The women at this business have no business being in dog grooming. They’re very rude women and have no customer service, so unfriendly. Last time I had my dog there he came home very stressed and a bleeding paw from cutting his nails to short and failed to mention it to me when I picked him up. He would not let me out of his sight for two days. Not a good experience for my dog. If you love your dog (because they won’t) find somewhere else to go.

We brought our dog here twice. The fist time was a good experience. The second was not. We have a German Shepard who is very sweet and loving but sometimes get nervous around other dogs. They were informed about this. We brought a muzzle just in case. After them having him for over 2 hours I got a phone call sayin he had broken through their kennel (which is in a separate room behind a door) and attacked another dog on the table… The dog was fine but they wouldn’t release my dog until we paid the vet bill. After coming back from the vet they charged us full price for a soaking wet dog. Not to mention when the lady went to get him he was yelping and crying as the lady yelled at him. Never again will I bring my animal here. They were very rude and did not take responsibility for the animals that are left in there care.

Pawsh is a great place to take your fur baby to! Lauren did wonderful with Charlie, my Golden Retriever. Charlie is always excited to see Lauren and I’m always excited to see how beautiful he looks when I pick him up. They do a great job, thank you! ♥️

I am writing this review to help my friend, Sherry.Her healthy Toy Aussie, was brought in for grooming. Bindi was very nervous- first time at groomers. After 1.5 hours Sherry was called, that her dog was ready for pick up. Immediately from there, Bindi showed signs of extreme distress and was taken to Vet, for emergency care! They diagnosed as heat stroke and respiratory distress, fever of 107.3, gave IV fluids, xrays, and oxygen.Owner, Kellie, was notified of the Vet visit, in attempt to find out what went wrong during the grooming. Kellie never called Sherry herself, which we found disappointing. She is now accusing Sherry of extortion and slander because she believes she has no responsibility in what happened to Bindi. She states Bindi got the "utmost" care, but obviously something went wrong. It does not add up?This was traumatic for Sherry, Bindi, and her neighbor who rushed them to the vet, to see her dog almost die!

I’m done with this place. Last visit they claimed my labradoodle’s ears were all matted and were rude and told me to brush better. I actually bathe my labradoodle every 2-3 weeks and brush her daily. This visit they told us she was matted all the way thru and totally shaved her down. Her one back leg is completely shaved bare. They threw the leash at my daughter when she came to pick her up and told her we needed to do a better job. I fully brush her nightly and she was not matted. In my opinion this place over books and they get frustrated. We had a 12 noon appt and from the door they weren’t interested in grooming her. That should have been our first clue. She wasn’t done for pick up till 5pm. They overbook and just let your pets roam around till they are ready. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

I contacted this groomer to schedule an appt for the next day. When I got there, they had no record of the appointment. Then after filling out the paperwork I was told because I found my dog as a stray I need her shot record. Which is fine but don’t tell me I need something after I drove 45 minutes. This information could have been given to me over the phone. I explained the situation with my dog over the phone. So they knew ahead of time. Very bad first impression. I will not recommend them to anyone.

With just moving to the area I was scrambling to find a new groomer for our dog. Most places were booked out until sept (its july!) Thankfully Pawsh Paw had an opening and took him in and did an amazing job. I consider myself picky when it comes to who I use for anything and everything. Very impressed with pawsh, made another appointment with them. Recommend!

Tried Pawsh Paw for the first time since moving to Senoia, and we loved their services. Our Bernadoodle puppy is a handful (to put it nicely). Pawsh Paw did such an amazing job with our boy. He looks great and smells lovely. They understood and were sensitive to Ollie’s “special needs”.Ollie came back to us happy, calm and looking stellar! (Unlike our experiences with some of the big box groomers we have used). We will be loyal patrons to PP!!

Worst costumer service ever! If they are rude to paying customers, I can only imagine what they do to your dogs when no one is looking. I gave this place several chances and each time the staff continues to live up to their terrible costumer service. I will let all my friends who use this place to take their business elsewhere.

Their pricing is fair and they do a good job. Sometimes the get behind on scheduling and your dogs cut can take all day. Despite that, I will certainly be back.

I love this local Senioa pet groomers! They always take care of my great Pyrenees mix very well and she always comes out looking beautiful! Highly recommend!

Staff had poor people skills, no kennels so dogs are running around freely while waiting to be groomed. How about make the dog feel comfy and calm vs just snatching the dog up and act bothered.
