Pharmacy: Heather is a top notch pharmacist! 👌 The staff is always great here too, just a wonderful crew altogether with not only personal interactions but also watching them interact with other patients of all ages as well.Store: This CVS is more expensive than others alike the 6330 Roswell Rd location but every now and then you can score some great clearance deals. Staff usually always friendly and helpful and last but not least the security gentleman always makes me smile and laugh! 😄

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to . On the 19th of September 2023 I went to purchase some beauty items for my 12 year old twin girls . Upon checking out the the manager was very brisk and abrupt with us no smile almost like she was a military sergeant . When we got to the car we could not find one of the lip balms and I went back in to see if it dropped or something . When I told the manger her name was Tia she told me
.and I am not kidding “ I can swear on my children’s life I put the lip balms in the bag . She followed us to the car while I started looking in the trunk of the car while she stood over us like a we were at a traffic stop or we were going to be arrested or something . One of my daughters found it near the car obviously it had dropped . The point of all this was the intensity of her behaviour and mind you the cost of the lip balm was $5.00 each . Another person would have said get another but she was not having it . My daughters were traumatised that every time we pass the CVS going to their school I would suggest going in there to pick something up they would tell me no way after we were treated so badly by the manager. I filed a complaint Oct 3rd and was told Ms Audrey would get back to me 
. Nothing

.Another call Oct 24th I was then given an incident number S9632206Another call Dec 4th and this time spoke to Amy who gave me a new case number and said the case would be escalated . Oh forgot to mention I spent $78.22 on that day .Anyway guess how this was escalated Madam Tia called me pretending to be the district manager on Dec 5th and when i asked why she would be the one calling me when she was the reason I filed the complaint she literally told me 
. “What do you want “. I am no Karen and would not want anyone to lose their job but Tia had no interpersonal skills and should not be dealing with customers and should be a drill sergeant . She is obviously a very unhappy person and while all this is happening A number of CVS stores are closing and Pharmacy chains have struggled to boost profits in recent years, squeezed by drug pricing and lower foot traffic. This whole situation has been so traumatising to me and my daughters . If you really have to go to this CVS look for another CVS further down the road or go to a Walgreens .

On 2/21/24- on of the rudest workers ever. Has twist braided hair, colored eyes. I had $100 worth of cleaning products I put them back. I have been coming to CVS (this location) for over 11 years. Her demeanor is negative, very unhelpful. I hope someone speaks to her.

The staff discriminates against the black and brown students that come there from the near by HS then have the nerve to sell merchandise with the schools logo in there. The older white woman that works Friday nights (usually game days) stands in the door way and denies all black and brown students entry. They marginalize all the children and assume they are criminals. This happens almost all the time and it's NOT OKAY! THIS POLICY ISNT HELD IN EVERY SINGLE CVS. And especially not in predominantly WHITE areas!!!!! When I came in the store to address the issue with the store manager, Teah, she was rude and dismissive. I asked for her District Manager's info, she refused. Told me to call customer service. I continued to ask for the proper info, she then told me to leave or she'd call the cops on me. The entire staff needs to update on in what discrimination, prejudice, bias, and racism are. And from the way the store manager handled the situation, I can see the problem is starting from the TOP! I will NOT BE SILENT ABOUT THIS ISSUE!

Pharmacy techs are so sweet & I feel really relaxed going in there knowing it will be a pleasant experience. Even when there's a wait. They're sometimes a little backed up so I think they may need help- which is why I appreciate them that much more for being so calm & nice.

Really bad in every possible way. Customer service of the guys in the store is bad. waits are always long. the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is the location and the convenience of the location. But this needs new management!!!

I entered the store in search of a bathroom. Upon arrival, I asked Alma a store associate if they had a bathroom. Knowing that they use a key to open the bathroom she sent me to the back to the bathroom... So after pacing around for about 2 minutes, I approached the pharmacy desk who told me I had to go back up front to Alma who had the key to let me in. Long story short she dismissed me and said I can go to the gas station across the street.Why she didn't walk me back when there were no customers and send me to another store?I can't with these people and their customer service.

