I went here a few days ago after 8pm the cashier had a nasty attitude a person shouldn't work if they don't like people etc ugh. Some people allow this behavior especially in this vicinity that's why it's happening over and over. U make a report and the managers don't do nothing about it.

I’m giving it 4 stars but I would like to give the manager 5 stars. I don’t know her name but she is very pleasant and greets customers sincerely and kindly. A few of the other cashiers are rude to be honest but I’ve never had a bad encounter with the manager. You can automatically tell she is the manager when you walk in, she is so professional.The selections are ok for a neighborhood store.

1 of the worst stores in the chain. Staff doesn't wear masks or wear them properly. When you comment, the response isn't good. Even though a mask sign is on the door, they don't enforce it or distancing. Never seems to have qualified management on hand. Always too much stock waiting to be put on the shelves and is in the way. The cashiers are on their cell phones a lot while ringing up customers. It used to be a decent store, but not so much anymore.

I just want to share my appreciation for the night manager I don’t know his name but he is short with glasses and he is a taurus( March 14 his birthday) I think ! Anyway He has great customer service every time I come in even when it’s busy. He always seems level headed and focused. I also want to thank the lady that closed with him ( March 26) around 9:50 or so because she knew her products and locations, and she didn’t judge me for asking a stupid question!

Cashier was very friendly although she was the only one in the store. Store itself was very messy unorganized. There were Boxes everywhere. It's sad when the community is very ethnic the appearance is poor. Take more pride in the store. Whomever the manager is you really need to improve. The store reveals there is a lack of care and concern for this particular store.

Only downside to this one is an old white man followed me around the whole store.I purposely went on isles I had no intention of just to make sure I wasn't tripping. I would nonchalantly turn around looking at items and yes he was still following me. Followed me all the way to checkout. He walked away when I pulled the loose bills out my pocket. I paid for my purchase with my debit card. I don't entertain negativity

The manager was very professional and know s how to greet her customers. Knowledgeable about the whole store. Knows how to talk to people ready to assist when needed.Treat all her customers with dignity and respect I think her name is Ms. Tierra very nice and kind

The store was clean and organized. The staff were very attentive. I found more mask and they have small bottles of disinfectant spray available as well.

No video the things they have in there most likely is what you need because you're there. But checking out can sometimes be a problem they usually have one lane open the very minimum with cashiers so sometimes it's good sometimes it's horrible take a chance

Bad business not lot employees can’t find anything.. No space to walk boxes still out old stuff on shelves...management won’t do interviews I see a guy walked in nobody at Cash register so he walked out with his stuff...Employees giving wrong change.. sometime store don’t open on time .. Got robbed for cigarettes who does that that mean something isn’t locked away at night

Went to the store on memorial drive yesterday. My purchase came up to $5.30. I gave the young male cashier $20.30 in cash. He gave me $14 dollars and some change. I stated the obvious of what I gave him and my intent to get 15 dollars back. He went on to disagree with me. It's the principle of it .

The cashier in the store asked me for my ID to purchase a cigar for a blind homeless man who is a regular in the area. I ended up paying for the cigar and not one of my items. I told the Male cashier in front of his mgr you asked for my ID not to buy the cigar had you ASKED first I would have purchased it. For this I will not patronize that location again!.

So I make it my business to do a survey for every cashier or manager I encounter good or bad because I fee customer service is very important to a business today was just plane ridiculous so we walk in customers are just sitting things down cause the line is way to long and they don't want to wait and don't even call for help like he just didn't care now it's my turn I get candy from a sale table mind you all of it's over there and it comes up regular price so I ask the cashier is this on sales because it's all on the sale rack so the excuse he comes up with is that because it's busy the probably just sat it over the and I ask him so why am I not getting the sale price and he flat out ignoring like I'm not even there and I ask again and he does the same thing cashes I and my husband and the the nerve of him he just balls up my receipt and throws it away like seriously I think I rather travel the extra mile to go to another store and it's not the first time I ran into this fool and his lack of treating people with respect

Prove what you believe. My sons and I went in here shamefully for household items today. The young brother cashier ask how I was doing my reply was "better than I deserve; so what's your story"? He never told me because he went into a rant(demons) about who is to say what I deserve. Obviously he doesn't know or doesn't believe that "The wages of sin is/equals death" but im certain he believes in a God or Evolution. AIIW and Peace on The God of Israel's Sabbath.

I came to the store at 9 53 and the locked the doors and just stared at me. Why does closing say 10 if you lock the doors before then?

Hate this store they never want to return anything from a different store even if u have the receipt!!!! I've called corporate about this location a multiple of times with no good results....Don't spend your money or waste your time here!!!!

The aisles were small so that 2 pushcarts going in opposite directions could barely get thru. Need signs at each end to know whats in each isle.

Still waiting to have a good experience at any of their locations. Thus far, nothing yet. The ones I have visited thus far a always unorganized, ratchet customer service - if we are calling it service.Trying to remain hopeful.

This is the third time that I’ve come to this specific location and they lock the doors and close the store before closing time..... BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And have the nerve to come to the door and address customers insisting that they are closed and the sign clearly states that their store hours are from 8AM - 10 PM.... I used to be a manager for Dollar General and that is beyond unacceptable!

The day I was in there they were short people and I had to go hung up the cashier who was stocking the shelves to get cashed out along with another lady. Otherwise it was okay.
