Lots of Pansies for the fall planting. Great customer service Reps! Always ready to help or direct you to someone that can help you. Or even call for assistance in different departments! Store has been rearranged so I was surprised to find the paint department been moved to the center of the store. But I love it being closer to the front.

Kevin the MANAGER is awesome!! He definitely understands making the customer happy! His assistant manager could learn a few things from him though. The assistant manager has ALOT to learn before he is ready for his own store. I'd give Kevin 10 stars for customer service if it would let me!! Mr Eli in appliances was very helpful and pleasant. The guys loading my washer, dryer, and stove were not so great. Scratch the glass front of the dryer to Hell and back! They kept telling me that it wouldnt all fit. I can only assume that because I am female they didn't want to listen when I kept telling them all 3 pieces would fit in my truck. When they finally put it in the way, I suggested holy smokes batman all 3 pieces fit!! 🙄🙄Still 5 stars because of Kevin and Mr Eli.

Overall atmosphere of the store, I give it 5 stars, along with the attentive friendly employees. I have been coming here a lot to purchase items I need for my renovations. If Storehouse Salvage was closer, that would be my option, bc of the cheaper prices. U definitely can find everything u need at Lowe's, but it's going to cost you. If you are a member or military, you do get good discounts; just make sure u have your military ID to receive it. The store stays clean, especially the women's bathroom; Unlike a lot of stores, I can say this bathroom always stays clean. Also, they have some beautiful wallpaper, which u can paint on if u chose to down the line.

I visited this Lowe's to price compare water heaters. I was greeted by a young, black man who not only answered my questions, but ASKED questions that helped to narrow my search down to the best water heater that would fulfill my family's needs! Although I haven't made a purchase from anyone yet, his kindness & helpful customer service is weighing heavily on my decision-making process.

A clean store. Hires veterans. The store manager has a good head on his shoulders and a work ethic that he can’t hide. His attitude and structure carries over to his employees, and it is evident. with low turnover rates, I go to the store with confidence that there is knowledge to get me through the day with my honeydew list. Go Team!

After walking around the store looking (yes I can read) at the isle signs then finally asking the first associate that would not turn away from me asking where the bolts are (thank you to the paint guys to point out the isle), I went back four times asking to get assistance. Four times it was over the loud speaker customer needed assistance ... after 30min waiting between each announcement I finally said to heck with it and stopped and told the paint guys thank you for atleast trying and left. Funny I never knew lowes employees to be so bothered by a customer needing two bolts. 🙄 well after driving 1.5 hrs to get there I was not happy

Mr. Rob in the Tool’s Department was very helpful!! I went in to ask about a project I had no knowledge on how to begin, and feel very comfortable moving forward after chatting with him. Employees like him are few and far between!

Really impressed with the service we received at the Pro Desk from JJ. Being totally transparent we haven’t had the best of luck when shopping in this store previously. JJ went above and beyond assisting us with our project - sourcing materials and in a timely fashion. I will be reaching out to let corporate know of our satisfaction with his service and will plan our next trip based on his schedule.

I usually pull out my phone and look at the Lowes App for directions of where something is, but have always been happy to ask an Associate other times. Associate's are always helpful.

Called several times, and never got to talk to anyone about lumber. Most of the time, the people who are there are not very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

I cannot give Ashton, River and Matt enough praise for all their help with a recent return that another store messed up. They all went over and above to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Ashton (from plumbing) came over to electrical and did a fantastic job measuring and cutting wire, River helped get the wire with the fork lift and Matt handled the transaction. I can't say enough about those guys. I will make the drive to Statesboro over the Rincon location any day!

Will never buy from here again. Paid extra for pre assembled out door dog cage. Received it in 8 separate panels that had to be put together. That is not pre assembled. Contacted the store to be told that just meant the post and things were connected. That is not what pre assembled means. I even called other companies who said the same thing.that that is not pre assembled Contacted corporate that had to fix the problem. Will never go back.

We saved for 3 years to buy $7,000.00 for 3 new exterior doors. Sales staff was great. Subcontracted the install to Cornerstone Windows and Doors (Installer-Mike) - He rushed it and did a HORRIBLE -SLOPPY job! none of the sliding doors were installed properly...nor close properly (doors are twisted and not level or square). He used tiny pieces of scrap wood instead of full clean 2x4's to fill frame gaps between thedoor frame/house opening. installed scrap cracked garbage door trim and used cheap black drywall screws instead of proper WHITE wood screws on a white frame. multiple screws on one side and 2 on another - no proper spacing nor were they measured to stay in sync on both sided of the door frame (VERY SLOPPY). They tried to fix several times and did short cuts each time, before I said the heck with it, gave up and told the last guy to just leave. I WILL NEVER BUY WINDOWS/DOORS HERE "EVER" AGAIN!!!! Tried to call and email the store manager Kurt Mandelik after the 3rd shortcut repair visit by another one of their subcontractors and I was completely ignored. My advise is to spend the extra money and "do business with a professional company instead" and check reviews first before you spend your hard earned money.

WILL BE REPORTING TO CORPORATE!DO NOT LEAVE LOWES IN CHARGE OF YOUR FLOORING.We had issues ordering in store. Took them an hour to figure things out. Took forever to install the floors. When they were installed the contractors were playing loud as hell music in our house. Then they discovered Lowe’s didn’t order the right transition pieces. Waited weeks again only to find out that they never handled it so once again we had to call and complain. Weeks again to schedule the transition pieces. Had to argue with the contractor to nail down the pieces that were nailed before (this is all a hazard). He finally finished and I realized no he didn’t nail all the pieces down, I have pieces with SHARP NAILS hanging out, not to mention gaps and just shoddy work. We paid thousands and I want to be compensated or will have to take other action! See attached photos.

It's best to know exactly what you're looking for because 8 out of the 10 times you visit you'll spend most of your time looking down the wrong isle you were directed to by an employee or end up with someone who's area it isn't but they will try and help. So, go with some knowledge of what you need and find it yourself. However, come closing time, employees come out of the woodwork to meet up front.

I had a family member that needed help from customer service and got THE WORSE experience they have ever had! The manager backed up the employee and argued with my family member on something that the customer service representative was trained to do but didn't want to do their job. Then, they go to the parking lot, and you have another employee cussing up a storm as kids are walking by. This location needs a house cleaning!! Not shopping here anymore until some people are let go!

If you are looking for tools, repair needs or gardening supplies Lowes is a good store but there is no support after the purchase and I could not find an associate who could discuss pro and cons of different brands or the brand support of the product I was interested in. This is from my personal experience.
