We ordered a baby pink Princess cake for my daughters first birthday, 24 hours in advance. We ordered a cake off their book they have. (Pictured below) This is what they tried to give us. (Red cake) the cake was splotchy and not at all what we asked for. The bakery doesn’t know how to pipe wording on a cake anymore. We tried to even get a cake off the shelf and have them just pipe it with pink icing and they wouldn’t do it. Customer service even said they wouldn’t have taken the cake. Bakery manager didn’t see an issue. Wouldn’t do anything to fix it.Extremely saddening because we had gotten every cake from BJ’s and was never let down. But whoever they have running the bakery, shouldn’t be.Needless to say we left the cake. Went to arbor springs publix, placed a cake order 2 hours in advance and got this beautiful cake(pink cake)along with a free smash cake :) go to Publix arbor springs for your cakes!’ NOT BJS!

I was attempting to buy a television and I had difficulty finding someone to help me. The door attendant called someone, but noone came. The attendant didn't check to see if I had been helped and seemed unconcerned. I just left and bought a television somewhere else.

Never a real register open. Instead, they have 3 employees running self check and expecting g me to do work for their company for free. All the while expecting me to also take on the liability of something going wrong and ending up arrested.

BJ's just has different brands than Sam's. BJ's is darker inside and much less crowded than Sam's. I do prefer BJ'S muffins because they don't have all that wheat in them.

This club has the best prices on meats and most other food items especially if you have a large family. They have a great selection of you are vegan, vegetarian, or you eat a normal four food groups diet. The membership is worth it especially if you get the rewards membership the cash back is great. You can also use your rewards at the pump which is already lower than most gas prices by at least 20 to 30 cents.

You need register open not self check out for disable customer we spend money and we have to cash ourselves out I personally spend a great amount of money and not a cashier available is ridiculous for now on if there no cashier available I won't shop. I am disable and is hard for me to do a employee job we pay for the items.

I really DO NOT like is having to "Clip" coupons in the app in order to get advertised discounts. What a pain! And there's no app check-out to skip the line like at another club chain. Seriously, in today's high world, these things should be standard! These two things alone make me question my membership.On a positive note: the gas station is a blessing. The prices are great and there's always a spot to fill up. So convenient! The store is always well-stocked, but the selection is not as good as some competitors (you know who they are).

Shame you can’t give a Zero. Had two carts full. Wife had clipped all the coupons digitally and a lot of what we bought was coupon items. Waited on the cashier to go to restroom. This was the only cashier but two employees were working the do it yourself check out. Tallied the two carts and not one coupon showed up as advertised. Asked why and got the answer that the member card number did not match up. Solution: go to customer no service and get the mismatch resolved then go back and repeat the whole process. Hope they have fun putting all that stuff back. I have Sam’s Costco and Bjs they are all pain to deal with but Bj’s is off my list. Wonder if you can get a refund on membership.

I am given a three because of the young man who worked customer service on 04.16.2021 @4p and the lady in the bakery. Cannot remember their names but they were awesome. The other staff I encountered were not polite (putting it nicely). This was my 1st time there. Asked the lady at the door where do I pick up a cake she states I do not know. Walk to this little area in front of the registers because about 5 employees just talking right there. I never was acknowledged. So I looked the bakery on my own (very polite). Go to check out the cashiers just talking. She couldn't check me out so I went to customer service to check out. He saved BJs from an angry customer who was ready to cuss every one out. Nevertheless I know for a fact I WILL NEVER REVISIT, minus those two employees hire employees who give a damn about your customers.

Inadvertently clicked to allow them to automatically charge membership to my CC each year. Realized this as I was exciting & commented that I had not intended to do this. The employee checking me out laughed, made fun of me, said it was my own fault and that I did it to myself and should read things better. She said "everybody gets mad about that". I ignored her lack of customer service and opted out of the automatic charge on their website when I got home. No way to treat a customer! She could have simply told me that it can easily be changed on the website. Too bad that employees cannot be more courteous and helpful to the customer

Just watched the person at the bakery be extremely rude to an older customer who was just asking for Happy Birthday to be written on their cake. I will not be renewing my membership here.

