I have a 5-year-old German Shepard, and he ADORES this place! My partner and I work and travel a lot, and Lakeview Kennels has been incredible. The customer service, pricing, walks, playtime, etc., are fantastic! The grooming services are my favorite. We won't take Cash anywhere else for overnight stays or grooming. We really appreciate you guys taking such great care of our boy! You are always understanding if we can't pick him up on time or have to extend the stay last minute. It's wonderful! Family owned and run. Everyone there loves the dogs and cats and takes excellent care of them! They hire some wonderful teenagers, which is awesome because they have the energy and endurance to play and exercise the pets, and teenagers don't mind getting a little dirty while caring for and playing with all the pets. The teenagers love their jobs and love all the pets and it shows! Everyone is wonderful and respectful, and it shows that they love their jobs! I also love that the property is beautiful and woodsy with lots of trails for walking the dogs. It's set back off the road and away from the busy world. Lakeview Kennels is the only place I trust to leave my dog and cat ! I know they're in good loving hands!

This review is a long time coming since we’ve boarded our dog here probably over a dozen times in the last several years and have always had a positive experience. Our dog is never anxious to come here. He happily jumps right in the car and rushes inside. The staff here love dogs and it shows. I swear they must work with my dog during his stays because he comes back with better behaviors-he’s more attentive to commands. He always gets a bath and smells so good. We love that you can add nature walks to stays. Most recently, Michelle was a delight in helping me with questions/check out. We don’t live close by but drive the distance to know he’s in such good hands while we travel. Thanks!!

Our dog is a senior and a picky boarder! He has issues. But he had a GREAT time at Lakeview Kennels!!!!! He came back healthier and happier. The staff is great.

The best kennel in my 15 years in Marietta. One of my rescue dogs had a medical emergency while boarding and Dillon did a phenominal job coordinating her transport and care at the sorgeon as I was in the hospital. Lakeview is the best!

My dogs were safe and close by. Cost was very reasonable. I declined the go home wash because Wheatens have hair not fur so baths are complicated. They reaked.

In the past I always felt like this was a good place to board our dog. He is older now and he has just not been the same since we picked him up from boarding. He is now in the hospital. Feeling a little devastated and when I called them they don't seem very concerned.

The team at Lakview is the best. Our two dogs are always well taken care of and come home so clean after the baths we get. Great group of people that take awesome care of our two dogs. One is a Great Dane who weighs 180 pounds and they are great with him. Thanks so much!

Great Kennel. My dogs are always very happy to stay here. The optional bath on pick-up day is absolutely worth it. They smell really good when I pick them up. Highly recommend!

Ours dogs remained healthy and did not have any behavioral issues after two weeks long boarding. I didn't like that no playtime is included in base price, but overall satisfied and would go back.

We love Lakeview Kennels, it's a beautiful property; we've boarded our dogs with them for years and they always take such good care of them; we always have them bathe our dogs just in time for us to pick them up! Our newest pup recently went through puppy training with Dylan and in only 3 days, she was sitting, laying down, walking alongside us on a leash and staying on command. He was loving and firm with her, and even taught us how to work with her at home. Great experience! Highly recommend the place and the training program.

Always a great experience. We having been taking our family pet there for the past 3 years and have been pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and care provided by the owners Jim, Linda and the rest of team. Also if you need a dog bath and nails, their rates are very competitive and our Daisy always comes home cleaner than any other groomer we have employed. Thanks to everyone at Lakeview Kennels!

My dog was traumatized at Lakeview Kennels & even bit a handler. She was then isolated. When she was picked up, she didn’t even have her own collar with rabies tag, but with nylon slip leash. When called, they could not find her own collar & leash. Bad experience for my dog & me.

We can tell what the environment is like based on how my dog behaves after boarding. My dog, very skittish, was surprisingly calm after boarding at Lakeview. The atmosphere looks pretty and serene, the dogs get personal walks. And the price is affordable.

I go there for low cost and convenient location. But unless you pay for fairly costly extras, your pet stays in a kennel for the duration of the stay. I don't see why it would be more expensive to them to let the dogs play in a common area.

Honestly I dont know what goes on there since I'm on vacation as soon as I drop my dog off. But my dog always seems happy to go there. The people who work there always have a silly story to tell me about something my silly dog did. I'm happy with their service.

Arthur seemed to have a nice vacation here, while we were on our vacation. Nice wooded environment. If I were a dog, I would probably want to stay here. Ruff Ruff!
