This Dollar Tree is well stock with a nice variety of items you do not see in other stores. It is clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful when asked questions. I gave 3 stars due to there were a lot of $3 and $5 items for a dollar store, more so than any other dollar store I have been in. As well as there was so much trash in the parking lot and around the building. Two overflowing trash cans right by the door. Not well done at all.

I try to always give fair reviews and look at places from an unbiased view point. This is the cleanest most organized dollar tree I have ever visited. initially I was not going to stop here because the area sometimes gets a bad reputation; but to my pleasant surprise the lines were not too long, the store was very clean, the customer service reps were very professional and very friendly. Anytime I drive through this area I will stop at this dollar tree. It was well stocked, bright, clean and everything was easy to find. Hats off to the staff and management. I pray the other businesses in this area will follow suit.

Is this store closing down? Because there is no new item and half of the shelves are empty, it’s hard to find stuff since it’s messy. The only thing I like about this store is decor, birthday, and cleaning area. The rest of the area is dirty. Employees, they are friendly but not with customers who speak English little, and they think if they talk loudly to customers, they will understand!?.

The worse experience ever yesterday, while getting check out two older ladies one in which appears to be a manager in front of customers were speaking badly about a new employee who has done the type of work in the back room before because she was not in need of any help or training. Please train your employees and managers to one not discuss personal feelings about others in front of customer and to have better respect for the ones around.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is because of the night shift. That early morning elder female manager with the blonde hair should be terminated. She has the NASTIEST attitude I've ever seen. Putting her in a position of authority was the worst thing anyone could have ever done. She treats the customers like trash. I frequent this store daily, and every time I'm in there during the day, she is ALWAYS embarrassing a customer. Talking down to them and not just them but her employees as well. She has this superiority complex, and it's not that deep because, baby girl, you work for dollar tree making pennies. These customers are the reason you get a paycheck. I try my best to avoid her because at the end of the day, she's my elder and I'm not disrespectful, but something must be done about her.

The management sucks they give a counterfeit money when I tried to talk with management to get them to rewind the tapes whatever they needed to verify that their employer gave out counterfeit money the gay guy with the ball head that’s always chewing gum was messy like sissies are the older man that’s about 70 years old was no help at all. They thought it was hilarious that their store gave me counterfeit money and never even tried to take the guest in consideration, or look at the tape to see that I wasn’t lying. I called law-enforcement the ball head gay guy lied on me hopefully corporate will see this complaint the older lady that works on the shift where I got the counterfeit at wouldn’t even help me to defuse the problem they added more to the problem

This is only my second time coming here.. this store is dump really.. if you’re looking for something other than paper towels, don’t waste your time. The employees hate their job.. no really, I heard them talking about it 😂

I absolutely loved my trip to the Dollar Tree. I never realized what a great selection they had. I used to come in here for only drinking glasses. They used to carry the old style Coca Cola glasses. Now, I see they have everything. Fabuloso, big cereal packs that you can get at least 3 bowls of cereal out of them, snacks for the movies and so much more. I like this store better than Family Dollar and Dollar General now!!! I’ll definitely be back!

It was great. I realized that you can use Apple Pay to purchase goodies. The visit was great, the atmosphere pleasant. Parking was plentiful. It was a great visit.

I was in this store to do some shopping, but one of the employees thought I was stealing because I'm Asian and I was carrying a drawstring bag. There were American women nearby who also had little bagpacks the same size as my string bag but they weren't told to leave their bag at front like they told me to. The fact that this store discriminated against people of various races and that it was situated in an area with a diverse population astounded me. Next time, I hope they'll have better employees who treat every customer equally. I'm so disappointed with this store.

Clean, neat, well stocked with a helpful number of store clerks and cashiers to serve the high volume of customers here. This location has been renovated since I first published this review. So there's a bit more offered here, in terms of stock.Also important to note that the base price for all merchandise here is now $1.25 and no longer just $1.00.

Excellent service!!! Well stocked!!!! Very Clean!!!! And knowledgeable about products and availability!!!! I will be back and I’m telling others memorial Drive location near Chase Bank, is the greatest!!! They had everything I needed!!! Everything is not a dollar anymore. Some items are more. They have a huge variety of items and everything was well stocked today. I hate it when the cashier tells you have to take things out of your hand basket (what difference does it make?). This cashier however separated my items in categories for me which I loved (all baby stuff went in one bag, all Halloween stuff in another, etc.)

Great selections for the prices. But there is one cashier that just doesn't seem to be happy. No smile, no greeting, just "are you ready." And the famous quick quote the "buggie doesn't leave the store." I smiled constantly hoping to rub off but it didn't. Had the luck of having the same lady when i returned to get more stuff for my baskets. Same response from her. I hope her New Year gets better.