Went there for the first time last week and I'm a little disappointed. This was not the type of southern hospitality I was expecting coming from Jersey. The deli clerk was really rude and unprofessional. Just because you're busy doesn't mean you have to be mean to other customers. There is proper etiquette and ways to speak to people while you attend to other duties. However the cashier was really nice, professional and attentive/informative.

I went in today to look around and see if I wanted a membership. I ended up buying a Christmas tree. The lady at member services was horrible and rude. She acted as if she didn't want to help me. The manager Kevin was very polite and helpful. All of the young ladies at member services appeared as if they hated their jobs. SMH! Now I see why the parking lot is like a ghost town. I'm a faithful Costco shopper and will not be adding this location to my shopping needs.

You people need to understand that this is still America home of the free market. I suppose you do have the right to refuse service. I have been a member since the day you opened. The lady at the front door was very rude and demanding about you requiring a mask. Snatching the drawer open and grabbing a Box then expected me to put one on guarantees that I will never be back in the store again. You need to learn the customer is always right, I am the customer. My money pays your salary. Deal with your employees or the free market will deal with you.

For the most part, we love BJs. Today, however, at the Newnan BJs, we had been careful to get our frozen items right before checking out at self checkout, since we live 30 minutes away. We were then quite irritated to get to the exit door and have a woman with two large carts being checked out on instacart by the exit door person.If stores use instacart, shouldn't they have a designated person to service them rather than delay people who have come to shop in person? I really didn't appreciate my frozen foods defrosting trying to exit the store.them into the cooler in my car.

BJ's in Newnan Georgia is nasty, they treat the employees so bad they think the employees should do over cleaning and never get home on time. For the members all I'm saying is run and don't buy anything that is already cooked food ex. Rotesrie chicken. And any meat products you will get sick the manager's don't do anything but bark orders at the employees. And go home by 1 or 2 or before. manager is so so bad

We have been shopping at this store for 11 years. Usually we have no interaction with anyone in the store except the cashier and the receipt checkpoint and that has been fine. However, on perhaps 3 occasions the store has relocated an item and I have asked Guest Services where it was. Twice they just said they didn't know without offering to help and that I would just have to look for it and the other time they called a manager who never showed up. Because of the lack of service, we switched to Sam's when they opened but we like BJ's products better so we kept the Sam's membership but also joined BJ's again. Yesterday, I received an email from BJ's advertising their 2 hour delivery so I went to their website and placed an order. About 3 hours later I got an email that the order had been delivered but we never received it. Obviously it had been delivered to the wrong address so we called BJ's and asked for a manager to find out the process for tracking it. She was probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with and absolutely refused to help us. She said that delivery was done by an outside company and BJ's had no responsibility for it. I told her than it was on the BJ's website and she stated, "That's not my problem". She refused to give us her name or tell us who to call at the other company, repeatedly saying that BJ's was not responsible even if it was on their website. We hung up very frustrated and with over $100 worth of missing items that we had already been charged for. We will be using our Sam's membership going forward. If you shop at the Newnan BJ's and have an issue, just be aware that you are on your own. The store will not even make an effort to help you.

I bought a recliner chair from BJs.com. I am having a surgery this was the purposed of this purchase them my husband decided let’s go to a store to buy it I canceled 2 minutes later after purchased it. Them I call customer service to make sure it is cancelled and they yes it will be cancelled but the charged me for it 4 phone call a week later and I don’t have neither my money or my recliner and the answer from BJs is they can returned my money because it said FedEx would delivery on Monday a week after I cancelled this product consumer affair need to look more into this big company’s.

I’m thankful to have a club store in newnan. The deli is great but the rest is lack luster luster the employees are very vocal if you ask them about their opinion of the company with many chomping at the bit for Costco to openfor new opportunities. The store has reduced it number of displays and samples since I have joined

The w-o-r-s-t ! ! Experience . They ordered 4 tires for me . On the install appointment day only 2 had arrived . I asked if one could be installed because it had a slow leak & he was absolutely unbusy . He said until the entire order was received - he could not . Very unhelpful ! / uncaring Next day 2 other tires arrive . A-g-a-i-n , totally unbusy , he says he is waiting on an install appointment in about 25 minutes . The shop was totally empty . He would not at least get started on my car & if the other guy shows up he can pause my job for the appointment . But N-o-o--o-o-oooo ! He obviously prefers doing nothing & sitting on his bench spot in the waiting room. I went home & canceled the order & bought the single tire I really needed at Discount Tire & the customer was excellent . I will not renew my BJ's membership & renew my C-O-S-T-C-O .

