Tired of waiting for local management to address the cluttered isles and nasty floors. It is getting worse and Family Dollar is looking better all the time. Today I have filed a complaint with the corporate office in TN and included pictures of the merchandise stacked up in the isles. I hope this gets someones attention. Nice stores are popping up all over South Georgia and we are stuck with this mess. Not right.

Although this store has many things you need, you just can't get through the aisles. No one puts supplies in the storeroom.

It’s mid day and they r closed this is the third time I have tried to come here and they r closed during store hours . Y’all need to hire some people!! Damn shame 1 person running a whole store and unloading the truck!! Never coming back here again

I was in the store Saturday evening. I needed dog food and they only had small bags on the shelf. Shelia the manager saw me looking and offered her help. She said the larger bags were waiting to be put out. She then proceeded to get the bag for me. Thanks for always being welling to go above and beyond for your customers.

Cashier tonight, Friday October 8th was extremely rude and texting on her phone the entire time we were in checkout. The register was messed up she said and had to restart it while texting ohp the entire time! This lady doesn't want her job and it's obvious! We won't be back here!

The dollar General in Quitman is awful! The people are fine but the store is just not big enough, there are ALWAYS shipment carts in the isles it's so cluttered you can't even walk through some of the isles, but on the other hand if can get to a shelve your likely to find what your looking for. Please get them a bigger store, I hate going in there!

The store manager, Mrs. Sheila was not helpful when it came to me returning a prepaid cellphone that was never used. She said there policy was they could not return electronics. I asked her to contact the District Manager for me and she was trying to contact her while walking away from me. I walked around the store for 15-20 minutes before tracking her back down to find out the response. She was in the back of the store stocking shelves and didn't have the courtesy to tell me anything about the response she got from the DM. I showed her the DG return policy on my tablet saying that " If you are not satisfied with ANY product, you CAN return it." I called the 800 # and talked to customer service and they told me District would call me within 24 hours. Mrs. Jennifer called me about 30 mins ago and it only took 1 hour to get a response from them and she told me to bring the phone back tomorrow for a full refund. All the stress from the DG is not worth my time and effort. 😠

Two many carts on the floor I work for dollar general for 6/1/2 years. Never have I seen a store so messy and never clean.

The store is very crowded. The isles have boxes of merchandise, that is waiting to be unpacked, blocking just about everything. The employees are friendly and helpful though.

Just got remodeled and it looks good in there. Service is normally good. I prefer to shop here than at the family dollar.

Someone there is definitely pocketing money I went in here on the 12 of December and purchased a pay pal card and wanted 50 dollars on there the cashier only put 45 and this isnt the first time also others have had this same exact problem recently I will never go back

It's ok. They redid the store but they didn't fit the floor. The floor is super dirty. But everything is good.

The store is always junky and crowded and nasty...I go only if I need to...its hard to shop because they have all the merchandise they have to put up blocking the aisles....the employees are nice..but that store is a mess!!

This DG is always cluttered and understaffed. The only employee I saw today was checking in a vendor while a line formed at checkout. I asked if she was only one working!

It's okay. Good prices on some things but on other things the price is unreasonably high. You can get in and out pretty quickly tho

Parking lots were full of buggies that made it impossible to park. And lines for check out were outrageous due to the fact they only had two employees working

Lots of spider webs found inside and on sales floor; need to clean inside of milk cooler of old foods....Just filthy, nasty with Big Spiders everywhere. ....
