We love it here!!! I have been here several times with my cat and when I recently got my dog they were so kind and helped me pick out everything I needed! I bring both my animals to be groomed here (who are both rescues and timid around people) and they have always done an amazing job with grooming them as well as making them feel safe and comfortable in the process. I would never take or leave my animals anywhere that I did not completely trust and I am completely confident that they will take the best possible care of my babies. My animals are afraid of a lot (especially people) but every time I pick them up from Woofgang they are so happy and love all of the groomers and employees. This is a great place and you can tell that they really care about the animals they groom and want to provide the best service possible :)

Always take such amazing care of my dog... they treat her like she was there own. Wouldn't go anywhere else for grooming, treats, food or toys. Great selection and better care in helping.

Been coming to this location for years at this point, and always have a great experience! My neurotic mess of a morkie always receives stellar treatment in spite of being the most wriggly little idiot <3 Exceptional service today from Karneisha and Candace! My baby looks great, smells lovely, and always gets rave reviews even though I know she isn't easy to wrangle 😅Also would like to commend everyone this afternoon on their unflinching professionalism and grace in the face of difficult customers! Caught the tail end of a frankly embarrassing temper tantrum, and was very much impressed by the way it was handled! Kudos to everyone on staff today, and thanks again for all your hard work!

The groomers here took excellent care of our bichon and were done ahead of schedule. His fur had gotten so matted and he had sand spurs in his fur. They fixed him up and made everyone happy! Would recomend.

I had my five month old Cavapoo groomed here and Vickie did an absolutely amazing job. The first appointment was a mini-groom to get him used to the clippers and the process of being groomed. The second was a full groom and he looks absolutely gorgeous now. I will definitely bring him back to Wolfgang for future grooming - and his bag of training treats! Thank you, Vickie and Wolfgang!

The first time I’ve been compelled to leave a review in my life. For the amount paid, my dog’s full grooming package came back looking like a five year old old with scissors went to town. His head was dirty as well! A pet owner would be better off attempting an at-home cut than for what was received. I am big on supporting local businesses, but never again will I try a Wolf Gang Bakery.

This place is amazing; I cannot walk by without my dogs "putting on the brakes" to go inside and get treats and love from the employees. Everyone is so super friendly, helpful and give my pups so much attention. The groomers are top notch!!

i just got a rescue and my dog groomed there 5/12. the guy and young girl helping me with handling everything was beyond helpful i was so nervous. he was able to get both of them in that day and the young girl held my rescue even though baby (my dog) was a handful it was her first time. i will go to this location for now on. the cut on my goldendoodle was the best i’ve ever gotten back. idk what happened to this location but complete 180 it’s amazing from the staff, experience, and groomers.

Been coming here for years for my Anxious Little Beast and finally need to review. Had the best experience yet today. My dog is notoriously nervous, hates having her feet touched, and squirms like a little demon muppet. Bailey managed to get her (very overgrown) nails nice and neat, and even managed to keep her calm throughout! The last time her nails were this short, the vet did them after surgery while my dog was unconscious.I've had groomer visits last upwards of three hours before, which is wild considering my dog is barely 5 lbs of fluff, but today's only took a little over an hour, and my girl was calm and sweet and even ran around in the park afterwards like she WASN'T a geriatric soot sprite.Thanks again, Bailey! 💕

Brought my Maltese in for a bath, blow and brush out of mats. When I got home, I noticed she still had a lot of mats. They offered and I accepted another groom. I was told that the first time it was a groomer in training which I was not told when I dropped her off. After the second groom, they shaved a mat behind her ear without my permission and she stilllll had several tiny mats. Further, I went to the City Market location to buy a grooming tool, was told to go to their Bull St location. I went to the one closer to City Market and no grooming tools. I looked at this location, no tools. What a run-around. And to top things off, I wanted to buy a single roll of poop bags. There was no price do the cashier said $4.99. I said that was way too much. Bought the same roll at City Market for $1.99. Overall bad experience. I can get dog treats anywhere.

