The only Publix in the area I’ll go to for sandwiches now. They have one of the best crews back there. Friendly and know how to make a sandwich look as good as it taste. I’ve never had a disappointing experience with them and I hope I never do. The bathrooms at this location stays clean and doesn’t have an odor like other stores. They keep the store pretty clean overall as it is though. I love buying the strawberry and grapes bowl only from this location due to the freshness; never disappointed either. Absolutely LOVE the free cookies me and my 4 year old get when we go. The bakery staff is truly amazing! I love this store!

Went in earlier today at this location and we saw a huge rat running across the store and employees scrambling to get it. This happened around 2-3pm and a man yelled there was a rat as we were waiting at the deli section. People were freaking out and backing away from the deli and food area because that’s where the rat was. Employees are nice but none of the employees apologized or got a manager to assess the situation with the customers. Made me feel like this was a common occurrence. I’m not sure what’s going on at this Publix but my friends & I are a little disturbed. Just thought I would post this in case of any health hazards.

I do love this locations Produce department, especially in comparison to nearby stores. I'm big on couponing and deals, so I love the digital coupons and Bogos. You do have to be selective because sometimes item costs are higher here, but when you find a deal, it's usually a steal. One downside is the small meat selection. Other than that the store is always clean. Customer service is good aswell.

It's a clean store full of great options. I had trouble finding a few items. There were no workers in the areas I was in. The variety of healthy choices is helpful. Some prices are high, while others are comparable with other health food stores.

Apr 2024I dont know the name of the new blonde pharmacist, but she has a nasty personality. Seems like it's an inconvenience to answer any questions we've had about medication. I know they hear the same questions all day, but maybe she should do something behind the scenes so doesn't have to interact with the public. The assistants are getting to be just as bad.This Publix has gone way down since they changed management 5 yrs ago. Can't keep the same managers at this store for some reason.

On 2 occasions I’ve ordered catering from the bakery only to be called at 10:30 am the day of the event to say they are sold out of what I ordered. Today, I didn’t even get an apology - they just asked if I still wanted the cheesecake, which isn’t even part of what I ordered.Save your time, order from Arbor Springs. Learn from my (twice made) mistake.

Bought 8 pieces chicken from the deli this morning around 10:00 some of the pieces were old and hard, the meat was dark around the bone. This was the first box in the warmer, assuming left over from previous day, very disappointing.

Michael in the Deli was wonderful! Very courteous. Walked away from the sample station and opened a register for us to check out our deli order and eat without having to walk back to the main check-outs. He was very nice and suggestively sold to save us money and still get what we came for. Best customer service I've had in any grocery store!

If you are in need of a great pharmacy, go to Publix @ Coweta Crossroads. They have special ordered allergy medicine for me on several occasions that are not readily available or common, but really work for both my husband & I. It’s not an expensive product, & a couple of other places told me it was no longer made, but the pharmacist at Publix, can’t remember her name, looked it up & told me it was. $6.99 for 100 pills. She is amazing!!! We are getting all Rxs filled there now.
