They were super knowledgeable and helpful. They knew exactly what I needed for my new puppy. I learned so much. AND, the cost for their good dog food was the same as the poor grocery store option. I'm sold.

My heroes work at this store! My elderly dog, Henry, slipped out of his collar when we got out of the car. He ran across a busy six lane divided highway, somehow avoiding being killed. As I was chasing him, my new hero appeared out of nowhere- a young lady who worked at Hollywood Feed ❤️. She had heard there was a dog running loose and selflessly went into action. She had run across that six lane highway and beat me to him. Who does that?She helped us get back across the road. We went into the store afterwards and she stayed with me and helped me pick out new collars and toys. I was still shaking. Met another young lady there who was so super friendly and caring. Hate to admit that I'd nearly forgotten people like this still existed. I'm crying with joy as I'm writing this thinking about these people! I will be making the 40 minute drive here anytime I need pet items, even though there's places within 10 minutes of me.

I wandered in to Hollywood Feed based on the recommendation of some friends. Becca greeted me with a smile and was a wealth of information, but never tried to sell me on anything. I’ve found my new go to pet store!

Have always had a great experience at this location. Employees are passionate and helpful. Went recently because one of our dogs has had bad breath, and Becca was able to educate us on the different products and customize a plan for our heavy chewer. The newly expanded store is great and well organized, makes it easy to bring the pups for a reward. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this store and the people who work there. Plus, the quality of their products is so much better than a bigger brand pet store or chain. There is no going back!

Had a nice selection and they knew a lot about their products. Good service, carried my items to my car. Offered their free (when spending over $40) delivery service for me to consider in the future. All in all a very good experience. Exceeded my expectations.

Not only did the staff help me with a return, but searched and found the dog food I needed, then suggested two new "chews" that they thought my pup would like based on past purchases...they were right, she loved them. HF always exceeds in customer service. I was sad to see my East Cobb location close! I now have to go to Roswell.

I called needing a small pen to contain an injured dog. I was told yes, pens are available and in 3 different sizes. I can come right away and they’d help me get box in car. Not only that, but price was way better than wgat I saw on internet shopping sites.I'm grateful and impressed by the store and people who run it.Thank you. You made a customer for life

Went to Hollywood Feed for the first time today, and had a lovely experience! This is not your average chain pet store. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. They ask good questions (things I totally forgot to mention which would have been rough on my pup if it was not addressed) and have wonderful recommendations. Becca in particular helped me today at this location, and truly made it an enjoyable experience. She also helped me decide on a new food brand to switch my pup to as we aren't thrilled with our current food. Will definitely be switching to a brand sold here!

I had the best experience today at Hollywood Feed. I needed a recommendation for new food for my new puppy. Anna took the time to listen to what I wanted for my puppy and made a recommendation. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions. She shared that the food she was recommended was from a family owned company that has never had a recall. I was so appreciative of all her support. I will not be shopping anywhere else for my puppy going forward because of this awesome experience.

I do like Hollywood and frequent this store. I had a bit of trouble at first.... however, they saw my previous review, contacted me (hunted me down to ask my input 😊) and we worked through my concerns. I was quite impressed the district manager sought out my input and genuinely listened. They cared and wanted to improve. What more can you ask for from a quality brand? We are regulars now, we love what they have to offer, and the service we receive is friendly, informative and helpful!

In seeking an alternative to the "big box" pet food chains I decided to give Hollywood Feed a try, and this location in particular. I am always greeted by knowledgeable, friendly staff who have great personalities and customer service skills. Unlike the employees at other places they actually seem to enjoy their job and workplace. And I am particularly happy they only carry foods and items made in the USA. I have a great shopping experience every time I go, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. So many thanks!!!

The wonderful people who work here love what they do. It's a warm environment with staff who are very well versed in everything your pet needs. They have a policy where if a toy breaks that shouldn't, you can bring it back for a refund. They genuinely care, and are pleasant to talk to. Definitely a go to spot!

I have terrible luck as a customer, and have been treated like garbage everywhere I’ve tried to spend my money this week - not here, thank you guys for treating me like a human. You went above and beyond to explain things and help me as a new customer, and it was just really appreciated. I’ve already sent word of mouth to 3 of my “dog friends” to shop with you.And my dogs and I love the new tuckers food! We’re sold!
