Solid 5 star. Not often that you find a dollar store that is this clean and tidy. Plenty of stock. Great prices and very friendly staff.

Can’t give it 0 stars so I guess 1 will have to do. Hours on door, website and internet say they are open however myself and 3 other cars all pull up to this location at about 3:30pm on a Thursday and the doors are locked. I understand businesses struggle with employees not wanting to work and also with hiring in general but if you can not be open your store hours then adjust your open hours. I can not remember when a family dollar was busy enough to be open 12 hours a day anyway.

After giving this store multiple chances I think I’m done. Every time I have finished shopping and wanted to check out, no one is to be found! I have been kept waiting for up to 5 minutes for someone to notice before. These people don’t care. Today was the last straw. There was a lady waiting already at the register and as I walked up to get in line behind her with my 3 year old daughter, I noticed very inappropriate rap music being play behind the register. I put down my stuff right there and left. This is not a family store and they don’t care about their customers.

this store apparently never goes by the hours on the sign or the website . Seems they open and close whenever the employees feel like it . Today I was there at 9:10am myself and another customer arrived around the same time and it was closed with an employee inside she opened the door which I thought she was opening already and No I guess she had to go to her car . She then said something I didn’t hear I asked what she said and with a nasty attitude she rolled her eyes ! I don’t understand if your going to wake up go to work in customer service with a ugly attitude and treat people bad and open when you feel like it , why even bother showing up? It’s true what all these bad reviews say the employees here are horrible!

Zero stars if possible! Both of the employees were super rude and when I asked for the bathroom key for my kid to use the bathroom; I wasn’t told anything just a simple shrug of the shoulders followed by the employee picking up her phone and completely ignoring me. Then not even 3mins later while waiting in line for her to get off her phone, she left from behind the counter and went into the restroom for the next 10mins. Super rude and honestly both employees need to find jobs where they don’t interact with the public. The second employee I had to go find while the first one was IN THE bathroom, and when I asked her if she worked here, she never answered me just simply walked up to the counter and stood there.

Was hard to move around in the store (cramped) but good selection. Customer service deserved a big zero. I had to call her to register. She barely spoke. I asked her kindly twice to bag my laundry soap which she eventually did with an attitude. This cashier acted as if I was a pain in her behind rather than a customer.

Not Happy! 2 different items rang up more than tagged on shelf. Cashier only says" I can't change/do anything. I'll have to tell someone when they come in". How does that help get me my money back they overcharged?

12:15 in the afternoon and the employee locked the doors before I could get in. Gave me a "GO AWAY" motion. I can see if your the only employee and need to eat lunch and if thats the case, put up a sign. Other family dollars I've been to are very nice. This one didn't want my business I guess.

Very clean, items were very easy to find. You can clearly walk down the aisles, unlike The Dollars Store. The cashier wasn't people friendly at all. But respectful. And did her job well.

A Family Dollar Manager at Store #08572 is one of the most Awful person I've ever meet. When my husband asked what is the number to File a Complaint, she stated 1-800 Family Dollar. This Woman was very abrasive, she bumped me in the aisle and blamed me for our contact. This is unacceptable behavior from a Manager to a patron of this Store. I've never experienced this type of treatment in a public setting before.

Worst customer service ever went in a couple of days before Christmas to do a little Christmas shopping for my kid's. An had the police called on us out of no where , because one of the managers working said me ,my boyfriend an cousin looked as if we where stealing. Was searched an had nothing on us. No one apologized about it. The manager don't know her name black girl light skin maybe mixed race. Follows me outside so I could argue with her while my boyfriend paying for our things an didn't once apologize for accusing us oftaking things. I have contacted a lawyer it will be handled.

It's a nice place to shop. It's never crowded, always clean, and very organized. If the place ever gets disorganized, it's straightened up shortly. There are a lot of economically priced goods as well.

The store was neat and well stocked. And did I mention it's Christmas Eve. I didn't wait at the check out at all. The staff was friendly as well.

I will never return. Store smells like moth balls and the MANAGER refused to let my 4 yesr old use the rest room. Needless to say, I had to leave everything in my cart and leave the store. Guese i will be visiting Dollar General instead.

Just realized the cat food I purchased expired 10/15/20 I just bought this earlier this week and it’s 2021 absolutely disgraceful I opened the cat food cup and realized a funny smell came from it....I’m appalled it’s the meow mix brand poultry and beef 12 cup variety pack....I’m livid needless to say