I’ve been going to different CVS’ for years. This one is the most unorganized pharmacy. At 1:30p the have a 30 minute lunch break, which I knew about. So I got to the drive through at 1:05p. I was in that line for 20 mins. There was only 2 of us. And then I go inside at 1:25p and they shut down. And wouldn’t let me get my prescription. What they don’t know was that was my lunch break too. And my only time I could go get it for a week. They are so understaff they can’t even run the pharmacy for one singular person. Hot mess!

We bought a FIFTY dollar visa gift card and when we opened it, the last 4 digits were scratched off, and we couldn’t swipe it either or even call because we couldn’t type in the card number on the phone call. Ivana, a manager, was indescribably rude, unprofessional, and most of all useless. She acted like she doesn’t know how the card works even though she has checked us out a dozen times in the past. So now we have to leave, having wasted $50, with no money to feed our children, they will go hungry tonight.

The pharmacy drive thru is terrible. 20-30 minutes of just sitting and waiting, that doesn’t even include once you actually get to the window. I understand sometimes there can be understaffing but a disclosure may be nice. I’ve got and infant and a 4 year old so going inside isn’t an option, I wouldn’t exactly call this convenience store very convenient.

This place was so unprofessional and unorganized, especially those in the pharmacy. I stood waiting to talk to the pharmacist for 4-5 mins. I was the only customer. She saw me standing there but did not even greet me or acknowlege me in any way. She waited for another employee to come into the pharmacy area to help me. That employee did acknowledge me and was thanked by the woman who continued ignore me. The employee that assisted me eventually had to seek the assistance of the woman who ignored me and as I begin to explain my situation but she completely cut me off and began to talk over me. She did it twice as I attempted to talk and I told her to please allow me to finish what I was saying so that she would know best how to help me. It was like she was just trying to get rid of me instead of being pleasant and offering good customer service. I have never seen such poor customer service and remember consciously thinking I did not want to take her negative energy out of the door with me when I left. 1 star is too generous. I will never go back to this CVS again.

I've shopped here longer then I'd like to admit. It's great. You don't have to wait in line .. they have self check outs now. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I've grown dependant on the pharmacy. Although, now I have to remember their out for lunch hours. It's been a bit of annoyance because this department have had a few changes to best suit their staff. Which is understandable. They truly worked hard these last few years ; while being short staffed. my prescription in stock. The team there really do try their best. As far as the store. I do miss the pre-covid 24hr time frame. It was the spot. it was the place to go to get a quick snack or beverage to replenish yourself after clubbing and partying. Midnight sweet tooth. Allergy meds for the teen who refuses to take their regulatory medication... thermometers and temperature medicine for the times fevers are at thier worst.. the place is kept cry clean. My only complaint is that restrooms. Now, there's a dedicated restroom for customers and for staff. The customers restroom is just disgusting to me.. it's the old men's restroom. I've made the mistake and stopped there and urgently need to use it. The staff(old women's)restroom is now locked... and the wait times for the pharmacy had essentially triple. Cut your car off while in the drive through and come when you just simply don't mind waiting. Might want to check the lunchtime and closing times as well.. you need to plan..

9/3/22 - The key to getting good service at this pharmacy is to work with YEN, the Pharmacist. She is caring, kind, knowledgeable, she will listen to you and she will get you results. I was able to walk her through what I needed, I was able to talk to her about my bad experience the day before and she rectified the situation. If you need help, especially in a dire situation, please work with Yen!

I have several prescriptions and have had many problems with cvs having one medication in particular on time for when I run out each month. This has lead to me being without medication for a day or 2. Also, I have had a few employees be rude. After a couple years of often poor service (with exceptions of a few truly lovely employees including Dennis who is intelligent and helpful) ), I am changing pharmacies ASAP.

Call me a Karen, but I wish I could give 0 stars.Upon leaving urgent care, I called this pharmacy to confirm they had an antibiotic in stock (for my sick infant), and was told they did. I arrived at the store at 5:15pm, and proceeded to the pharmacy “drop off” area. Both the pharmacist and pharmacy technician saw me, but did not acknowledge me for nearly 10 minutes (and even assisted a pick up customer who arrived after I did).The pharmacy tech eventually came over, entered the prescription info, and said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow morning “because we close in 30 minutes”. I told her I had a sick baby (who is already in their system) and needed the medication ASAP, hence why I called ahead to confirm availability. She couldn’t have cared less and told me to go to one of the 24 hour locations, but even didn’t know where the nearest one was.

