I used to enjoy shopping here but lately there seems to be something off, especially with their refrigerated items. About a month ago I was sold a package of ravioli that expired almost a year ago and was clearly bad. I thought I should just be more careful to check dates but then more recently I purchased 2 packages of sliced cheese that were not expired but still moldy. I will probably look for a different grocery store now.

Used to be good, but it's gone downhill due to corporate/management decisions.Firstly, the day-to-day staff I interact with are all great. Helpful, friendly, joking, just pleasant to deal with. Prices are overall fine, some stuff seems pricey while there are still many bargains and sales to help balance it out. Selection is about as expected for a place of this size, but I'll often be pleasantly surprised with a new brand or unexpected product. The store is usually clean as well, even at odd hours.The main complaints I have are from the top down. Someone decided to load up the aisles with huge displays and piles of extra product so you end up in traffic jams and dodging and weaving because it seems more like an obstacle course rather than an aisle. Also they have majorly messed up the check-out area. Self-check out is now jammed right against the door, meaning more traffic jams as people enter and leave through the same doors. The self-checkout system is also now a disaster with the larger capacity stations having belts that seem good on paper, but the belts mess up, reverse randomly, or require you to sprint down to the end of the belt, bag some items, then sprint back to the cart to keep scanning. It just screams "don't buy a lot at once".

This location is truly going down hill!!!! They have self check stations on both sides of the store, and if your lucky there may be a lane open with a cashier. If you force people with a large amount of groceries to scan, bag, and situate their groceries back in a basket 🙄😱 it creates a longer line, frustrates customers, and they most likely won't return. Instacart shoppers also be aware of this!!!!!

Some staff are very friendly, but many cashiers flat-out ignore you when you say "Hi", "How are you", or "Thank you, have a good day". Even my 7 year old would do a better job, with a smile!

The customer service here has always been outstanding as I've been shopping here for over 2 years now. Keith, Grace, Jean Claude and John the greeter, just a few of the names I can remember, always have excellent, friendly, helpful customer service. This kroger is normally very well stocked as , whoever the buyer is for this store stays on top of it compared to other Kroger's in the area. I see a delivery truck atleast every other day.

Always a great experience! Affordable check cashing, great service, never a long wait! Jonathan was quick and friendly, in and out less than 2 minutes, cashed a check and loaded 2 prepaid cards.

I get it, short staffed and you close the deli way earlier then normal. But if you can't serve your customers like you should at least have choices of the pre-cut meats available. See picture attached. We are paying way to much to settle for whats leftover, wich in this case isn't much. Time to run to Publix, who's deli stays open the same hours as the store and offers much better service.

I was trying to cash a check here , & the guy was literally sitting there texting on his phone .Fruit & vegetable area isn’t pleasant , definitely need fresher items . Everything is deteriorating MOSTLY the fruit .Sushi area isn’t looking to good either .Pharmacy can be more customer service oriented . They don’t expedite in reasonable situations . In which I KNOW they can because I’ve worked in a pharmacy . You get there 2 days after your prescription has been sent in & they tell you that you have to wait 2 hours for it to be ready .Check for expired products on the shelves

Yooooo John... the light skinned guy in produce with the long dreads. AMAZING. So attentive, kind, and helpful! Always helps me when I need help and makes sure I get the best Kroger has. And I swear every time I come and he is there the produce section looks amazing!!! True testament of a great employee. Give that man a raise! Round of applause for John!!! JOHN IS GREAT! NEVER GET RID OF HIM!!! WE LOVE JOHN!!!

I never leave grocery store reviews, but I have to brag on this Kroger. I always have a pleasant experience both in store and at pickup. The employees are kind and hard working and the store is clean and stocked. Thank you all for your hard work!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now. The pharmacy staff is friendly, fast, and accommodating. They always make sure I get the best price, and that I am taken care of. Also the gentleman that greets you at the door on the pharmacy side is always a pleasure. I really can't recommend them enough.

Will never shop at Kroger again. Misleading prices. It is buy one get one free, but only if you have a Coupon?????Do I have to read every sign from top to bottom? Who does that???? Publix has a way better Policy and if it says buy one get one free they mean it. No Gimmicks there. And Managers were rude.Good buy Kroger!!!!!

