PetSuites has some of the most friendly and caring staff members around! They took really good care of my pup while I was away and treated her as if she was their own. I can tell she really enjoys it there and has made so many friends! They do an excellent job at caring for her needs and she seems to really enjoy the different events they do! Not to mention the lobby is very clean and smells nice 😁

I’ve been bringing my pets to PetSuites for the last year, and it’s the best decision I ever made. My pets enjoy coming here! I use to take them to Petsmart and they hated it and I began to hate it as well. The staff is extremely helpful and always friendly. The facility is always clean! I don’t live close to this location any longer but I go out the way to bring them when I need to board them. They always keep me updated when I'm away with my pets (Oscar and Baxter) with pictures and comments. I highly recommend PetSuites Norcross!

I used the grooming service and I think they did a great job! Everyone was very friendly and took good care of my girl. She smells great and her nails are no longer as sharp as razors lol Also love the bandana. I look forward to trying their other services in the future.

We’ve had great experiences at Petsuites Norcross! Staff is friendly, caring, knows our senior dog and takes care of her special needs. She appears to enjoy group play time and esp loves the pool! Facility is clean and attractive. It gives us comfort when we travel to know that she’s in such good hands. The ‘Pawgress Report’ w pictures sent to us while we’re gone brightens our day!

PetSuites Norcross did a great job with my dog Riley. He stayed there for 2 nights. I had a couple of photos texted & a pawgress report each afternoon to show me how he was doing. I paid for him to have his nails trimmed & a bath before I picked him up. He looked and smelled clean!!! He even got a Halloween scarf!! I am very happy!!!

My 7 month old rescue pup, Margot, tried Pet Suites for the first time this week. She loves other dogs and had the best time! All of the employees were so kind, and were so sweet to Margot when we left. I was so comfortable leaving her there. I highly recommend.

love this place! i have a reactive pitbull and i love being able to book her own room with tv while i’m out of town. they make it so easy to book and super accommodating.i love receiving my dogs pawgress reports with pictures, affordable prices and their monthly activities.mother’s day was a painting and halloween was a pumpkin! def recommend ✨

Petsuites Norcross is amazing! Nice facility and really nice staff! My pups always come home happy! 100% trustworthy! They also offer Paw gress reports so you can get a report of how your baby is doing, love that! They also have fun theme days throughout each month where you can get a cute picture of your pet! Although I don’t have cats, I think it’s awesome they offer boarding for cats so cat owners have that option if they need to board their cat!

Miles MacGu is a super shy Pomeranian so I naturally am nervous leaving him anywhere. He’s only one. I used to go to Ruff House Pet Resort in Milton but recently moved to Roswell. I tried Puppy Haven in East Roswell however, they would have more hyper dogs in their small/medium room. Miles was picked on a lot :( I found PetSuites Norcross thanks to their great reviews on Yelp and Google. They listened to our past experiences and man, the facility is beautiful and huge. Super clean. A lot of workers to help out. The boarding areas were impressive, big and accommodating. I love that they allow you to bring your baby’s toys and blankets while doing daycare or boarding. No other places I know allow that due to choking hazards which I understand but if you know your fur baby and they need that at home assurance, it’s a great option to have. Miles did great during his temperament test and the staff was honest about everything. Miles was shy at first but ended up laying down and relaxing. He made lots of friends too. They send a pawgress report with pictures. You can also purchase that option while boarding. Temperament tests are free. Puppy Haven charges for temperament tests and they charge $4 to give your dog food which is a new one. That’s why we chose PetSuites Norcross. Thanks to them for taking care of Miles MacGu and remembering him when he walks in the door. A+++++++

Best doggy daycare ever! My dog Rolly comes here about 3x/week, and he loves it so much. He loves water/swimming, and PetSuites has a big doggy pool for him to play in. He comes home and sleeps all night and most of the next day. All of the staff members are very nice and helpful. I know my little man is in good hands here. He's never boarded before, but I know when it is needed, PetSuites will be our go-to!

I have been bringing my three hounds to Leon since last year and have been pleased every single time. Leon is special to me and my hound family because my dogs are all rescues and had never been to a groomer prior to me rescuing them. Leon was immediately able to break through with all three of them (Kylo in particular) and make them feel comfortable and safe. If you have rescues, I am sure you know how hard it can be for rescues to bond with and trust anyone. Leon is not only a great groomer, but a wonderful person with a great spirit that I believe dogs sense making them feel welcomed. Thank you Leon! We will be back next week :D

Great care for my puppy, everyone is very gentle and personable! Love the doggy day care option for when I need to run errands and loves the play time. He also gets top notch grooming by Leon as well as training by Hannah. He always returns a happy camper and worn out from playing with friends :)

This place is awesome! Able to change dates at last minute they were very accommodating. Very responsive and professional. It is also aesthetically very nice. I was able to take advantage of the multi dog discount which made the rate much more affordable to board 2 dogs. We have finally found our pet boarding place!

