I recently bought a car seat for my dog, but upon opening it, I discovered that the product had been previously used and then returned. I immediately went back to the store and explained the situation to the cashier. She was very helpful and offered to process a return for me. The manager was called to assist us and he checked to see if they had any more in stock, but unfortunately, they did not. He then offered to refund the seat. I asked if they would sell it to me at a discount, so I wouldn't have to go to another store to look for a replacement. Meanwhile, the cashier kindly lint-rolled the car seat to make it cleaner for my dog. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the store.

I had the most rudest interaction with a young female employee with glasses. I ordered kitten food online and I was emailed that it was ready for pickup before the store opens. However Petsmart opens its door at 8 am for pet appointments. I literally approached the first employee I could I find and asked if it was alright to get my order because it stated it was ready. She immediately asked me if I had an appointment and how did I walk in here. Then she handed me my order and locked the doors behind me as if I was a criminal. This is unprofessional and lack respect for me as a paying customer. I will never return to this racist location again!

A big box brick and mortar store that is in need to an update and price adjustments. The products are cluttered and the interior is odorous. The prices are a bit high but that’s what one pays for convenience.

I love per stores and PetSmart is the best and friendliest one. I also love stopping by and seeing all those adorable kitties for adoption. I wish I could take them all. I enjoy going by the birds and fish too. Beautiful! And of course they always have everything I'm looking for. You're the best!

I love the petsmart groomers at this location in Roswell. My dog is almost 15 years old, deaf, and blind and they are soo gentle with him. Just wonderful people. I trust them with my dog completely. I recommend making an appointment and giving ypur dog a pampered day in their grooming salon.

Nice enough and helpful staff. Store is kind of dim. The parking lot, bizarre.  Matter of fact, the parking lot is so incredibly awful that it is noteworthy.  I've seen this sort of foolishness elsewhere, so it isn't unique to Roswell in general, or this PetSmart store in particular.  Acute angles, lanes and spaces situated as if the planning for the mess was done with a handful of Pixie Stix:  some "architect" or other equally over-credentialed moron had a handful of Stix, threw them at a mock-up of the shopping center, and exclaimed, "Gobsmackers!  That looks like a wonderful plan!  Let's build THAT!"  You should never hire weapons-grade retards to design your multi-million dollar shopping development.Anyway.  Checkout is a breeze here and the employees are quite nice.  It's always entertaining to see other people with their pets walking around in public.

Refused to sell my son the fish he wanted because his tank was 10 gallons to small. The fish was the size of my thumb nail! Told her when it grew larger we would get larger tank. She said she can't sell him that and tried to sell us other fish. We left and went to Woodstock PetSmart and they sold it to us. I own a 100 gal tank with a 18 inch eel. I know what I am doing and I love PetSmart but will never step foot in this one again..It took us 10 mins to get her to help then she tells him sorry you can't get him. Yet the tank it's in is a 1/3 of his and there is 10 plus fish in it. I believe it needed a good home and not to be in that store tank and she robbed the fish of that. Why is beyond me.

Great place, I'd never been before but I was surprised with all the variety of products and of course the pets. Totally amazed with the cats variety, I almost got two of them. The lady who attended us was really kind and professional. I obtained all the information I needed. My daughter was astonished with the cats, totally in love. Definitely recommended it, and coming back soon to adopt a pet!

Unhelpful associates. Asked about the aquarium lights, no help. So now i am going to have to return this. Asked about betta fish, also no help. And yet i saw she's about to leave work. Of course. 2 questions i asked didnt even bother to help. If u dont know the answers, then refer me to someone who does. Dont just give a close ended statement as if ur unwilling to help. How frustrating.

Although my dogs came out super clean and soft, they didn’t do half of what we asked. I have 2 dogs so for 97$ I expected more. We have to take them somewhere else to get their paws trimmed (even though that was listed in their appointment) and we specifically asked for our girl dog to get under her chin trimmed, it didn’t get done. Overall it was a good bath, but we won’t be back for grooming needs.

Had my dog groomed last week. New groomer I had never had. She began by reading me all the notes that had been posted about my dog. She told me how hard it had been to groom her. That she tried to bite at the groomers. I could go on and on. None of the groomers had ever told me this about my dog. She weighs 15 pounds. She was very curt and rude. I almost took my dog and left, but she really needed a hair cut. She told me to come back at 8 and I did. Not ready which again made me mad. Then when I did pick her up she cut her like a schnauzer and she was an Aussiedoodle. Why on earth didn’t she look on her chart like she had previously or called me. . She looked ridiculous. Her name was Amy. That was my last trip to her and pet smart.

I've been taking my dog to PetSmart groomers in Kennesaw and Smyrna for the past 5 years, so assumed we'd have the same experience after moving to Roswell. After confirming notes from the previous groomers, they somehow still did a terrible job on my dog! We had to basically groom his entire face ourselves after, and there were patches of hair where his legs connect to his torso that looked like they were not groomed at all either.Unfortunately will have to look for a new groomer now :(The store seemed fine enough besides this, but definitely don't recommend grooming here.

Every time I come here the employees are so nice and helpful. I get my dogs groomed here by Cindy A. She’s so patient and loving with them. My dogs also get seen by the vets at the Banfield in this store. They are also so loving and patient with my dogs. Highly recommend this location for all of your pet needs.

They have a great staff, great selection of foods for my cats and dogs. But as always pet supplies are expensive. It's not just pet smart it's the industry in general. But when they have sales it's great. But I really like the staff. They are always helpful and make me feel they genuinely care about helping me.

I love anyplace that's pet friendly, but petsmart is always a pleasure. Not overly crowded but when there's a rush at checkout, employees fill every register if they can to help you. Even Cooper, my beagle, gave them 2 paws up!

Left my dog at the groomers for 4+ hours just to get a phone call 15mins before closing that the service could no longer be fulfilled. I picked up my dog wet. Get your s*** together petsmart

My dog could not be groomed because of the location being over booked even though I waited 3 weeks for my dog to be groomed! I waited in line 20 minutes to get my dog checked in! The groomer Amy called me 10 minutes after I left saying she could not groom my dog because he was too worked up! I live across town and had to drive 20 mins to get to that pet-smart. My dog has been in this location before and did not give any problems! He has also been to other groomers and did not give problems! I believe it was because this pet-smart was so booked they were trying to give any reason to not groom dogs! I did not appreciate the way my dog was treated! If they were not willing to take in any more appointments then why let people book them online only!
