This particular store will always get a 5 as long as this manager stays. You can tell that she cares about her store and her customers. I love coming in there and seeing her smiling face. I also love not tripping over boxes and not having to squeeze down an aisle to get to products. Even the clearance stays neat.

Service is super slow. The isles stay cluttered with stock and you can't even access certain areas because of the new stock sitting in the way. While only one cashier runs one register and 4 other employees are to be stocking. No one is stocking or running a register, even when the line is 15-20 people deep. The other employees seem to hide out in the back and collect wages for doing absolutely nothing. I would prefer to have another option to do my shopping. I avoid this dollar general at all cost!

This store is extremely cluttered. Like other users have stated, the aisles stay congested with carts/ stock etc. very hard to move around in there. Some of the employees that work there are very friendly but there is ONE African American woman with short hair who acts like she’s inconvenienced by having to do her job. I have had a bad experience with her on more than one occasion and last night was the last for me. I placed my items on the counter right in the middle and she said “ honey I’m over here place your items closer to me so I don’t have to reach.” First off- that’s your job, secondly- my items were less than 1/4 of an inch from your hands. That’s just too much for me. She had done this one several occasions. The other thing was she carried on a personal conversation with customers and did not even acknowledge me. Living out off 84 that’s the most convenient for me but I’ll just have to make the drive to go elsewhere.

Homerville, GA store is always very dirty, smells bad, has expired food on the shelves and the isles are so full of merchandise that hasn't been put up yet it's hard to get around in the store. It's sad because this used to be a really nice store with wonderful caring people who worked there, but not anymore.

The employees greet you as soon as you come in and ask if they can assist you if needed. Wow that is so rare. Great job I will definitely go back.

Helpful staff. Store is usually cluttered, but they have a wide variety of products. There's only ever 1 register open, which can sometimes cause quite a wait.

I used to got to Walmart for many of the quick trip items that I now purchase from Dollar General. The pricing and convenience at Dollar General are very good and there is no such thing as a "quick trip" to Wally World any longer.

I enjoy shopping here but very crowded with out enough space on shelves their products. Needs a bigger building. All in all a wonderful shopping place.

I actually visit the store often, it is crowded , and this time the employee was not friendly at all to me. When another customer walked in he was greeted with a nice smile.

Because my dad is 83 you have so much he can't go down the isles with out falling but must say it is a lot better than Lakeland that a shame why not look out for old people they have to to shop also

This is a brand new, poorly managed store. It is a mess from the trashy parking area to all the obstacles in the aisles inside! So disappointed, had high hopes.

They don't sell Big Chungus's favorite growth hormones. Everything else they have. So if your not big chungus, its fantastic.

Cashiers are always busy stocking shelves. You have to wait or go find someone to help check out. Stock always in the middle of the floor. Most employees are unhelpful!
