Update! The last 2 times I have done pickups, more than 2 items were missing, no substitute, no explanation. Ugh 😑. Plus I have to chat with customer service to get my money back. Not coming back.Shockingly quick pickup service for the country. 😂 Jaylen Carter was especially polite and helpful, with my tough Pomeranian lol. They had the majority of my items, except rolls, 🥗, and 🍪.

Helpful staff working here even if you walk in 15 minutes before closing time. Found the Goof Off and shop towels I needed to clean the tar off my shoes from the Quality Inn down the road. See my Quality Inn review for more on that. This isn’t my top Walmart but it’s pretty good and surprising they are open until midnight in a small town like Sandersville.

Called twice sat on hold for 10 minutes and the line went dead. Not the first or second time this has happened. It happens in every department every time I call. I understand most places are understaffed but everytime I go in theres workers just walking around not doing anything. Make it make sense.

The store is always out of things never stocked up and when they do , it is put on very top shelf and no one to help get it down when you ask , some tell you they are busy so you have to climb on the shelfs yourself and pray , sad and the prices are even worse it's all about money and not caring about the people

Waiting in customer service to get money on my card. The 2 employees were too busy flirting with a couple young men customers than doing their job. After hearing several f-bombs from the crowd it was easier to just go through a checkout line. As far as we could tell, no management available to complain to.The only positive to this whole situation was checking out with Sunnie, who was very pleasant.

I've been to many Walmarts and this one in Sandersville is outstanding. Very clean and every associate speaks you and is sincerely nice.

There was a lot of empty shelves in the grocery department. Luckily we found everything that was needed. Store is great and if we have any issues, we speak to the manager and she always addresses them promptly! It is our go to store for all our needs.

Impossible to get ahold of a manager at this store to ask them to fix the baby changing tables. They are nearly hanging to the floor in every bathroom and super UNSAFE. Please fix the changing tables or at least have the them maintenanced and sanitized.*The bakery forgot my cake order.*Today, there wasn’t any hand sanitizer near the meat section… if I could change stores I would but it’s the closest one. Two stars because only 2 associates have been helpful.

I will not be using pickup anymore! My order was delayed for two hours, then I come to the store and call to check to see what was going on. I’ve been waiting another hour! Plus, after about 20 minutes or so of waiting someone pulls up for pickup, and they got their order right away! I thought pickup was supposed to be convenient, but it has not been convenient at all in my case.

To list some of the issues.1. their website disconnects me on certain tabs like careers for instance2. Stocking seems to be another issue either because some isn't either doing their job efficiently or it's probably because of the Russo-Ukraine war.3. Some of the staff seem rude, for instance when you say thank you they don't reply.Other than the issues, they have a wide variety of things to choose from, it helps save you from having to make multiple trips to different places in a day.

I had to travel about 40 miles to this Walmart due to the fact my Walmart would not honor the road hazard warranty.This Walmart was very polite and understanding when I called during my lunch break. Confirm that they had the tire that I needed. Upon arrival they Inspection the Tire in question.They discovered that the plug that the other Walmart put in was not one that was authorized by Walmart corporate. They were still kind of enough to prorate the tire and did everything that needed to be done.I had someone refer me to this particular Walmart automotive department due to the fact how well the customer service is done here. I feel like I was treated very well if I can give them more than five stars I would definitely do so.

May be the best Walmart visit I have ever had. Drove for 45 mins to pick up a TV only they had. The young lady that helped me, got me a cart then checked me out and walk with me to truck to help me get it in the bed of truck. I felt like I was on the wrong planet. Not use to that kind of service at a walmart.

Initially the items were well stocked but the cashier young man on register 6 was the slowest, non customer oriented cashier I have ever gotten the pleasure of ringing my stuff up. He needs to become motivated or find a job that doesn't require to talk to people.

I had to stop shopping at this Walmart. I am disabled and they only have very few motorized carts. It's hard to walk the grocery section and not be able to go to the pharmacy area because I still need to get to my car. I have even had to sit down in the bagging area before continuing to my car. Then I would have to take another trip to another store later to finish my shopping. As much as prices have changed and as many stores walmart has, looks like they could buy some carts and keep up with the other stores. Even Harvey's has 4-6 and they are about a fourth of that size!

Definitely my go to store no matter what state were in and might I say this is the only Walmart I have ever been where they have a greeter that actually greets you with a smile and are so friendly every single time walking through the door! Downside they were out of several items I had went for but I'm assuming its temporary and with the high prices of the other local grocery stores in the area Walmart your still the go to store!