Sam took amazing care of our dog at woofgang! He can be a pain to groom at home and we have had some issues with other places before but had a totally great experience. Our pup came back clean and happy as can be. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in town!

Awesome place to go for all your pets needs. Staff is great and friendly. I started taking my Goldendoodle there for grooming and the results are wonderful. Marci is amazing and takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns. Great selection of treats, natural and healthy. Don't forget to pick some up!Thank you all!

I love this location because it’s so close to my house. I’ve been taking my dog there for a couple years or more. Took her today and they did an excellent job as always. Paid the bill and almost fell out in the floor. It was $20 more than what I normally pay. Then I felt bad when it asked me to tip the groomer. I would have tipped more but man I’m on a budget. I’ll probably just take her there for her nails and bathe her myself from now on.Update: the GM, Tonya checked into my bill. She noticed there was an accidental extra charge. The issue was resolved. Thanks again!

I had such an excellent experience at this groomer on mother's day! The staff was so kind and accommodating and my dog, who has many health concerns, was very well taken care of. I drove over 30 minutes past my local groomer to try this place out and I will never go anywhere else!

WGB took great care of my anxious dog and even gave her a cute tie after her groom! The dog treats are baked in house and have great ingredients. They also have themed holiday treats. Such a wonderful place! I'll be back again soon.

I was a little unsure about this place at first since it was a little tense when i went to make an appintment (assuming it was just a bad day or something) but I absolutely love this place!First groomer I've been to where my dog came out looking so cute and everything I asked for was done. The ways she cut her fur was perfect! They were also understanding that my dog gets anxious around other dogs and my dog seemed so happy and comfortable being here. And I'm so obsessed with the bows! Staff is so friendly and helpful. and they have the cutest treats!Just wish I would've got the name of the groomer that directly did Opal's cut.

We are so happy that Woof Gang has opened a grooming option in the Starland district! We have had a difficult time finding a place in Savannah that does a great job with cutting our collie's hair, listens to our requests, and making sure that our dog is well-cared for while he is in their care. Amanda at Woof Gang is amazing at all three and I highly recommend making an appointment with her. Our dog comes back handsome and happy from her appointments with her.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from our house, but poor staffing. Front desk person talks down to customers, and we have often heard employees screaming at dogs/each other in the back. They have done a great job with our dogs' grooming in the past, but I won't take them back because I'm concerned about what happens when I'm not there.

Amazing staff, amazing selection, would highly recommend to anyone. My dog loves visiting, and always enjoys the treats he gets here. I'm able to special order his food to the store, and the staff is very knowledgeable about any questions I have.

My mini Goldendoodle Dolly Pawton was groomed today at the Wolfgang Starland location by Sarah. I have had Dolly 2 years and I have never taken her to be groomed and left so happy! I love how Sarah groomed her. It was seriously the best she has ever been groomed. You could just tell she was so kind to her as well. She was very sweet and patient with her since she gets anxiety about going to the groomer/vet. Sarah was truly above and beyond even taking the time to help tell me how I can brush her best in between grooms to help with her doodle hairs. The manager at this location also amazing to me as well. I felt so welcomed and was treated with such kindness there. I was really impressed by the staff at Starland. Thank you guys so much for being truly amazing to me! I can’t wait to bring Dolly back! Y’all are awesome!

First time getting my dog groomed. I witnessed a staff member crying and nobody went to see if she was alright. I’m assuming she got in trouble but management should be counseling not bringing their employees down especially in front of guest. Because of this I will not be bringing my dog here. I like supporting businesses that takes care of their employees not thisUpdate: Before management tries commenting on reviews of their customers/ visitors. They need to know that conversations among their employees can be heard and non-verbal expressions can be seen amongst the employees. Even though management is on vacation they have supervisors who are in charge and can handle the situation and report the matter to management to be handled. Even if you have managed a company for 30 years there will be times when the work environment can be hostile for employees and customers. I don’t need to discuss matters before writing my review of my experience.Thank you

Such a great job! She did have a little uneven spot (about the size of a baseball) but they made sure she was clean and even when the extra mile to brush her teeth!