I am a loyal customer who always takes my dog to daycare but the boarding experience has made me regret ever being a customer. My dog came back to me after four days smelling like pee and was absolutely filthy. His paws were wet and tinted green like he was rolling in it and sleeping in pee. He absolutely reeked. I paid $200 for my dog to be neglected

Pet Suites provided an outstanding boarding experience for my dog. Their communication was effective, and I loved receiving pictures and progress reports. The facility smelled amazing, and my dog didn't have any unpleasant odors when I picked them up. While slightly pricey, the top-notch service made it completely worthwhile. Highly recommended!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! I have finally learned my lesson. This location is under some of the worse management I have ever experienced. This has not always been the case. They used to be a wonderful organization under strong management. They also generally have a really good staff working. What happened today is the third time I have been through this same experience. First, you cannot book online. Second, when you call to book, they will give you a date over a month out. And then they will blame you for not booking during the week when it all falls apart the day of, but the only option they gave you a Saturday. They will ask you to bring your dog in at 8 o’clock in the morning but at 2:30 when you call for a status update, they will tell you he is in the dryer. But they do not have time to groom him before 6 PM and will offer you a “trim”. And the manager, Ariana, who is one of the worst I have ever dealt with, will tell you that he’s nervous after you insist he be groomed as scheduled. My dog has been groomed here for eight years and I have never received this “nervous” excuse. The bottom line is they didn’t have time to do my dog, and they wanted to blame me or the dog for why they could not groom him today. They are, as always, disorganized and understaffed. So, I picked him up after he had been in a crate all day with no water. No bath. No groom. To be clear when you wait a month for an appointment they choose, you expect better service than this. I don’t understand why on earth they need a dog 11 hours for grooming. I am now going back to Pawsative Pet Spa (amazing!) Do not waste your money or your time here. It is simply the worst waste of time and money.

Just boarded my fur baby Rocky. Love the energy and atmosphere here at Petsuites. The staff is super lovely and amazing. As soon we walk in , they already recognize him and run up just loving up on him . They offer the best services here . Daycare , Boarding, and Grooming . They have scheduled event every month . Having a dog who loves playing outside is difficult when he comes inside smelling stinky . So we schedule a bath , he came home smelling amazing. He participated in the Pumpkin Patch Event . Send pictures they day before we pick him up .I can not stress enough , this place is amazing. They make check in so easy and quick . Always have him ready when I pick up . He recognizes the place as soon as we pull into the parking lot . We will be coming back again . This is a safe place for all fir babies! We love Petsuites💚💜

I use to bring my dog here all the time with no problem, it wasn't until the last time I took him in that made me decide to never bring him here again. I picked up my dog with a huge laceration on his jaw and none of the workers were able to tell me what happened. There was no recording and no witnesses at all which is weird because I thought this was supervised play. They did pay for his vet bill but my dog is traumatized from whatever the hell happened in that day care. He had to get 5 stitches. It wasn't an injury from another dog either and both my vets confirmed that, they stated that his laceration was from a sharp object. I will never come back here and neither will my friends or family after hearing about this incident.

I've been taking Max for a while(2 years now) and now also Chester,his little sibling. They love being here. I know it,because when we arrive they're so eager to go play with their friends!Everyone in the front desk is very friendly.They took the time to explain to me everything regarding their boarding (8 days) and answered all my questions. They prepared their food as we requested ,wet food mixed with dry food and even added the half cup water. They took note of everything.While boarding, you can call them as many times as you want to make sure they're doing ok.I have a suggestion, though:as you guys don't have cameras,I'd love to get some pictures! That could be an outstanding service you could provide when our babies are boarding, just to "see" them playing and having fun...we all have cell phones now,so it'd be awesome to receive a picture every day....Love the cleanliness. I used to take Max to another place a few years ago and when I picked him up he always smelled terrible. Pets Suites is always spotless, and when I pick my puppies up,they never have that awful pet care place smell.Keep up the good job guys! So glad you're here in Norcross!

Okay groom, misleading business practices and communicationBooked two dogs for a grooming session using their online system. The estimate was $30 per dog. Got surprised with a price almost double by the time I left.Why? They gave the dogs a bath, a service listed as $0 on their online estimate. When asked their response was the "online system was always incorrect and that's why they say its only an estimate."I have zero problem paying additional for something like my dogs hair being longer than expected for a cut or whatever. But having the system say zero dollar cost for something that will always cost ~$30 isn't something you chalk up to "its just an estimate"...its something you identify as misleading to customers.

We LOVE this location and we only trust this pet hotel with our baby. He was born blind and needs a bit more attention and he gets exactly that. This location is amazing with him and he is so comfortable with them. They post picture updates on the app and tell you when he has eaten and his mood. Their Townhouse suites are the best and this is a very affordable pet hotel. We love love love the staff and love that they love our Coffee Bean
