l wanted to reach out to provide an update regarding my previous comment concerning the CVS manager Christiana.Upon further reflection and recent interactions, I feel compelled to revise my feedback. In our recent encounters, the manager has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. I realize now that my previous negative comments were primarily based on specific incidents related to a prescription.I want to emphasize that not all of my interactions at the pharmacy were negative, and I appreciate the positive experiences I've had as well.Thank you for allowing me to provide this update, and I hope it accurately reflects my current perspective.

The drive-thru system has been down for days, making it impossible for me to conveniently pick up my medication. Despite my doctor ordering it for me yesterday at noon specifically 12:03, I only received a notification today at 12:55 that it's ready. When I arrived at 1:10, I was informed of technical issues, and the pharmacy won’t reopen until 2:00. Now, I'm stuck sitting on a chair for 45 minutes next to the fenced-up pharmacy, waiting for medication I needed since yesterday.

Horrible!!!! Pharmacy!!! Had me get out of my car to drop off prescription, I was in excruciating pain. Only to go inside and wait in a long line with one person on the phone and the other person being rude to customers… it’s sad I had to travel outside of my area in order to get my prescription filled in a timely manner. I’m over this store

Feb 14, 2024 I called @ 9:27am to follow up on a prescription refill. As I asked very simple questions, this individual named Tasha, voice tone was immediately rude and unwelcoming. When I addressed her tone, she became agumentative and spoke over me (the customer). She stated, "people just don't know what we have to go thru" this had nothing to do with me but no worries, I will be using different pharacy in the near future. If TASHA don't like HER job then go elsewhere as this was totally uncalled for.

Totally rude and very unprofessional pharmacy staff!! Something has to be done about them!! I’ve called corporate so let’s see what happens!! I’ve witnessed them be rude to plenty of customers in the past, but today I was on the receiving end! And I am not going to stop until something is done about the ignorant staff in the pharmacy with the pharmacist being the ring leader!!

Can I give this location 0 stars? Go to a different location and I’ll save you some headache 🤕… held my prescriptions hostage for 3 days and I almost couldn’t get my prescription from Walgreens tonight.First on gold then system is down then I went up there in person for the 4th time and put Walgreens on speaker phone until they transferred it.Absolute trash. CIA blow this place up like building 6 and be done with this nonsense. I literally can’t believe it I’ve never had a worse experience in my life… besides being stuck in another country with Covid. I’d take that over going to this place ever again.Good riddance!

I arrived at opening time 10am (staff was late and pharmacy opened late) I was the first customer there but it took 50 minutes to pick up my prescription and 10 other people got helped before me. The Dr. assisting me took a 20 min personal call in the middle of helping me and forgot to give me back my insurance card. So she sent me to another worker to finish her call and I had to start the process all over. They should shut this pharmacy down it if can’t be run properly. Horrible customer service and I ended up not solving the issue I came there for in the first place.

I have never been to a CVS where the manager was just so rude! I have been going here for over 14 years and have never been disrespected. Story time. I came in 6/8/23 around 4 o'clock and they were closed due to an emergency so today I received a call saying my medicine was ready for pick up so I got in my car and drove to the CVS. When I reached the counter I ask if my prescription was ready for pick up and if I could get an alternative over the counter vitamin D pills instead of paying 39 dollars for forty pills and the African lady told me that my prescription wasnt ready because another store was closing down and they have all their patients prescription and that my medicine want be ready until Saturday morning so I should comeback then and the medicine that the Doctor prescried would be best for me . I wanted to leave but I knew I really needed my medicine so I asked the young lady that was standing behind the counter as well and she told me to wait and they will fill my prescription finally one out of two prescriptions was filled and I had to signfor her to release the meds. Before I could sign the African lady said, " we are closed "after I've been waiting for an hour and then she told the lady not to ring me up after the lady already did this took the cake when she closed the gate on me and said it's 7:00 and start yelling at the young lady threatening to fire her for nothing. I would love to here from corporate asap. Thank you.

Pharmacy staff is RUDE!!!! Don’t understand how people decide on careers where they have to deal with the public, but yet have the worst attitudes. Be prepared to be hung up on at least once before speaking to someone.

Worst customer service ever at the pharmacy they had an attitude because they had to call the doctor then hung up on me 3x then when I showed up I was told it was gone take 24 hr which the African lady LIED TO ME ! Because no one wanted to deal with the situation ! I end up calling the doctor my self who sent it over and was available for pick up at that same cvs that I was told was going to take 24hours ! They don’t care about no one they just there to collect they coins worst location ever ! They just lucky it was ! This location needs to be reported or they will get sued !

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. Wish I could give it zero stars. The pharmacist is a terrible human and extremely rude. Why be in the medical field if you don’t want to help people? Came there after a surgery and she ignored me completely. Don’t ever go to this location.

The pharmacy fails to receive e-messages from doctors. The only way to have a prescription filled is by bringing the prescription in yourself, physically. If you have extra time and energy to waste in your life, then this is the pharmacy for you. I started coming here in 2014. They were great at first, but there has been a steady decline since. I want to support this location because it supports the nearby community, but I can’t take it anymore. Working with this pharmacy is added mental abuse. Don’t waste your money or time. Take it from my tortured experience!

