At 5:10 12/28/2023, cashier has a line of 5. She carries out customer’s items and waits on another customer. When it’s my turn to check out, she needs a manager to check out my items. Explains to me that she doesn’t know where the manager is, but she can leave the store to carry out bags. Just a matter of time before we have another empty store front for homeless to congregate.

All of the locations have fair prices, store sometimes might not be completely organized, but that's due to lack of keeping some products, or uncertainty of some products arriving. Staff does their job well.

Store is pretty well stocked at most times. Usually store is pretty busy, however I was lucky today and no had no lines. Couldn't find what I was looking for, but still came out with bags of stuff 🤣. Customer service is usually pretty good at this location,

I went to the one in Rossville and I have to say .If you can help from it do go.I was in there and there was this young girl walked in and went to the cashier.Now mind you there were customers there in line.She didn't speak .Kind of pushed the cashier out of the way and spoke over the intercom for another employee. Then the cashier went and said hello .She just looked at her.I asked who she was acting like that.Can you believe it's the main management. Lol .She needs to learn RESPECT.

I was told that this particular store doesn't get stocked with supplies, necessities, like toilet paper, etc. like the other stores and I found this to be true somewhat. They are always out of everything. But with this pandemic most stores everywhere sheves are bare!!! SMH 🙁And it's still the same. No stock on shelves. Meanwhile other DTs have boxes of stock all over the aisles!!!!

Always finding more than I need! Didn't have the mini loaf pans I was looking for, but still ended up spending 20 bucks on Christmas stuff!! The employees are very nice.

The employees are nice and polite but the store is a mess they need to hire stock people so that there is no boxes in the isles and things just throwed everywhere. The managers do there best and they need help. Now they can't keep running out of item's and when you ask about an item they say it should be on the truck but half the time they don't get what they need even tho they say the registers automatically orders thing s when they sell out of items but they don't get the items for maybe 6 months later and that makes you all lose customers. Do what you are suppose to do and maybe the store will be alot better and get a higher rating. It's not the store itself it corporate office they need to get there stuff together.

Love going to this dollar tree just don't care for the new manager she's rude to customers and ignores them when they try to ask her something... I know that for a fact because I've attempted to ask her something 3 different times and she kept walking like i wasn't even talking to her... But love fran- Tina and the cashiers

I'm disabled go to one Rossville ga. Had whole buggy full food ECT. One start ringing up several bags. Then told had carry it out .Could not push buggy out of door. Had to carry Less 15 bags people disable cannot do that. Lost my busy fix it problems.get ridanger

First and foremost I go into Dollar Tree at least once a day to be honest whether it's in Tennessee or Georgia so it seems like all the stock is always on one of those carts with the wheels on it ready to be stocked I always have to look for stuff because nothing's never on the Shelf and the parking lot it's horrible first off people are living on sidewalks literally think I could possibly get shot just shopping there I really think it just needs better management and people that care about their job

I visited the Dollar Tree on Rossville Blvd, right at the Tennessee/Georgia line, and the store was not very clean. I went in there for a few very specific items, and they had none of them. The workers were, however, very polite! Nevertheless, I will not be revisiting that location!

The Cashier was friendly, the shelves by in large were well stocked, however no AC. Given the neighbor"hood" this location is a it's great store.

I was so impressed as soon as i came up to the door i seen change. I asked one of the employees if management had changed and the answer was yes. I will now be a more frequent shopper. They are greatly to be praised for the dramatic changes.

this dollar tree NEVER has anything I want in stock!! its always messy!! boxes everywhere!! have I mentioned the toy section!? they should put a caution sign!! I will complete this survey on this receipt for a chance to win $1000 and complain

The Manager was Awesome!!! Now of the other Dollar Trees help & other Dollar Trees you can't ever find an employee. I would Highly Recommend this Dollar Tree !!!!!

Each star means one good thing in my opinion about what goes on inside this store1 polite workers2 easy to find stuff "very organized"3 does there job "in&out greetings"4 fast register check out "never a long lineI DIDN'T GIVE 5 STARS TO THIS STORE BECAUSE ...this store with amazing and nice workers that's also very organized is cause it's in a bad part of town and cause all of those homeless ppl, bumbs, and thiefs r standing out side all the time and begg ppl for money, cigs, or to buy them something but other than that I recommend this store with a 80% out of 100% rateing keep up the good work you guys

This is the worst Dollar Tree store ever! The floors are often dirty. Shelves are more often empty than stockex. Yet, every time I have to shop there, they have gurneys full of boxes of merchandise to be stocked. Pften, you have to move a gurney to get to the stpck they DO have on the shelves. I have gotten tired of this store not having what I need. I live 1.5 miles from this store, bht I prefer to drive seven miles to the next closest store so I can find what I want from Dollar Tree in sufficient quantities and in a clean store.

This store on Chichamauga Avenue in Rossville, GA was a total disaster. There was stuff just thrown off the shelves onto the floor. The store had only two shopping carts and the employees were using both of them for storing stuff. Not only was the inside a wreck, there were two panhandlers outside the door. You can't enter this store without being accosted by drunks, drug addicts, or bullies. Although I only live a few blocks away, I will not return to this store.

Rude disgusting store never in stock with anything, horrible customer service, no good management. Needs to be shut down they never have anything in stock boxes are always in the walk way if I ever fall I'm sure to bring a lawsuit, rude manager everyone needs to be fired