Was looking for different aluminum pans. Had been to numerous other stores. They were all out. Dollar tree had every shape and size. I cook for people so I needed a lot. They had soooo many. Thank you Dollar Tree.

Restroom was out of order and the lines were very long. I did notice a few bakery items that I have never seen in any of the Dollar tree stores. I didn't wait because I really needed to use a facility. Maybe next time that I am in the area. There were a number of people hanging and sitting outside around the store. Wasn't a good image.

I went into the store yesterday and it looked like a hurricane had pass thru. The aisle was cluttered with boxes ,trash all over the store . Oan the employees was very pleasant. I was greeted when entering the store . Now the big disappointment was when I needed a quarter to rent a shopping cart . When I only had a credit card . I bought a few items but I had intended on buying much more . Very disappointed. Today I am visiting a store in another neighborhood with hopes to have a pleasant shopping experience .

Ghetto, Welfare to Work, nasty attitude, rude workers. Like you don't know what time the store closes. I always check the net because the stores close at different times. Stupid cashier makes loud announcement as I walked in 10 minutes prior to closing and some other dumb stuff loud enough for me to hear. I just ignore her and keep walking. Said nothing to those who came in after me. I didn't go in to "shop" but to get a couple of items. I'm out the door and still more coming in 5 minutes before closing and nothing said to them. Another visit, I separate chemicals from other items and dumb cashier looks at me stupidly when I removed the 1st bag. Bags other items, then folds the last thing I hand her which I take out of her hand because I didn't want it bent. She gets mad and beligerent. Didn't appear too bright and must have been asleep when she said she was supposedly taught how to bag. What do you expect from uneducated minimum wage employees who are made to go to wok? Was in the area both times and stopped by. Will go out of the way the next time to avoid this "Ghetto Dollar Tree".

Cashier was coughing and sounded congested. She wore a mask, but on her chin and not her mouth and nose. Wake up managers! Ever hear about Covid-19?? I left and called the store and talked to a manager. She seemed disinterested. I sense lawsuits speeding Dollar Tree's way. Well deserved IMO.

EXTREMELY SLOW..1 cashier working and 2 staff members in the back of the store doing NOTHING other than talking bad about another dollar tree store located up the road from them..The checkout line LITERALLY went to the back of the store and no other associate came to assist the cashier..The cashier was VERY POLITE, VERY HELPFUL and DEFINITELY OVERWORKED!!!!She was tending to all the associates at checkout, pulling balloons and unlocking carts so that people could take them past the "lock zone" to put their items in their car..The two lazy workers in the back were DEFINITELY supposed to be stocking the shelves, because over half the stuff I was looking for was not on the shelves!!!!

This Store is Generally clean and stock and usually have items other dollar store near do not. Nonetheless, there is one particular manager that always gives me a hard-time and im always nice to her. Fair-skinned African Amercan woman Manager about mid 30s to early 40s. During the Holidays, i llace my basket where everyone else put there basket at the register, she told me to put it back where they belong, so i took all the the baskets that where misplaced and put them where they belonged.Today, i see her for the first time in awhile, greeted her because she didnt greet me. There was nk hard feelings on my end. I mistakenly hit the no reciept sign. I said may i have a reciept please, she said with with great disregard " you hit the button" i said "my mistake, can you print one out"?she started ring up the next person in line and said "but you hit the no receipt button.I smiled and left.Good place bad manager. Atleast towards me, an African American Man.

Worst dollar tree I've ever visited! Everything is literally everywhere! There's no type of organization whatsoever! I had to ask 2 people where the trash bags were located and one of them acted as if they had an issue with stopping what they were doing to help me find it and when they showed me once again there was stuff everywhere!!! l don't know who the manager is but they seriously need to get their store in order! It should not be as filthy as it is! And I should be able to find things with no problem but I had to move almost 20 items out the way just to find one thing!! SMDH get it together!

This store is in an urban area that is low to middle middle-class. The customers are from everywhere and they bring their customs with them. As a result, the store is not tiddy and neat, but rather chaotic and dirty. Trash will greet you as you reached the parking lot and continue through out the store. The clerks work hard but the customers sometimes forget their pin/food stamp numbers, which slows you down at checkout.

Why does this store smell so terrible? It smells like someone has lived in the jungle for years and decided to come too western civilization. Whomever thinks that is a good smell should gtfoh. We take showers in America at least some of us do.

Shopped for few items that amazingly were here but not Walmart... As always pleasant staff quick to assist and great at multitasking to keep lines moving. Best DT ive been to and ive come here for years(since it opened with freezer food).
