i have been going to this kroger since i was a child, as i live relatively close, probably something like 20~ years of me walking in there and remembering it, i stop by here after work, used to after school, and tonight was the most horrid experience i’ve ever had shopping at any grocery store i’ve ever been to. my partner was looking to deposit cash into their paypal account, something we’d done there before with Nivi, who is extremely polite. however, this time, emily was on shift, and didn’t know how, so she called over her manager. so far so good, this is when we were informed they were ‘uncomfortable with us depositing money due to hearing about scammers’ i was a little offended they implied we were scammers, but at this point i was content to just deposit elsewhere, take my things and leave. we told them we would, this is when they stopped us, searched our bags, and asked for a receipt, after having just watched us pay. i have been going there for as long as previously mentioned, and never had any issues with stealing, or not paying for things. and to imply that we were scammers and that we were stealing when we had the receipt to prove we weren’t was completely ridiculous. especially for long time customers.

What a nice, NICE bunch of people who work at this Kroger grocery market! As I’m visiting here in Roswell I had trouble finding my way around the store, every employee who I asked for help was eager and very pleasantly showed me to what I was looking for. Great store, great employees!

It's stinky Kroger. They call it that because of the water reclamation plant. It's an average grocery store with little fresh food stock. Store had exactly 1 NY strip steak and no hot food available.Update: still no good steak or salmon. Hot bar is extremely lacking choices and food usually looks old and dry.

Supermarket with great products. This place is well maintained and clean. When compared to other Kroger supermarkets, this place does not have that much products.

I’m getting tired of always having to use self checkout. It’s fine when I have a few items but it gets pretty annoying when you have a full cart of groceries. The self checkout registers always have some type of issue. It’s also annoying having the staff looking over your shoulder the whole time while you’re doing it.I know it’s more cost efficient to make the customers do your job for you but it’s frustrating from a customer POV. It’d be nice if at least one register was always open. And don’t try to tell me self checkout is so I can check out faster and have a better experience. It’s not. It’s annoying. I’d be willing to wait a few extra minutes in a line.I’m starting to go to Publix that’s out of my way and more expensive just so I don’t have to deal with it.

Tennile is absolutely Wonderful! She always greets me with a smile and is so pleasant. She does a great job with my pick up services. It’s rare today to find someone who cares and does quality work. If you see this , please keep up the amazing work. Kroger you have an amazing staff!!!!

No problems with staff or management. But I've found that their selection surprisingly less in some areas. They're consistently out of things that another Kroger just a couple miles away has consistently stocked. Although it is closer to me, we go to another one since it will have what we need.

Pretty solid Kroger. Some gruff people in the meat department sometimes and the cashiers are a little tough, but the clientele is better than most and it is fairly convenient for us. Always plenty of parking and really good dry cleaner, Mexican joint and hibachi place nearby. Also a Starbucks.

Used to be great. People are still awesome, but the quality of the experience has been going downhill fast. Seems like new management with goals to optimize every inch of floor space with product. Publix worth the extra few minute drive.

Always come here, never a bad experience. I work in the restaurant industry so I have to shop late night. This location is typically open until 12AM. Apparently that is not the case anymore to which an employee by the name of Jack let us know so obviously. I was almost done shopping as he was waving us to hurry and come check out. Mind you it’s not even 11 yet. I felt extremely pressured to check out without grabbing the last things on my list. I asked him very loudly, clearly speaking to him, “do y’all close at 11 now?” No response. Nice. Had a couple issues with the computer and didn’t acknowledge or exchange any words with us the whole time. Then on the way out he slammed the doors behind us. Please someone speak to this man about customer service :)

This is such a convenient location. I’ve shopped for years. And their cashiers are very friendly. Sadly the pharmacy is the opposite. Very unfriendly. And the protocols are not up to par. We’re in a pandemic and they don’t have wipes. Why all the other grocery stores do. Also not enough goods on the shelf compared to other Kroger’s.

Most of the staff are friendly BUT every time I do my groceries here I incounter someone who is rude to me, either someone at the deli area or a cashier. Wish they would do a better job selecting employees.There has also been a few times they forget to restock vegetables and fruits.I do give it to them that they have a lot of nice clearance sales.

90% of the time the people are happy and pleasant. That is a pretty good percentage for a grocery store. Great range of products and decent prices. I use the grocery store app to pay each time, and no issues on returning anything for any reason. Pharmacy people are awesome.

Didn't care about comments on my purchases. I understand being friendly, but the cashier looked at my banana pudding and said, I hope this tastes good. I gave her an odd look and she said, "they took a lot of time to make it look good, so I hope it tastes good too." I think if you don't have good things to say about the products, it might be best to just ring up the products and say nothing.

