I don’t think the staff communicate and/or use the computer system correctly. Every time I make an appointment they “don’t have the vet records” or they only schedule 2/3 of my dogs. Sometimes they just don’t even have my appointment listed and I’ve been turned away. It’s getting really old having to correct my appointment when they call and confirm it because it was not correctly input.Update- My appointment was today and the groomer is “sick”. They only have one groomer and she is literally always last min sick or got bit or “can’t handle a dog that big”. What’s the point in scheduling appointments if you’re always going to cancel them???

I called around to several shops before I finally found one that would groom my golden doodle. In contrast to every other local grooming place I had called before, the girl on the phone was enthusiastic and very helpful when I was scheduling my dog. I am so happy I found Berwick Woof Gang! As a new dog owner, I had no idea how badly matted his hair was. The groomer Jose was patient with me in our initial meeting and talked through all the cutting options with me. He assured me he would try his best to save what hair he could but would likely need to shave my dog. I was called back after several hours and was honestly nervous to pick up my dog because I was scared of what he would look like, but I was so pleasantly surprised with how cute he was! Jose did such a good job keeping hair in places on my dog which helped keep him looking adorable even though most of his body had to be saved due to extreme matting. Jose talked through how to better care for my dog's coat in the future and what kind of brush to buy. My dog was not only adorable but he smelled great too. I was so happy with my experience, I will certainly be back!

Best grooming experience ever! My border collie needs extra attention with her shedding issue and Erin did a spectacular job! 😍 And, my sweet border collie is actually smiling after her appointment. Erin was kind and patient with her AND did the best job. Sooooo grateful!

Woof Gang Bakery and grooming was super. They were so patient and Jill did and excellent job grooming our fur baby Vinnie, even though he was a bit much to handle. Would recommend and will use again

I have been going here for years! And always used Jill! My doodle LOVES her and so do we! She is the best around! She left and I was not happy with not being told! I was so upset when I picked up my boy! He had been cut and everything was awful! They tried to tell me he wasn't cooperating with his haircut, this is not true! I always talked to Jill and I know she is VERY HONEST! My boy has never gotten a bad report! I asked where Jill was and what happened and niether one of the girls wanted to tell me anything!! I found Jill on my own though! She is now Grooming at Paws to the Wall llc! We will be making him an appointment there when he is ready again!

Since Jill left I have given the new people 3 times and I will never go back again. The first time they told me my dog needed to me meditated. Not one groomer has ever said that in 8 years. Second time I gave him a calming cookie, they said it wasn't enough but did a good job. Just yesterday he was medicated again and they said it wasn't enough and ended up cutting his tongue. FYI tounges bleed alot. They said the manager would call us by 5:30 and never did. Had to get a cone so he would stop licking so it would stop bleeding.

I stopped going after a year because of a couple instances. One instance of being overcharged with a $10 nail clipping fee being added to my grooming package that includes nail clipping (this was fixed with a credit for the next visit), another instance of not being told of a $20 price increase until after my 18 pound dogs grooming which brought the total to $100. My dog is a shihzu that is 25% poodle so they still charge extra for a “doodle” breed. I would have stayed if she wasn’t charged as a poodle breed and if I was warned about the increased prices beforehand.

Our experience was 100% awesome! Beau was only there for 4 hours. (The last place I took him to he was there 6-7 hours! This made me worry because he didn't need to be away from me that long.) Our groomer fell in love with him--and he felt the same way about her. If you have a large dog (Beau is a Bernese Mountain Dog and weighs 139 lbs.), Sandy is the best! We were greeted with a precious welcome board that has the names of the doggies that will be groomed that day--it made me feel so good to see my baby's name on the board. The girls that greeted us were very friendly and made Beau feel comfortable and loved from start to finish. The only drawback was the beautiful antique table that had the most beautiful treats for Easter was way too low for Beau. (: The top of the table was exactly right for his big mouth!) If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't wait for our next appointment.

Cute colors and atmosphere but the haircut was overpriced and not very good tbh. If you have the money to spend, go ahead. Customer service was also great. Only thing I’d say they need to work on, is being more transparent to their customers about when their pets will be finished with grooming.

OmG what an amazing place! We took our 4 month old Goldendoodle for her 1st grooming and Jill did an AMAZING job. They were so welcoming! They listen to our concerns and responded all of our questions with so much respect and love. They praise how well behaves our Puppy was and they were so accommodating with the schedule we wanted for her. They were so knowledgeable and extremely loving to my pup and the other puppies there. They bakery is out of this world.. The Prices are reasonable we will be back for sure!!Thank You so so much!!

