My dog was injured and not groomed. A piece of his ear was cut off. He ended at the emergency clinic. My dog is now traumatized and does not want to be touched. ☹️ No one called me to follow up on how my dog was doing.

We have two dogs that are pretty nervous. The groomers are great with them and very gentle and patient. They really know how to handle tricky dogs. Always a great experience!

Would give 5 stars but I was the first customer dropping off my dog at 8:15am and he wasn’t ready until 12:19pm. Took 4 full hours? I wonder how long was my dog caged up prior to being shaved and bathed.

My dog has been groomed at this location a number of times and I have never had a problem. The groomers are very personable and polite. If there are any issues with the appointment time, etc., they always call and update me immediately. Overall, I am very satisfied with the grooming salon at this particular location and I will continue to bring my dog here. I highly recommend this grooming salon for your dog's grooming needs.

Haru is the groomer we prefer for our dogs. She is always consistent, caring, and communicative. It is also noteworthy how long some of the groomer staff has been working at the Holcomb Bridge store and that they have been doing a great job the whole time!

I was really upset. I took my pet in for a 1pm appointment. I later arrived at 5:30pm to pick up my pet and they told me he would be ready in another 2 hours. I found this to be inhumane and cruel especially after I had told his groomer that he had an upset stomach and had been vomiting. I also told her that I would be taking him to the vet after his appointment. The most disappointing thing was that when I walked in, she was not attending my pet. She and another groomer were attending another dog. This is totally unacceptable and I will never visit Petco again.

They keep the Betta fish at inhumane lighting conditions. poor Bettas have no place to hide from the blinding light . Don't buy their light stressed Bettas ..they will die