Kroger needs to have 24 hour service in store and at gas center. I used the uber driver career service for 4 days until my payroll and they deactivated my career account at 9:40pm on a Sunday no follow to me at all and completely had me stranded I'm so happy to see the store open at 6AM! Thanks so much

I went in to buy roses por my husbands dad that passed away 2 years ago. I dont know what i was thinking well i wasn’t thinking and left my backpack with all my credit cards/social card/ money!! Kroger had my backpack waiting for me to pick it up! I am beyond greatful. I knew there was a possibility i wasnt going to find it but i never thought everything would be recovered!! Not bc of kroger but bc you never know if someone else finds it. Thank you kroger for keeping it safe for me!! Will always be appreciative of keeping our/customer stuff safe incase you forget it!! Blessings

This morning I had an issue with a pump at the fuel center. I’d had this issue before and the previous attendant was able to quickly resolve it. The attendant today not only did not know how to fix the issue he was condescending and rude and outright lied. He even walked away from me as I tried to ask him a question. Incredibly frustrating. I also asked him if there was a number I could call to get things resolved later and he told me just to google it. Another customer was having the same issue and he wasn’t helpful to him either. The issue with the pump caused me to lose my fuel points without getting any gas (wasted 30 minutes). I had the same issue on March 28th (with receipts to prove it) and the lady working fixed the pump and got my points back in minutes. I stop at that Kroger because it is near the gym but from now on I’ll just wait until I’m at the Kroger closest to my home.

manager racially profiled me and kept following me around the store i was really uncomfortable and i couldnt shophe later came up to my face asking what i was doing here and if i needed help and i kept telling him im shopping i dont need help and he kept following me even told everyone to keep a eye out for me and looking for security over the radio this was an awful experience i will never be shopping here again

I empathize with the pharmacy staff, but they are rude and disrespectful. while not letting customers just speak i am not yelling, being rude, ..i am just trying to speak and pharmacy staff members cut me off. As a customer you just want to be heard. Do Better. 2 ears 1 mouth. JUST LISTEN!!! I do not recommend this pharmacy. Other Kroger pharmacy staff are WAY MORE polite and courteous.This staff is horrendous.

Kroger has the worse policy concerning charges for pick up and delivery. They very often charge me twice for the same order. If a price changes, instead of adjusting the original charge (which occurs once the order is placed - long before the order is actually fulfilled), they save it for the day of pick up where a second charge is generated. Both charges float in ones bank acct. Once a customer detects the multiple charges the Kroger does nothing, they just tell you the first charge will disappear a few days later... the last time this occured to me it was 14 days!! This has occured at least four times since the beginning of the year and the latest has made it impossible to drive back to Atlanta to help with my son who is very ill because at total of $250 has been taken from my acct and I live on soc sec.

the management of this store is the worst ever. Every time i go to this store the employees at the checkout are all on their cell phones disengaged with the store. I have to go out to the parking lot to get a cart almost every time because there are none by the front door. you would think you could tell your employees to put the cell phones down and go get carts or actually be engaging with the customers. I checked out the other day and the employee by the name of Stephen was actually eating cookies while scanning my items. I said hello and he had to wait to finish eating the cookies before he could respond. Worst management ever if they let this behavior continue. Put the cell phones away!

How did we go from the days of people packing your bag and putting your groceries in your trunk to no registers open self checkout only and staff that won't even take their airpods out so they can hear the customer when they ask for assistance because the stupid thing won't scan or needs an age check.

I have been a multi-week returning customer for years now, but I won't be back anytime soon. I usually like Kroger & as I am in grocery service myself I really do understand the difficult circumstances we find ourselves in atm. However, recently I have had a couple of remarkably bad experiences at this store. I have asked for help and the employee turned & walked away while I was still talking or told to go somewhere else. Today I tried to return a bag of cheese that was moldy when I opened it and the same thing happened except this time the employee was wearing a Supervisor badge. I hadn't even turned on my "Karen voice"! I didn't have a chance to get indignant. I was simply ignored. If the customer service desk is going to be continuously closed, there perhaps ought to at least be a manager available to handle some things.... All I know is that where I work we prioritize customer experience to the best of our ability. This store does not in any way care about their customers.