Arrived for our grooming appointment only to be told “I don’t see it” in the system. So I showed them my confirmation text and they say they “don’t have it in the system” and they cannot groom my dog today because they are booked up. So basically they cancelled my appointment to make room for others and did not notify me. I don’t appreciate the way it was handled. I won’t be rescheduling!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Where to start…. We took our dog to get cut at this location where she has been cut previously. The first cut was great so we of course decided to bring her back again. We scheduled an appointment for a cut and the girl at the desk who helped us was new. I know this, because she told me. It’s fine that she was new, however, she had no idea what she was doing. I also know this because she mis charged me for my other dog’s nail trim that day. She scheduled our dog’s cut with a new groomer. Also fine, assuming that if they are taking clients they are qualified to cut. We brought our dog in on her scheduled day only to pick her up and discover that she was not cut. We didn’t have time to leave our dog longer because we would not have been available to pick her up. So we called and informed the location that the incorrect service was performed. The person working the desk (different than the one who scheduled us) asked if we wanted a call from the manager. The manager apparently does not work at the location as they manage 6 different stores. The girl said the manager would call us back the same day by 530pm. Two days went by before we called again to share that no manager has called us. The person said they would personally call the manager and let them know. Manager calls us only to basically make excuses for why she didn’t call and why her staff in incapable of doing their jobs. She offered to have our dog cut free of charge. Fine. We scheduled for a follow up appointment in which we were not able to make due to a death in our family. On our makeup day, today, we were charged a no-show fee. Sounds like you guys just needed to make some money to make up for us being offered the free grooming. This location is absolutely pathetic. I would 100% not recommend bringing your dog here. No one knows what they’re doing, no one takes responsibility, and the manager (according to her phone call) only visits once every 2 weeks. When you have a brand new staff, that’s not acceptable. Especially if you only have 6 locations. Why aren’t you there every week? The manager explained that the originally communication she was sent was thru a messenger app that she doesn’t even know how to work. WONDERFUL. So you don’t know how to do your job either. WILL NEVER BE BACK….. and you should save your money for someone else and not go either.

Brought our dog Finley last week for the first time. She was very nervous when we arrived and Jose took time with her before grooming to help her feel less scared and more comfortable - so appreciate that. He did just an excellent job grooming her from head to toe. Very kind and talented people working there.

Customer service is subpar. Rarely answer the phones. The groomer did not provided the haircut that was requested and butchered my dogs to the point that they had cuts with blood on both of my dogs. Paid too much money and it wasn’t even a decent job. Scheduled a different appointment a month in advance just to be called a couple of days after scheduling and be told that they had an emergency on that scheduled date that is still one month away and hasn’t even happened yet. Honestly, a one star is not even deserving. I normally don’t do this but the level of disappointment required the feedback.

Highly recommend! We were traveling and our long haired GSD needed grooming. I was really reluctant to leave her but was so impressed by the staff, their professionalism and how they treated her. She came out gorgeous and happy. I wish we had this staff where we live!

Took my dog Max to get groomed here, it was his first time getting groomed in Savannah, so I was afraid he would be nervous going to a new place. Jill was great and asked exactly how I wanted his cut done, and they were very nice there. Max did great and I am glad I have found a great place to take Max for grooming needs in Savannah! The store selection is also great, I got some treats and toys as well.

We love Woof Gang Bakery, especially Jose! I have a crazy and curly 1.5 year old Golden Doodle and Jose grooms him exactly how I want every single time! My doodle is so excited to enter the store every time too! I can hardly get out of the car fast enough 😊 It’s great knowing my dog is excited and comfortable! Jose does a GREAT job! He is the only groomer I have trusted with my dog! I HIGHLY recommend Jose!

My boyfriend brought my anxious elderly dog (he's 12 now) to a groomer here named Dee. He's an anxious and fragile dog but my boyfriend said he was in great spirits upon pick up. (My dog is usually shaking when we've taken him to other places.) Not only was my little pup taken care of but the groom looked great! I'm kind of particular when it comes to these things but Dee got it right on the nose. She also said if we noticed any hairs sticking out once we got home to just give her a call and she'd touch them up no problem. We will be back!!

I can’t say enough good things about them! I’ve been using different groomers for 4 years now with our two large breed dogs (german shepherd and lab) and though I’ve had pleasant experiences, I’ve never really LOVED a place. I found my place! From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and kind and so helpful. I love when I walk into an establishment and everyone is smiling and talking. It tells me so much about the way the place is run. Our shepherd is such a nervous girl but she’s very sweet and I could tell that the groomer was patient with her. I wish I had gotten his name! Our lab loved every second and didn’t want to leave .I had my 2 year old in tow with me and they gave her a sticker, made conversation with her and since I had her on my hip they even helped me get the dogs back in the car.It’s so hard to get things like this done when my husband is deployed. I only have 2 arms and it seems like they’re always full. I really really appreciated them being as helpful as they were. We will be back over and over! Thanks again you guys!

