespectful. No greeting and when you ask them where something is they either ignore you or have a snide remark about why you can’t seem to find the product. I never go out of my way to make a negative review but this place was horrid!

Went in today looking for a DVD lens cleaner, as i was looking at a section even with the register i moved over a little and this employee who was on her phone started screaming saying you can't be behind the register! I clearly wasn't behind it, because i would have been were she was! She was going on and on arguing saying that i was! Even if i was there's no need to yell! Oh i found out her name! It's Ciara, she's a heavy set Black female! Very Rude and hateful!

Super friendly staff! The Manager is alway open to help me anytime I see her, her bright smile greets me through the aisle! The store Is very clean and always well stocked. Great location!

This store has the worst customer service in dekalb county. The women that work here are ghetto and rude from their work ethics to their wanna be nicki Minaj appearances. Stores is always dirty. The works are always talking to one another while standing around.

Every time I try to go to this family dollar they have a sign on door saying system dwn. My problem is there is noone in the store so it appears they put the sign on door just to go home. It's bad enough the customer service is awful when they are open. They might as well close the whole store dwn if it's never open.

Store needs better organization and cleaning. Front area where shopping carts are kept floor very dirty, boxes of stock in isles that could cause accidents. Although I did make a purchase

I would NEVER go to this location....Aisles are already small and have boxes blocking most of them....you take out what you know you can complete, not just sitting there in the middle of the floor....The employees you can tell is not used to professionalism....Specifically the older workers and the tattooed manager.I will go out of my way to visit another store before making the mistake to go to this Memorial Drive location again.I need my sense of sanity, so I will stay far away and take my business elsewhere.

Family Dollar really gives the shopper a wide variety of household items for maintaining the house and food choices that are good for you as well as providing a very nice selection of snack items that just make the moment be it dinner with that special someone or having the night to you self curl up watching that new movie that either has you laughing your head or has you peeking from under the covers to scared to answer your own phone. And all of this self enjoyment for a price that doesn't cost you an arm, a leg and a couple of toes.

The staff is always nice here but this store doesn't seem big enough. It is always junky in the aisles. That's my only complaint. Other than the junkiness, I love the store.

Store is extremely cluttered and unorganized. "Surprisingly" nothing like the family dollars in north Atlanta. Employees seemed used to the mess management has allowed in that store. Clean up or move out our neighborhood.

Never expected this store to be closed today for lunch. There were about 10 potential customers that came to this establishment while I stood at the door wondering why Family Dollar was closed during business hours.
