First, Kasha's Kuts Grooming Website is very impressive and very professional, giving several options of services and prices. To include if there's going to be additional charges. You also had to pay a deposit in advance when making the appointment. If you didn't cancel the appointment with them 24 or 48 hours, you lost either part or all of your deposit. Business minded, I respected that, very professional. I appreciated that she took all 3 of our dogs. The appointment was made in advance. With the exception of the 3rd dog, which was added a day before the appointment. Unfortunately, her cuts for us our babies were not as good as her website. Kaska Kuts Grooming facility was not to the same standards of her website. Which does not show any pictures of it.I've attached pictures of our pup's show blade cuts on their belly and inner thigh. The dogs 2 standard poodles and 1 doodle. I was concerned about the doodle because we wanted a shortcut on her. Basically, it's a standard poodle cut on a doodle. The doodle came out looking the best, and even with that, her cut wasn't an even cut to close on the nose and butt to long on the legs. The poodles will have to be recut. They looked like they were bathed, combed, and blown out. We got a big poof of fur. What we wanted was a short cit. Yes, she sent pic's that looked good from the back and some forward. However, the depth of the cut you couldn't be determined. The groomer should have known a short from long cut. She said the dogs were madded in charge. That's for the dogs being matted. But she didn't cut their hair down she was able to come through. At the end of the day, it's not about the money. She has not reached out after receiving my concerns, still.

Niccii goes above and beyond for her clients and fur babies. Kasha’s Kuts also won’t break the bank. I love that she does pick up and drop off as well. We also trust her with our fur babies when we’re out of town. Highly recommend!I wish I had snapped before pics!

First visit with our Charlie, and he looks so handsome! Thank you for working us in on such short notice. He looks and acts like he feels so much better since his new do! Sometimes you’re leary of using a new groomer, but she communicated with me throughout the whole process and was very professional, but most importantly loving and caring to our Charlie. I had lots of questions and she was very helpful. We even added a few extras that needed to be done and she did not mind one bit! He was so funny when we started to leave…I think he’s found a new mama. Thank you so much Nicci! We’ll definitely be seeing you again!

My pups nails were so over grown 😩. I was embarrassed to make an appointment. They were so nice about it and non judgemental. I booked for the 2 dog nail and trim and they did amazing. My 10 year old dog bites and they trimmed her nails with out issue. I was I'm just happy I found a place that I know I can trust with my babies. It was in and out and thier nails looks so good 😍.

Our pretty girl is always beautiful but nickii done an amazing job on her new do!! She even gave her a pretty bow and bandana. She left her grooming feelin brand new!!

I HIGHLY recommend Kasha's Kuts when it comes to having your sweet fur babies groomed. Niccii is an absolute sweetheart, and both of my dogs just adore her. My mini schnauzer is a handful, but somehow Niccii works her magic on him every time and his haircuts are always done in a loving and professional manner. Thank you so much, Niccii for all your hard work on my sweet babies!

I love kasha’s kut grooming they are loving an gentle with your fur babies. Do an excellent job on grooming. I’ve used other places an have had bad experiences but I’m so thankful I found them cause my bandit loves to go get groomed. Thank y’all for all you do. I highly recommend for all your pets grooming.

Highly recommend. I have a pretty large shepherd/malamute mix with a heavy undercoat. When Niccii got her she looked a mess blowing her coat for summer; when I got her back she looked amazing!! I wouldn't take her to anyone else.

Very pleased with Cooper's haircut. Nicki groomed her just like I asked her too. Very friendly and the wait for an appointment is on point... didn't have to wait to get her in at all. I will be taking my Cooper back.
