I was walking around the store lost—I had no idea how to find what I was looking for and I was too anxious to ask for help. A staff walked by and must’ve saw my face of confusion when she asked, “What can I help you find?” Relieved I replied, “Sea Moss Gel & Chlorophyll.” She took me right to it. I appreciate this place so much for having the items I need to better my health and lifestyle. I was so close to ordering from businesses out of state to get items that are 20 minutes away from me. The customer service and atmosphere is a 10/10. I’ve ran through two jars of sea moss gel so far. It truly clears up my mucus so I’d say it’s quality and the chlorophyll helps with my energy levels, clear skin, and morning breath. I have a picture of my skin clearing up as well.

Great little store and deli at south end of Forsyth Park.We chose prepackaged sandwiches from the deli area for an impromptu lunch. The avocado-and-baked-cheese on whole grain bread was delicious. And so was the egg salad on whole grain bread! Loved finding water in cardboard cartons, too.Staff were all so friendly and so helpful.Very affordable compared with prices where we usually shop. We will be back when we're in Savannah again!

Stopped in for a quick sandwich, and we are so impressed! The deli staff were busy, yet they took the time to be helpful, explaining the various options. My chicken salad sandwich was fresh and tasty. Exactly what we needed. Thank you so much!

This is my go to place for healthy snacks and bulk herbs and spices since 2003. I love getting there freshly made sandwiches out the deli and their smoothies are Great. My nephew loved the zucchini brownies! One of the very few places in the area where you can get so many all natural organic items. I used to get my all natural organic skin care, oral care, Pet care, teas, honey, fruits and everything else i needed. I love being able to grind my own peanut butter and almond butter. They stock a lot of local honey and including a few local brands brands that you can't find anywhere else but are absolutely amazing such as this wombman products. I stop everytime I'm in the area.

Definitely, a store you should visit for the majority of your healthy, natural lifestyle needs. I went in looking for a natural detox and I got exactly what I needed and got some extra information from 2 of the staff members.If you are more so frugal I would recommend catching their sales. Prices are a bit on the higher side for some things but it's very understandable since everything inside of the store is beneficial for the majority health needs. I will be returning!

There’s a little side window where they make smoothies and sandwiches. Great location, nice people, and the smoothies were pretty good! Nothing especially special about the smoothie, but it felt pretty healthy to drink. You can make your own smoothie and then walk right up to the window on the side of the building and someone will come over to take your order.

I bought Florasil on 2/26 . Called back on 3/ 5 because of breakouts with using the supplement was told by a young lady , I highly don’t think it’s the supplement breaking you out. Informed her everyone body is different and from reviews on it break outs can happen. She was very rude, unprofessional and nor is she a doctor to diagnose an allergic reaction . It’s understandable with not having a receipt items can’t be returned that’s opened.. To go through what she thinks is an allergic reaction is out of her expertise. Just treat people with respect. I would understand if I can’t return without a receipt. In the future I will keep all receipts if I return there but I doubt it. I just thought paying with my credit card maybe it was a way to pull it up with my ID. I have no use for this supplement so I will trash it waste of money but a lessen learned. Please read reviews on supplements , customer service please be more courteous and professional with customers that is paying their hard earned money. It’s other wonderful , professional , appreciative customer service healthy vitamin stores around.

We got really awesome service here, we never had gone to a store that does bulk buying using your own containers so we were kind of at a loss. They weighed our containers before and then subtracted that, and everything came out to super reasonable price! Great granola, ate the French vanilla in a day.

I love when I find gems tucked away in neighborhoods. This was a good find. Reslly nice staff and nice selection of natural foods and medicines. Stopped by the juice bar for a juice. The young lady making it was very kind and had great conversation. Great Place!

love this place, their products can be a little high in price but they have deals on items all the time that are really good so i usually just shop what’s on sale. i also love getting lunch there. i can get a whole (healthy) meal for $11 which is great!

We stayed at an airbnb close by. Traveling plant based diet. The tempe sandwich at the deli is amazimg we had ir 2 days in a row. Excellent selection of groceries medication ready food produce tea bar bulk bins and more. A+

I am truly disappointed, I’ve been to this store a few times and the staff was very helpful. I’m not sure why the old lady with the grey hair was being very condescending and no help. I was trying to purchase lions mane. I asked her which she recommended the pill or the powder and she said for what rudely.

Many wonderful memories from Brighter Day from the years and my time at Savannah College of Art and Design! My favorite place for vegetarian and vegan cuisine when traveling! They also have healthy organic meats! The staff has been so helpful and friendly over all the years! I love their food especially and going there for lunch when I travel. They have the best selection of organic foods, health and beauty, and vitamins. Brighter Day is the best and love it so much! Thank You :)!