Have had a prescription with them for over 2 weeks awaiting refill. When I called to inquire on its status, I am told that another CVS store has that drug in stock. So instead of taking action to fill, they send me across town to another location.....and of course, that location was closed at the time.Without getting into the remaining parts of the story, let's just say that incompetence is how I would currently describe this location.

Sat at the pharmacy window for 15 minutes where no one greeted me even though I saw 4 employees walking around the pharmacy area. I was finally able to wave down someone who said they would be with me in a few minutes, and when I said I had been waiting for over 15 minutes they said "my bad" and abruptly hung up the phone. I'll definitely be moving my business to Walgreens.

I wonder if they understand that you can’t just leave people on hold for twenty minutes. Half the time you sit on hold like that and then they just hang up on you. I guess they’re probably too busy mishandling the line they have wrapped around the building. If you got all day, sure go to this pharmacy. But if you expect quick and polite service I wouldn’t.

One of the male workers with curly hair followed me around and while I was looking at my phone or browsing around he stared at me. Every time I looked up he would sit there staring at me with a mean glare on his face pretending to stock product.

Oh dear!!! The pharmacist left and now the store manager has left. The new manager (I'll leave their name out for fear of reprisal) has zero customer service skills and probably won't last in a service industry! No smile, no attempt to help me return an item without a receipt even though their return policy is to grant a store credit with no receipt. I've called the regional manager Tim Crane to discuss this. Time to take all my business to either the Walgreens up the road or the other CVS on Roswell road!

This was the worst place to complete the Covid Test. The window service had no patience and wanted to give us instructions and complete test in 2 seconds. Just horrible. The service personal did not want to walk us through slowly to make sure we get it right. On top of that, we had to do the test ourselves. Why? Shouldn't we get paid if we are the ones to do the test ourselves? In the end, their customer service was horrible. I wonder if this is racially related because we were black in a mainly white neighborhood. CVS has no clue who we are and therefore we should be treated like a true patient and not some number that they could not stand to deal with for no reason. Ever customer should be treated equally and if your customer service people can't handle their job, then they should be removed.

Horrible! They are the WORST pharmacy. If your doctor calls in a prescription, best to check that they filled it. Also don’t expect a quick pickup. I’ve never had less than a 20 minute wait even when no one was in line in front of me. And most of their pharmacy staff are downright rude, not to mention clueless.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Based on my being yelled at this morning to "get out if you don't have a mask!" by a very rude Hispanic girl at the front of the store to calling the pharmacy and being treated rudely while asking for a prescription transfer... His name is Chris. He asked me questions that I've answered countless numbers of times about my allergies and when I said nothing changed in the last month, he got very irritated, huffed at me and said "what's the number of the pharmacy" like I was bothering him. Y'all really need to get a new staff. Coming from a customer service professional, that was ALL uncalled for. I only went there because it's convenient to my work. I won't be back after I pick up my prescription tomorrow. Unreal! Y'all need a new staff.

My mom went for a shingles shot, and it took her more than an hour, going to two locations to convince them I had not a previous shots. On top of waiting one hour for anyone to help me, I had to do their job for them. The staff is lacking basic knowledge, impatient
even when they are wrong. At the end my mom did their job for them. Inefficient, Unfriendy and incompetent.

They don’t care about their customers at this location so we started going to Publix Pharmacy. The other reviews are spot on. You’ll wait for 20 mins only to be told they go on lunch break at 1:30 even though you pull up at 1:25

The pharmacy here is amazing, i just moved here and been a hardcore fan of Walgreens, i switched over and i don't regret it. the Pharmacists Jessica is amazing, i have come in and asked a lot of questions about different products and she's always aware and recommends really good over the counter medications. I love when Pharmacist interact with customers and know their medications. The store it self is not bad, the young girl who works the night shift it always smiling and knows her store and gives recommendation and tells you about sale! honestly some of the best customer service i gotten in Atlanta thus far!

The pharmacy is very unprofessional and they don’t care for people. As a medical professional I am sickened by the way they have treat me when I come in. Although it’s 3 min away from my home . I will choose to drive past this facility!! Prepare to wait hours for anything.