The bakery staff is amazing! Lorraine worked with me to design my sons birthday cake. They found a 3D train cake design in the bake and called me to let me know and even sent me a picture so I would know what it was going to look like. The cakes are super affordable as well. Definitely will be back!

If you have a BJ's Membership, it wouldn't hurt to try out the tire center. Great service and friendly employees. There's usually only two employees working, which sometimes means no one will be in the office because they're busy working on someone else's car, but they always apologize for their absence and make it up.They really go out of your way to help you out. I ordered four tires from here, had them installed on the weekend, but one of them turned out to be defective. I drove back later in the day and they helped me out by replacing the defective one with one of my old tires, and by Monday they already had a new tire delivered.

I have been shopping at this club for over 12 years. I was recently humiliated by the girl checking the groceries as you leave the store. She miscounted the amount of groceries in my cart, and instead of asking one of her co workers to recount. She decided to pull us to the side and check every item in our cart.It was over $200.00 worth. Which of course took some time in front of every customer that passed by. It was then understood that it was a miss count on her part. There was no apologies, it was rude and seriously miss handled. Needless to say I'm thinking of cancelling my membership and going to Sam's or Costco instead.

I went in to see if I could apply for a business credit card. They guy (KARLat the counter said yes. I asked him(KARL) what information would they need from me? He (KARL)told me to provide him with my EIN number in which I did. He(KARL) then ask me for my social security number, I stopped and ask him why would he need this information , he (KARL)told me for identification ONLY, I said okay. Long story short after receiving a notification that my credit has been checked I called the 1-800 number only to find out they don’t do business credit cards any MORE !! As well as Karl shouldn’t have asked me for my social.I am highly upset, Due to me explaining to KARL who is the manger at that, that I didn’t want my credit to be run!! This is just unacceptable, I hate to think how many people he has done like this. Just his whole attitude I felt profiled from the beginning with his sneaky remark “well you HAVE to have an EIN numberI will never ever come back to this place!’ And you guys shouldn’t either

Just went here for the first time today. The associate who signed me up for my membership was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she made the process fairly enjoyable through great conversation. I'd been in the actual store for less than 5 minutes, when I walked past an area near electronics where the Home Improvement people had a table set up. One guy stopped me to ask a hypothetical question about home improvement, and before I knew it, he was filling out a yellow card to get me scheduled for an appointment to have the windows on my home checked out...an appointment that I did not ask for. Initially, I was under the impression that he was just taking my contact info, and that they would then contact me to set an appointment time, but he wanted me to set a time right then and there. When I *Repeatedly* tried to explain to him that with me having three kids with special needs, and it being the start of summer vacation, it was pretty-much impossible for me to set an appointment right then, he became 'less-than-courteous', and remarked that: "Everybody has things that they have to do. He then began randomly pointing at customers in the store while saying: "She has things to do! He has things to do! I have things to do..." so I asked him: "Do you have three kids with Special Needs?" And he indignantly responded with "No, but I'm also not saying that your stuff is any different than anbody else's stuff, so it's a matter of priorities. Either you want to do this, or you don't, either way it's not going to hurt my feelings, because I'm not getting paid a commission off of this anyway." I was STUNNED, but I just politely apologized for the misunderstanding, and repeated that I was unable to schedule an appointment today, before telling him and the young man with him to have a blessed day, and then finally walking off. He probably didn't know, nor did he care, but he lost ANY chance of me signing up for anything at that precise moment, and in all honesty, he made my first few minutes in an otherwise great store with a nice selection and good prices, pretty darned crappy! BJ's should really consider reigning in these Home Improvement guys to ensure that they are upholding the same standards that the other employees seemed to be committed to, because guys like this will quickly give the store a bad name and reputation!