I used to frequent Brighter Day multiple times a week getting sandwiches, groceries, and drinks. Not sure I will go back after my most recent experience. I purchased on Sunday around 2:15PM 1 sandwich, 3 cookies, a drink, and my partner got a chocolate milk and chips. I later went to open one of the cookies to find it had already been slit open with a packaging issue at the seam. I thought an exchange would be no problem, turns out I was wrong. I called as soon as I noticed the defective packaging, and no answer so I left a voicemail at 5:07PM. Brighter Day refused to exchange the cookie. Apparently I did this myself to get another cookie, even though I brought the original still in the bag. Terrible customer service, and clearly a lack of consistent customer appreciation. All I wanted was to be able to taste the Alternative Baking Company Colossal Chocolate Chip cookie without fear of contamination, or having to buy another when this was not my fault, but a quality control issue.

I come here whenever I'm visiting friends in town, and I guess they're in the process of renovating, but they don't have things closed off well enough because there was literally crunchy bits of drywall in my sandwich??? I will never be going here again

Very clean store, great selection of great quality items at very competitive pricing. Produce can be at a premium but your also buying premium quality produce. Many of the Vegan options are actually better priced than at the larger food chains. The staff, they are always polite and extremely helpful. Very cramped space to fit all that selection. Great for quick visits once you know the store. I found everything I was looking for and more. I had 2 Small strollers and a few customers and you can barely get around. You can't go wrong.

Fresh organic produce, natural makeup products along with a wonderful natural food counter is a one stop shopping for all my needs.Did I say how friendly and helpful they are. Our family has been shopping at Brighter Day since we moved in the Savannah area in 2013 and still do! The selection of products here is Awesome and the prices are also Great, most times better than Whole Foods or Kroger. Peter and Janie always take good care of us when needed and their knowledge of their store is a valuable asset when you need information or help with just about anything health related. The juice bar and deli are also amazing and very Vegan friendly. We will obviously continue to shop here and encourage many others to do the same. Also, if you are reading this review, make sure to leave yours and let others know how your experience has been, it helps the store and us as patrons too. 👍😊

Amazing selection. Pricing-wise I don't think it's more expensive than Whole Foods, plus they always have some kind of sale. Love the bulk item section, especially the bulk spice and tea selection. Customer service varies depending on the particular employee I guess. Also, it's a small space so I feel like I have to leave the stroller outside if I want to avoid stink-eye. I get it, it's fairly big, but not that much bigger than a shopping cart which are regularly left in the middle of the aisle disregarding other shoppers anyways.

As a new resident to Savannah I was beyond excited to visit the store as I enjoy supporting smaller businesses and was excited to explore everything there was to offer. I drove from twenty five minutes away (with a badly fractured foot and parked two blocks away just to stop by. It’s actually neither here nor there but point being it was an effort I was willing to make.) I was extremely interested in a tea product and another supplement but when I inquired about the return policy was advised that the “new policy” is no returns because “they were losing money.” I completely understand not accepting customer returns without a receipt or when the product is mostly gone, however, this was a twenty dollar box of tea which is a expensive. I was willing to try it and would have been more than happy with a store credit if the product did not deliver. Both the young women that initially helped were kind and one was going to get a manager and as she was trying to help find a solution I saw the cashier to the right (listening to the interaction) roll her eyes and shake her head and smirk at me and the situation. I was not unkind, just wanting to understand a store that would not stand behind products they choose to carry and how we could figure it out. It is unfortunate that an employee with no professionalism cost the store a potential customer for life. I did call back to advise the manager and she was understanding and tried to remedy the situation as best she could. She explained that it was a policy under new ownership and they were firm on this new policy. I understand her hands were tied, however I am not interested in giving my money/business to an establishment that does not want to support their products or their customers. I understand that supplements may work differently for different people, but considering the expense of a product, there are grey areas. I also pointed out to the manager that it is unfortunate that the owners do not give the managers discretion to honor returns on a case by case basis. There are people that take advantage of things however, a good manager can read a situation and make a decision that is in the best interest of both parties. I do understand larger stores have more fiscal cushioning to handle returns, but smaller business can figure it out. I’m happy to give my money to Amazon and Whole Foods because I know they will honor product satisfaction. Maybe coach your employees to act in a grown up manner and trust your managers to make your customers happy. Small businesses figure it out every day and do well. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and you get one chance to make a good first impression.Reply to owner:Thank you for taking the time and responding. I completely understand people taking advantage of businesses generosity and willingness for customer satisfaction. I also completely understand not every product is going to work or be completely satisfactory for every individual. However, as I stated, most businesses (large and small) recognize gray area especially in more expensive products. The almost militant approach was what came across poorly and was compounded by the associates immature and undeniable behavior (which was not mentioned.) I can appreciate navigating the bumps of a new business and at at the same time there is a spectrum of various situations that a flexible approach can only benefit growing a clientele. The consumer should not be expected to shoulder that.. it’s the cost of doing business. Once again, appreciate the response and thank you.