I could not recommend Jill and Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming more highly. Jill truly loves her work and the dogs she so expertly grooms. We have been clients of Jill’s for some time, but it’s clear that the ethics and energy at Woof Gang support her craft and allow her to take it to a completely new level. My dog Hampton was so relaxed in the space (he used to tremble when we when to the groomer). He was so happy to see Jill again, and it was so evident how much the environment at Woof Gang supports her work and offers the respect and freedom she so well deserves. It is a win-win-win for groomer, pup, and client alike! We loved everyone we met there. Manager Ansley is really engaged, sweet, and so helpful. Such a relaxed, safe, fun environment. We are so thankful!

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is such a cute place! They always do an excellent job with grooming my little dog. They are friendly and professional. When my dog was a puppy he was on his first walk with a leash and ran straight into a gutter. We were able to get him out and took him in at Woof Gang and they cleaned him up in no time and even put the cutest little tie on him afterwards. We’ve been going back ever since! I can’t say enough good things about Taylor and Jose the best groomers in town!

FLEAS***Long story short I’m multiple vet bills deep and battling a flea infestation because of this place.***I called to notify them that I had fleas after cats got groomed and no apology so I wrote a bad review. The groomer called the next day and we talked about things and she apologized so I took the review down. On that phone call I confirmed that the groomer saw no sign of fleas at the time of grooming. Since then I have taken my animals to the vet multiple times, that of which my dog developed a bacterial skin infection from the fleas and cat flea dermatitis. After having to take them back to the vet yesterday I got fed up and called for a refund because not only was the grooming service $200, add the vet bills, chemicals, medications, and most of all the anxiety and stress on top of it and it’s a heck of a lot more than the grooming bill. Owner claimed that waiting 6 months was too long, even though I did bring it to their attention as soon as I found out one month later, so I will not be getting a refund. If 6 months is too long for a reimbursement look at it in my perspective. 6 months of battling fleas with a new baby, 6 months of my animals scratching, itching, and being very uncomfortable. I have never had fleas before and didn’t realize how awful it is. The customer service clearly sucks.I ONLY HOPE YOU DONT GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE YOU PETS HERE.

Jill did such a good job with our two big girls. We have a Great Dane and a Great Dane mix and both of them came out looking just as pretty as ever. They are both older and seemed to be very calm for the whole experience. I love that they don't have to be put in a kennel once they were done either, they hung out in the grooming area with the groomer and another dog. I will definitely be going back!

people sound friendly answering the phone but have business mixed up. i scheduled my cat to come in to get groomed back in November however i received a voicemail that her groomer called off that day. that was no problem for me because i understand emergencies happen or people need a mental day so i didn’t show up because of the voicemail that was left. i called to reschedule her grooming & it was completely my fault for allowing her appointment time to slip my mind when the day came on the second appointment. what aggravated me was they left for me saying i have a $20 fee added onto my account for 2 no shows. how can i possibly have 2 no shows IF YOUR GROOMER CALLED OFF! i will take accountability for the second appointment though. when i had my husband call up there to get things settled because i was at work, he couldn’t even get someone on the phone all day that day so we took our business elsewhere. i used to love Woof Gang but much like everywhere else customer service isn’t a priority nor is common sense.

We are so glad we found Jill her new location! She is the best groomer in the Savannah area, and we've tried quite a few. Lucie always looks so adorable when we pick her up after a full groom. Jill always takes extra time and is so gentle with our little girl. As long as Jill's around we won't be going anywhere else.

We’ve used this location multiple times and after today we won’t be back.They’ve charged us for a large dog even though we have a medium. One of the workers at the desk made sure to inform me that I was being charged incorrectly but didn’t attempt to rectify the previous overcharges. The girls at the desk typically act so clueless blaming any mistake on the “other girl”. They’ve added “spa packages” without confirming it at drop off and then suddenly our total is $20 extra. It’s a different price for same request every.single.time. and icing on the cake was when I brought our dog in today for a groom. I made the appointment 20 days ago and have been getting confirmation txt (3 in total with the latest yesterday) but when I walk in today the girl upfront looks confused and says my dog doesn’t have an appointment. Apparently the groomer my dog was scheduled with moved and they never canceled her appointments for the day. She attempted to tell me “sorry we can’t groom her today” but Jill, the groomer, was willing to fix our dog in. Jill, although opinionated regarding my dog being excited, is an amazing groomer and probably the reason this location is still in business. Let’s not forget they tried to add a spa package on today, even after the appointment fiasco.I will pay double next time to avoid this nonsense again!
