I bought my first bird from Fancy Feathers nearly a year ago now. I actually looked at some other places before I found Fancy Feathers. The thing that really stands out about Fancy Feathers is how much they LOVE birds. They take time to educate owners about proper care of birds because they want all their birds to go to homes where they will be well cared for. This was especially important for me because this is my first bird and I bought a baby black capped conure that was still getting some formula feedings. The support that they provide for the birds they sell with free grooming and advice is so helpful. They also have reasonably priced boarding and good prices overall. These are the reasons I choose Fancy Feathers. In the past year, I have boarded my bird a couple times and taken him in for grooming a few times. Brenda and her staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Fancy Feathers to anyone with a bird or considering a pet bird.

We love coming to this store for their wide selection and competitive pricing on birds, feeds, and decorations. Great service, friendly and patient service as well. Our little boys had a lot of questions and it didn't bother them at all.

Heyyyyyy Ms b. I would like to say that if anyone wants a bird, please get it from her. Her birds are top tier and great quality. I’ve never gotten a sick bird from her and all my birds from her I have successfully free flight trained. She is very knowledgeable about parrots and will help and walk you through anything you may need help with. All my birds from her are happy, healthy and just so wonderful.

I love Miss Brenda and fancy feathers. She helps take care of my six feather babies whenever I need their nails or wings trimmed. She drives over an hour just for me and my baby’s. She’s always very nice and professional. Thank you for being there for us.

Brenda is amazing !!!! We got a bird from her more than 6 years ago at a bird show ! Way before she had a store. She raises very healthy babies ! She offers free feather , beak and talon trims !! We love coming to see Brenda and all of the birds . Her staff are also very educated on birds and can answer all of your questions . I would recommend 5/5 !!!

Fancy feathers is a five star experience! We bought our conure there a year ago, and have taken him back for grooming regularly. They are always kind to my bird, and the facility is very clean and welcoming. Plus, grooming is free if you buy your bird from them. We always love browsing through the toys and end up bringing some thing for our Luca. We are so lucky to have fancy feathers close enough so that we can go there whenever we want.

I was visiting Atlanta for a few days with my daughter and sister. We were missing our pet parrot and decided to stop in to get him a present.We had a wonderful experience. My daughter held a blue and gold macaw and an umbrella cockatoo. The birds were friendly and the staff was very helpful. The store has an incredible selection. It felt like more of an experience than shopping. We will make sure to come back next time in Atlanta.

We love this place and everyone who works there. They not only saved our bird's life but have been incredible to work with every time we shop. This is the only place I will go for our little green cheek conure. We buy our food and supplies, board, and learn as much as we can from Brenda. She knows more about birds than anyone in Atlanta (including the avian veterinarians we've seen).

Always have a great experience here. Purchased two cockatiels and just recently purchased a 15 y.o. Cockatoo (yesterday). The staff is always helpful and friendly when coming here. I have since moved an hour away but will still continue to come back and support this great business.I normally bring my two cocktiels and two parakeets here to get groomed, stock up on food/treats, and purchase some toys. The owner is great with my birds when trimming their beaks, nails, and feathers.I highly recommend Fancy Feathers.

Brenda has been great boarding my three Indian ringnecks when I go on trips. Very reasonable pricing. We also love her store! Clean, lots of reasonable priced food and toys. We also love visiting all her great birds.

100% recommended place. We had the opportunity to buy an African gray parrot and Ms Brenda gave us the opportunity to go to her house to visit it, while she was ready to take it home, it was beautiful to see it as a baby.

I consider myself lucky to meet Ms. Brenda. I could tell she puts her heart and soul in raising and caring for parrots. Her hard work shows in healthy and happy birds. The place has a big selection of parrots (the website lists only a few birds), it is clean, and it has no smell of any kind. There is a good selection of cages, toys, food, and other accessories. The staff is extremely tentative and knowledgeable. I had a great experience buying a parrot at Fancy Feathers.

Got my Green Cheek Conure from here. He’s the sweetest boy. All staff members were extremely helpful in providing me with information on how to care for him and what supplies I needed. Prices are also very fair. Highly recommend getting your feathered friend here!

