I recently spoke with a regional manager at the store. He told me the number one thing is making the most money for their free items. Second is the people in the community and then is education for people to help people get jobs? I stated that it seemed like they were outpricing a lot of the people in the community, and he stated once again making money was number one. He stated the number one two three things several times. I thought helping people in the community would be first+

Not a huge store, but it was well organized and mostly clean. It was an average goodwill. Not any great finds but we were able to find what we were looking for.

Went in on Saturday with my sister Sherry and we had the greatest time looking through all the beautiful clothes they had. Great selection, very nice employees and most of the shirts I purchased were about $4 or $5 a piece. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Tried to buy a coffee table and end table from this place by the time they brought it around back it's worthless someone here needs to get trained on how to move furniture very disappointed.

We love the Goodwill on Wilmington Island, could spend all day there! Also a special Thank You to Jenny for always being so welcoming and helpful🙂

I come to this goodwill quite often and almost always find great vintage items especially cookware. If you’re wondering why the 3 stars, its because the employees can be quite rude. Check out is unorganized leading to confusion. I was yelled at by one of the employees because I apparently was not in line. Although, there was another person behind me who was served after me in the “nonexistent” second line. I thought there was a second line due to a couple skipping the line entirely to the second register.The reason I am writing this review is because I have PTSD and am triggered by yelling. I have a service dog to help me navigate this. I ended up having an attack due to this extremely rude employee. I understand working at goodwill isn’t the easiest but that’s no reason to be rude or yell at someone. Especially someone who has disabilities. I will not be shopping here again.

I love the Goodwill stores and being greeted upon entry is always awesome. This is the 3rd one I've been to since I just moved to Savannah and need everything. Found more stuff today, and got the 'blue' sticker sale price on a couple items that I was unaware of til she said the price...I thought she missed an item. Cool sale bonus! Woo Hoo!!

Great selection, exvellent value & pleasant store personnel, especially Alexis the cashier. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip today. Yoing man checking in donated goods was able to bring in 2 items I wanted & price them immediately so I could buy them.A+++

Three star cause its clean but there prices have gone up horribly. I don't know who putting the price on some of there merchandise but they need to be unemployed. Quick FAST AND IN A HURRY ☹👊🏽 price gouging

All workers in masks, and signs directioning patrons to use the provided towlettes and sanitizer. No dressing rooms now, bit clothing is now returnable under certain conditions. Rows reconfigured for one- way social distancing. Very comfortable, and senior discounts and rewards program is back!

Staff are really friendly; plus, this is where all the moneyed folk drop their stuff off, so it's usually good quality merchandise, especially furniture. I've found some really nice stuff in here.

Okay Goodwill for the area, all of Savannah goodwills seem to be lacking. Bought a nice pair of Nikes, they were tripping on the price. Come on the stuff is free

Very surprised that there was not even ONE men's coat or windbreaker for working outside. Plenty of suit jackets; but no coats!

Well I'm not impressed at all, I know that at times like this everyone needs to make money but with the prices I saw today, I'll just wait another week have little more more and go buy it new, prices are just way over the top, for the quality of some of the items. Sorry but people go here to save money

This is a smaller Goodwill and has a large clothing selection but not as much of the other sections. Still worth a look because you never know. 😀
