First time experience, extremely happy with how they treated me and my two cats Benito & Tessa, the ladies where so nice and even helped me load my cats in my vehicle! I couldn’t stop smiling all day!

I am extremely disappointed. My dog is very difficult, I know that so I made sure to find a place that would be able to handle him. They said they deal with difficult dogs all the time so I trusted them. First time he looked ok, very choppy but I knew it was the first time.I came here from Colorado and by the second time the groomer I found did a great job and spent time with him. His fur is all choppy, especially on his back neck, looks like they just stopped and gave up. Didn’t trim his face nails and made me pay before I even got to see him. Also, my appointment was 830 and I called at 1230 to make sure he was ok and I got “I think he’s ready”. It took her 4 hours to wash him and shave his back? $55 for that. They forgot about him and honestly probably wouldn’t have even called until later if I didn’t. Didn’t offer any discount since she barely did anything. Didn’t even say to come back and cut his nails. Should have gone back in and at least made her make his hair even. I do not recommend if your dog is difficult or even slightly.

The grooming was okay, but the lady I encountered was not friendly. When she called to tell me my dog was done, I told her I had to finish up some things at work and she told me to hurry because they don’t have room to keep him. That’s something you should tell your customers when they schedule their appointment. Many people work and cannot get their pet right away. I have switched to another facility that lets me drop my dog off at 9 and pick him up on my break. If you work, look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a home in pet grooming, this is your place! Love their new location on Franklin Hwy too. I'm convinced that there is not a better grooming service south of Atlanta, much less Coweta County.

Doreen and Tonya take excellent care of the animal and do a great job grooming. Prices are reasonable. They even do nail trims and use a dremel.

The food was barely seasoned, the corn bread was very hard, the mac and cheese was hard and brunt, the banana pudding was spoiled all of this cost me $14.00 and a great disappointment.