Purchased my previous IRN from Brenda a year ago. When my friend transported him, he arrived healthy and BEAUTIFUL! If you check out Fancy Feathers Facebook page she even do live feedings. I got his dna certificate as well which was mailed out to me and she kept me updated along the way and even called me to let me know. I would purchase from here again.

Amazing service, informative, and what a fun place! I got a White Cinnamon Cockatiel from another pet store and was looking for a place to get his nails,and beak trimmed. I came across Fancy Feathers and took him in. They were amazing and handle my baby with care and gave us so many tips and helpful information to make sure we give him the best care. The store was full of gorgeous healthy birds, lots of supplies and fun toys, and everyone working there was very helpful! Brenda is an amazing lady, professional and a true bird lover. So caring! If we ever decide on another bird we'll be buying from here!

Brenda takes such awesome care of our feathered babies! It is worth the long drive for us from Social Circle! Only one of our beautiful babies came from her, but she treats them all as her own, as well as, teaches us what we can do to make their lives better! We won't go anywhere else! Fancy Feathers is absolutely amazing! I got my cockatiel from here last year in June, and she is doing great, and she's is just the sweetest. It was such a lovely experience adopting her there! I always love visiting to pick out new toys, or picking up food and treats. The staff is always so lovely and kind! All the birds look so happy and healthy, and of course are so cute! Everything about this incredible place is so vibrant and exciting. Definitely a great place for getting a new birdie or simply just picking up some new goodies!

Great service! I have three healthy parrots from this store since almost last year. They offer great foods and toys for good prices. Brenda and other staffs are nice people to work with. As the starter, they do teach us what to do and do not to parrots. Overall, they are great for bird services. I recommended this store to my other friends.

AMAZING! I love this place! I bought my Indian Ringneck and African Grey here. If you love pet birds this is the all in one store for you! As soon as you walk In the door there are gorgeous birds hanging out on perches- they have cockatoos, cockatiels, African grays, Indian ringnecks, conures, macaws, ect… they even had a toucan! The staff is super friendly and they have everything you could possibly want for your birds! They were very helpful and reasonably priced. They told me that with the purchase of the bird it comes with free grooming for life! They even offer inexpensive boarding for birds if you need to go on vacation, and you don’t even have to bring their cage in either making things super easy. They have a wide variety of toys, perches, cages and food for your bird’s needs. I am highly impressed with this store and will be going back! This is just the kind of bird store I’ve been looking for, so much better than Petco or petsmart as they have very limited selection in comparison and not nearly as good of customer service. The birds are hand raised by them which is a huge plus! Our ringneck and African grey havent bitten me, my wife or my 5 year old daughter a single time!!! If you are looking for a new bird friend or even just stuff for your bird, look no further. This is the place to go. Thank you Fancy Feathers!!!

My husband and I came in today to get a new parakeet because our last one passed and we are so glad we came to this place! The previous pet store was Pet Supermarket and they gave us a bunch of misinformation wth! Jack the owner is awesome and a breeder himself. A lot of the birds are friendly and there’s even a bird hotel there for $5 a day. Keaton helped us pick a nicely tamed Parakeet and we couldn’t be happier with the choice. These people are very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you guys for all the help. They also include free grooming! This is my new go to for all my bird needs.

This place is so amazing! We wanted a male budgie to add to our collection and when we left we were wowed by this place. They were so patient and informational with us. You can tell they take very special care of their birds and love what they do. The atmosphere is relaxed and so clean. The owner is so nice and forthcoming. I walked out further educated with birds and with a very happy, healthy, budgie. This place is over an hour drive but it's so worth it. I won't be going anywhere else for food or anything for my budgies.

If you are looking for the best place for your feathered baby this is your place. They not only have the best toys and food at reasonable prices, they are always willing to help with care from nail, beak and wing trims to special advice. Brenda, Jack and the entire staff know parrots and have years of experience. They are professional and caring and makes sure they give everyone their best! The store is more than a retail establishment, it’s a family to everyone who enters the door.

This lady is so knowledgeable and amazing. She helped my son learn how to better care for his budgies. After I heard how someone stole one of her birds, she didn’t even press charges, she got them to pay for the bird and left it all go, they have had their friends submit 1 star reviews. I knew I needed to do my part and help. We love the bird lady!!!
