We loved visiting Woof Gang Bakery for the first time! Dog treats are with healthy ingredients and the ones we selected were chewy enough for our senior dogs! We will definitely be visiting we come back to GA and maybe bring the dogs, depending on the weather. 🐾

I have been taking my Yorkie to this establishment for a few months now on a regular basis, and have been very happy might I add.. Well today’s unfortunate situation has lead me to add this review. I handed my dog off to the groomer in total trust as I am here paying for services for my baby. And her dog bit my dog. I cannot express the anger and rage that I am experiencing inside RIGHT NOW! Like moments earlier, I literally watched her - the groomer walk down the street with her dog with a strap around his mouth as he seemingly may be a biter. (If you know that your dog is aggressive as clearly she does, looks like you would keep his mouth strapped in order to not have situations like this to occur)Not to think that moments later my dog would be bitten by that very same dog. I have yet cancelled all of my appointments and suggest you be aware of my situation. And had I not stayed there during his grooming session as I always do - I may have never known. So the staff and the owners how would you feel if you were me and the owners have YET to reach out to me. This is deplorable.

Our little guy loves his outfits. He has skin allergies to grass and weeds so having cute shirts makes him stylish. The staff was so helpful. We ran into an issue the evening before where we could not find a place to eat due to prom night and the owners helped us out. They were so great to help out these tourists. We definitely will go back and support their business.

2 days ago I stopped by the bakery to get some dog treats. In the back grooming area there was an extremely agitated woman screaming at a dog. Not just angry but over the top agitated yelling and crashing sounds to the point I was concerned for the dog’s safety, The employee assisting me in the front yelled back to see if everything was ok and shut the door to muffle the sounds. Just a word of caution if you take your pet there for grooming. It was really unsettling.

Expensive store full of treats you can get at any big box pet store.In response:Let me further review this location. The staff was non existent. We walked in and the only person working was on their phone and then disappeared into the back of the store never to be seen again. The treats are cute but are priced very high. Being in the pet industry myself I am familiar with the market. I did not flippantly review your store after wandering through. I came in looking for treats for my pets as well as those of friends and left due to the overpriced offerings and non existent staff.I will stick to small business that bake fresh treats daily rather than a franchise chain. Best of luck in your business.

As tourists, we just happened to be walking by with our dog Ellie and Woof Gang happened to be doing nail trimming that day. They were able to take her on the spot and do her nails, while we browsed and purchased some special treats for her. Amazing service and very kind to Ellie.

I walked over after getting some food and needed a leash for my man’s. It’s a pretty cute pet shop. They had a variety of toys,treats, leashes and collars. It’s a one stop shop. The girl that was working was sweet and nice. I’d recommend it.- Review Daddy

Like the other Woof Gangs, this location is definitely a must visit for anyone traveling with their pets! I work in Savannah and will often take my dog on a stroll around town on my days off and I always promise her we will stop by.

We will not use this location again. Booked a full groom minus the ear clean and nail trim (he’s picky with who does this). Was told that all they could do is a “mini groom” and 5hrs later when they were finished all he had was a bath and foot trim. No haircut, which was the whole purpose of this appointment. Straight waste of time much less the $$..

The Starland location dropped the ball with ordering my dog's food leaving me in a bind as his food is difficult to locate and he has a lot of food sensitivities. I am traveling in from out of town. The lady I spoke with (her name may have been Vicki, forgive me, I have spoken to too may people today at pet stores) apologized for the issue (the Starland location didn't even do that) and offered to order the food for me. I declined as I was able to locate his food in Florida and I can get it right now with the help of a family member meeting me halfway, but I appreciate her sincerity even though she could not resolve my immediate issue.

