I was there on vacation for callaway garden, staying @ the cottages. I googled the nearest family dollar and this place was about 2 minutes away. I must have went in this store a million times on my 4 day vacation🤣All the cashiers was very friendly & helpful. Keep up the Great job with customers services Ladies & Gents

I was in the store this past Friday (12/2/2022) and there was only one person on the registers with about 15 people in line. The employee at the register (Krisy or Krista or something) kept calling for help to another employee (Jennifer) and I believe she is the manager. Jennifer finally came to help when I was at the register and there was only 2 other people behind me. The manager said "What do you want?" to the employee. The employee said "There was a long line and I needed help" at which time the manager got an attitude with her. It was all very unprofessional.

I absolutely love this store. The here is the best, they are so polite helpful and friendly, always stocking willing to help you find whatever you need.. Mrs. Cindy might be the best manager yall have ever had

Hey its another Dollar Store I always get the message to rate when I go into one or drive by one (considering they're every 6 miles). This one was like then others. ... clean and fairly tidy with semi-friendly staff.

I normally prefer to go to Family Dollar over the Dollar General in town but tonight I was pretty disappointed and ticked off since I had to tell the young cashier that I was ready to pay since she couldn’t stop telling her story to her co- worker & give me her full attention so I could pay and leave. I just stood there staring, holding my money waiting for her to look at me and take me money but she just kept running her mouth!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in the store. My friend and I came in there looking for something to particular and couldn’t find it. We asked an older lady for help maybe her name was Teresa but she had purple hair. She was very rude and not very helpful we just left without any other questions. We decided we didn’t need to give our business.

My name is Joe Stewart. My ESA-K-9s name is Smokey. Every single employee never fails to acknowledge myself and especially Smokey. They even keep special treats under the counter for him. I'm on Oxygen and I also have a terminal heart condition. Today "No names" just for the fact I feel that any employee regardless of how busy would do the same, offered and pushed my cart out to my truck and placed every item inside the cart into my truck. This store goes beyond selfishly to help their customers. God bless all of you.

Staff often found out front smoking cig. slightly higher priced dollar general, seriously there is a dollar general right up the street just go there. Conveniently located. The lady that actually works the counter is very pleasent and helpful.

Family Dollar pretty much is consistent, for better or worse, no matter what area it's located. If I need a quick thing or two, I'd stop by but to make a planned trip to a Family Dollar is highly unlikely.

Amazing folks and great place to go in a clutch! Down here for the Hot Air Balloon Show @ Callaway Gardens. My family & I needed some beach and Villa essentials; FD answered. My only criticism is order more AQUA SHOES!!! Thx

Service for us was very fast, and the selection of products (as the only general store in town) was surprisingly pretty solid! Something to note: It's about the only place in Pine Mountain you can get supplies on a Sunday.

Pretty large store in a tiny town, we travel for a living, and live in an RV so the little family and Dollar stores are important, this was a large one with friendly staff

I'd drive to Dollar General any day before I walk into a Family Dollar. They appear similar, but Family Dollar never seems to have what I'm looking for. I've stopped going there.
