There’s one guy they have employed and he’s constantly on his phone. Even ringing up customers, he will finish his text mid way of checking you out or before he starts the next customer. I literally had to wait I know 5 to 10 mins before he started checking me out. I Had to work late plus I had my daughter with me so I wasn’t a happy camper. Was in there earlier. The other ladies was busting their humps to stock shelves and he was propped up on toilet paper texting. I’m old school that phone will come after work excluding emergencies. Management should have this taken care of or I’ll drive to tifton from Lenox. This is for Lenox , Ga dollar general by the way.

Our Dollar General here has good people that work there, greet you when you walk in and try to check you out in a timely manner. The only complaint I have are the isles are too crowded. Therefore it makes the store look a tad out of order. We're all thankful we have one in our small town.

The employees are always eager to help. Everything is accessible and it feels like I'm visiting family when I walk in. The only time I don't enjoy my visit, is when the day manager is gossipping with her daily visitors and I can hear her whole conversation as plain as day from 4 aisles over. If I were an employee, I'd worry that my confidential progress would be told to the whole town.

This store is so much neater than it used to be. The recent workers have been pleasant to me n others. I am at the Sparks, Ga location at least 3 times a week.

Good products, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. It's never enough help on the floor or check out (one cashier store). . .you never shop and get out in a timely manner!

Young man working today was fast and super friendly. Grear customer service, and even carded people purchasing cigs. As he should. Me being one of them. And im 43. He still checked IDs. Was nice to see.

Dirtiest store location I have ever been in. The cashier (he) was not polite and made no attempt to even look like his wanted to be there. Bathroom was the worst than the store itself. Will never go there again.

All DG don't need to stock it to the brim and leave stuff in aisles making for a poor shopping experience....But Patsy is sweetest and always willing to help.

They had everything I needed (5 months ago). I've been trying to call for 15 minutes to have them let my shoppers know to get milk and mayonnaise but no one will answer the phone. Lost a star.

Purchased 3 pillar candles and some glassware. The employee put all the glass stuff in 1 bag and it was single bagged. She must not ever heard that clinking glass candles together will break them.