My daughters prescription was sent to this location around 3/3:30 today I called this location 3 times to check the status after it had been about 2-3hrs. I was hung up (and I do mean someone picked the phone up and hung up) twice and the 3rd time I was sent to the pharmacist vmail. I called another location to see if they could pull her medication and fill it there. Which they saw at the location it was being filled at they didn't even have it in stock. If someone would have ANSWERED THE PHONE the 3 times I called I could have told them to release it so another location that had it in stock could have filled it. Now unfortunately the 2nd location I called didn't have it in stock but the rep was able to tell me 2 locations that did have it in stock. After calling the 3rd location I found out they put my childs prescription on hold to be filled TOMORROW without calling and confirming WITH ME that, that was okay to do. Which it wasn't!! I have never had this type of experience with any CVS PHARMACY... they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!

They seem to be a good pharmacy just don't go there unless you have 45 minutes or more to kill waiting. 4 people work there but only 1 interacts with the public to help and dispense prescriptions. Also don't get in the drive through line that is right next to the building. No matter how many times you push the call button or wave at the workers, they will ignore you till you pound on the glass. Good luck!

The worst pharmacy by far the light skinned bald red head pharmacy tech is rude and nasty as ever. I called before I arrived to verify that my prescription was ready as well as insurance verified she stated that everything was good for me to pick it up. Once I arrived it was a different story, insurance was not verified as she previously stated and she had the audacity to give me attitude when she's the one who miscommunicationed my prescription. I have had several issues with this pharmacy from them not verifying my insurance, nasty attitudes, unprofessionalism, long wait times inside and in drive thru, not answering the phone to answering the phone only to hang up in my face. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to a rodent let alone another human. The ENTIRE pharmacy needs to be revamped with more competent professionals that actually care about helping those who are in need of medication.

My prescription sat there for days. When I finally went to pick it up. It wasn't ready. This have happened repeatedly over 5 different times. This is the worse run pharmacy I ever seen. There is always an issue. I have had bad interactions with poorly trained staff. Made complaints.

I read the reviews and was a little leery about going. But, my experience was the absolute opposite of many here. I'm visiting from out of state and needed to refill a Rx. This location was nearest so I went in. The Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacist were all very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in about 15 minutes...with both prescriptions filled.Store is nice and clean, and store associates friendly. Thank you ladies for making what I anticipated to be a possibly stressful situation (after reading the reviews) into a pleasant one.

The cashiers at the front are nice and sweet, but that pharmacy in the back is another story. I mean the worst. It’s like one maybe 2 ladies back there that are sweet but the rest of em are rude as f…….. The onnnnnnnnnly reason I keep this CVS as my pharmacy is because it’s only 3 mins away from my home. I literally wanna to call Corporate every single time I leave out just to make a complaint but I always end up letting it go. I really want to let them have some not so good words. I’m like why are you so angry, I didn’t make you fill out that application. They need to do better!

Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. The customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING. Dont try to call.. you will be on hold, and nothing will be accomplished. My son needed an epi pen and allergy meds and an inhaler.. I placed my refill order ahead so he would not run out, and i know the brown skin woman is a bold face liar.. im told it will be ready the next day, Friday, by 1 pm.. i get to the store, no meds. I was told they only had one epi pen and we required two and none of the other were ready, they will be in on Monday. Monday i arrive at the pharmacy and im now told we need an auth from the dr for children's claritin, in order to do so .. i have to take him to the dr, i oblige my sons doc said it was bs but calls it in anyway. 2 days later i go back to the pharmacy.. where i am then told, his meds still have not arrived!!!!!!!!!! I try to take my business elsewhere where i am then told, cvs has filled all of his prescriptions and our insurance will not approve.. I would love to give the actual store 5 stars because the staff is awesome.. .. KARMA.. CVS should be absolutely ashamed.. after this gentrification, guaranteed they will all be out of a job..

I have never once received a text or call to notify me when my meds are ready despite opting in for texts and calls. They don't update my info on the website either so I can't even check the status there. The last 3 times I had to call them and wait on hold for 30 minutes only to get told they were out of my medicine and had no idea when it would be back in stock. They are rude, dismissive and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

HORRIBLE! After being put on hold for 20 minutes I finally get in touch with the pharmacist who has an attitude. I ask him to transfer my prescription from Publix to cvs. He then asks me what time do I need it and I said 4p.m. I never received a call or confirmation that my prescription is ready, so I call back the next day. When I speak to the pharmacist the next day she tells me that my prescription was never transferred and if I transfer it today it will not be ready until tomorrow. I agreed to transfer it and then I called Walgreens and they tell me they can have my prescription ready today. So now I’m calling cvs to cancel the transfer and I’ve been on hold for about 30 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Went to pick-up a prescription at the drive thru window. The drive up chute for prescription pick-up was being serviced, so I drove up to inquire as to whether I could pick up my prescription at the window/lane which is now reserved for Covid19 testing-- since no one was in the lane. Before I can ask a question, I was greeted with: "You're going to have to come inside." I again attempted to ask a question, and I was cut-off again with "You[re] gonna have to come inside." Clearly, because she is talking to me through the speaker she could have asked a question like the standard: "Are you here to drop off or pick-up a prescription?" She did not. Instead she rudely repeated the same statement (3x) without regard to asking any questions or allowing me to ask mine. The service level is lower than the 1 star that Google required me to assign in order to offer this review. If you need pharmacy or other services I would suggest that you find pharmacy professionals elsewhere.

I love this pharmacy. The staff is professional and accommodating. I usually order my prescriptions before work and they are ready for me by the time I get off. The prepay and drive-thru service make picking up my orders super convenient.