My dogs love the food and treat selections Woof Gang Bakery offers. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, never pushy. When I bring my dogs in they show them so much love and time. My dogs look forward to dropping in from time to time during our walks. Really a great place for pet lovers. They also offer a sweet discount on dog food if you are a Savannah local 😉

More expensive than we thought. The lady working was very passionate, but we felt pressured in to getting what she wanted us to instead of us picking something out. 25.00 on a dog cookie and a bag of treats is high. Hope our dog likes them

I went there one night because we were visiting. It was a pleasant at first bought a water bottle which I love and a harness. I walked right outside after the purchase and put the harness on my dog... it didn't fit in a way that is comfortable for her. I walked back in not 5 minutes after the purchase to ask for a refund because I didn't see any other harnesses I liked. I was informed that I couldn't get a refund and this upset me because there is NOWHERE saying that refunds were not allowed. Even the employee herself didn't know so she had to call her manager. She then told me I could do an exchange but it had to be for something of the same price or greater and I would have to pay the difference. The only harness I saw that I even kind of liked (though it was still ugly) was cheaper. I asked for this one and then had to go on a wild goose chase to collect items to make up the difference between the two harnesses because the one I wanted was cheaper although i had already said I was completely okay loosing the four dollars. She then made me pay an extra two dollars for extra treats i was FORCED to get for the exchange. I was visibly upset by the end of the exchange not at the cashier because she was doing what she was told but at the people who run the place. How unprofessional. I have worked in a small boutique similar to this one and have never had to go through so much for an exchange. very disappointing and i left having spent 70 dollars on the worst experience in my life. The cashier was very sweet and I thank her for trying as hard as she did but if you're going to refuse people refunds you need something stating this.

I have been coming to WGB for a while now and I brought my older dog yesterday to be groomed, I had my other dog (both very big and very anxious) with me as well as my 7 year old niece I arrived 15 minutes early the women working at the front desk told me she would not accept my dog until right at appointment time and I could go take a walk, she said she could see I was struggling with both dogs and my kiddo though and laughed, after returning to pick my dog up the same front desk worker went to get the groomer and my dog, I heard the groomer yelling at my dog repeatedly telling him to “stop it” he is old and has always been really well behaved. When she saw me her demeanor seemed to change. Just really did not have a good experience at all, great job but I want to bring my pet somewhere that isn’t going to yell or be rude to me or my pet. Especially when it cost $85+. Will be looking for a new groomer sadly after this visit.

I have a Bichon Frisé, which requires a very specific cut. I tried several local groomers before going to Woof Gangs. Vickie does a FANTASTIC job! Shiya is almost 12 years old and although she has been going to groomers since she was three months old, she doesn't care much for the process. She never hesitates to go with Vickie. I am thrilled with the customer service and quality grooming I receive at this establishment. Thanks soooo much Vickie and crew💞

Awesome place with awesome service. The lady that works at the front is very nice and helpful. She remembered me and my dog and gave him a treat. This place has a bunch of dog treats in cookie jars that you can pick out and pay for by weight. My dog loves all of them.

Spent $60 in a matter of 10 minutes but the girl working there was wonderful and they have so much to look at. For a small boutique, they have an amazing array of cat and dog items. So glad I stumbled upon it while walking around!

NEVER coming back, brought my 9lb dog to get groomed only to come back to the groomers yelling at my dog in the back not knowing I was there to pick up my dog. My dog’s collar got stuck to the crate and they continued to yell at him as he was chocking himself because he heard my voice to pick him up. Normally have a positive experience not sure what was going on today.

Everytime I've been to any Woof Gang location the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. I went in to this location for the first time with my 8 month old pit mix and the man that helped me was extremely kind and attentive. He has a dog that is a heavy chewer as well and recommended me getting buffalo horns for my pitty (I'm still a learning pit owner). It was the best decision I made. She loves it and I don't have to fear giving it to her while I'm in class because they don't splinter. Plus they last forever - she's barely put a dent in it and she can chew on it for HOURS. They're hollow and can be filled with peanut butter or yogurt and frozen as well. Really happy I ended up stopping into a location I don't normally go to.

Our beautiful dog Bradley is a feisty Pom who hates grooming. Vickie is wonderful. She is patient and kind with Brad and does a fantastic job grooming him. A perfect cut that gets others to ask “ Where do you get him groomed?” I always say Vickie at Woof Gang on Bull Street. She does a great Groom and is also caring to my Bradley who can be a handful.

Super cute little dog store. Our pupp loves squirrels and always cries when she sees one (Savannah had a ton!). So we bought her a stuffed squirrel from the Woof Gang Bakery and she loves it!

My little Gordo has chihuahua syndrome where he hates everyone and everything, but they do such a good job with him. The little bandannas they put on them are so cute!Highly recommend.