Although this Kroger's is well known as "Stinky Kroger" (only because it is located next to the water treatment plant) it is a pretty good store. They are not the biggest but they have a great selection. I did wish the had a gas station close to this one. But none the less all the employees I have had the opportunity to talk with over the years were nice and friendly with good customer service.

I only go here because it is close. Most of the employees don't speak English at a basic level, so it becomes very hard to communicate what you may need. The cashiers don't greet when you walk up. Nobody is very pleasant, and if you need anything extra done (such as putting money on their own prepaid card or cashing a check) nobody knows the policies or how to do it. It is under new management now, so perhaps it will get better.

Have had some bad experiences with the meat counter being told just go get one of the already packaged items in the self before but today was the worst. Today I was self checking out around 7:50 pm and the lady was leaning over the desk talking on her phone via her Apple ear pods and wouldn’t respond when my light was flashing needing her to come over. I yelled over and she was not pleasant about me having to come over. Very unprofessional

Me being a kroger kid and also working at a kroger as a teenager im super disappointed by the way the kroger looked reminded me of episode of hoarders . nothing in the store was organized 2 its looks dirty on the inside they really need to redo it .. 3 only salad you could find in the place was at a reduced priced but who wants to eat a salad that looks like it been there for way too long. Produce was not great 4 .. The bathrooms ..they claim to have only two. one for female and one for male . the bathrooms were dirty as well and only one toilet in each bathroom so if you have to wait on it . you will be standing in front of the guy while you wait talking about awkward! they needed a lock on the door if the bathrooms are made to be that small ... To be honest i will never be back to that kroger .. And corporate should look at this store #truth

This Kroger is very close to my house, so I thought I'd try grocery shopping here. I had a cart full of groceries and my toddler son and was being followed by security all throughout the store. I don't know where they thought I was going with a shopping cart that I could barely turn down the aisles AND my son, but it was a very unpleasant experience.Their credit card terminals seem to always be having a problem. One time my credit card with plenty of money on it was declined at the register. The message was 'not authorized'. The cashier was not very well trained, as she insisted it was because they only took debit cards and not credit. I was tired of trying to explain to her, so I just ended up using my debit card.Most recently, I went shopping, thinking that last experience had to be a fluke, and once again, I found myself in a lane where the credit card terminal was declining my debit card. The woman had me swipe it about 10 times before it finally said approved, but the woman said it was declined and the register said I still owed the full balance. I let it go because I thought the approved message was a mess up and tried another several times per the cashier. I finally asked to suspend the order since I would have to call my husband and see if he could find out what was going on. There were people moving lanes and getting angry behind me. Embarrassing since, again, I had my toddler with me. The manager who came over said she didn't know how to suspend an order, again not well trained. I had to call my husband while I was in line in front of other people. How embarrassing. My card finally approved because my husband moved more money onto it. Turns out, my card now has two $147.00 charges from Kroger, both which have gone from pending to cleared.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they have a better selection of some items than most stores around me and they are relatively cheaper as well.

7/19/19. Went in for three items, two registers open both due to cashier dilemmas were stopped. Went to self checkout line, two of machines paused for attendant attention. No manager in sight, customer service desk busy and undermanned. When I finally scanned my items and offered a coupon I had received two days earlier at same store, I was told it wasn’t really a coupon, but a “marketing item”??Obviously, a total lack of training and management indifference. Oh by the way there were about nine customers in self serve line who were also discussed.Brian ONeill

This was my wife and my go to Kroger for 2 years and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and remembered us after just a few weeks and we became regulars there. As time went on their produce section went downhill which is unfortunate, but it is still a great Kroger!

Kelly from floral is my hero. I had scheduled a pickup today from a different floral shop in my area, but when I got there, they were closed. After a few attempts at reaching the owners and leaving voicemails I called this Kroger and was put through to Kelly. I actually caught her on her way out, but she not only made a corsage for me in 30 minutes but stayed at work to ensure I got it! Excellent service and very friendly.

Great local Kroger, Pharmacy staff is fun and very helpful. Nice selection of produce and I can usually find what I need. Lines are no to long so if your in a rush it will be just fine.

Disappointed that they didn't offer packaged fried chicken (usually found at other Kroger stores especially around lunch time). I inquired with the women who prepare the roasted chickens but they just said that they don't have. No effort or willingness to put some already prepared pieces of fried chicken in a clam shell and put a price tag on it.

I've been coming to this Kroger for 8 years & they're awesome here. It's a smaller grocery store w/o the upgrades that some stores have (no salad bar, etc) so that's why I gave it a 4. Also no fuel here. But this store is always clean, no crazy lines & staff is awesome for the most part. Definitely gives you that neighborhood feel. *Oh yeah, about the "stinky Kroger" references... Fulton County (I believe) treats waste water right down the street so on any given day you will smell sewage outside. Yeah. 😁
