The pharmacy staff are always helpful here. Every time I go there I get prompt service with a smile!! Prat, Nam, Heather, Kevin, Jacquelyn and the rest of the employees there work very very hard at keeping scripts going for the entire town of Nashville!! Ever since Harvey’s pharmacy closed and Walgreens picked up the slack, I’m sure it caused quite a cluster. Y’all hang in there and keep doing the great work your doing!!!

ALL Walgreens Pharmacy's are riddled with incompetent people with no work ethic. My work insurance requires their employees to use Walgreens, so I have to suffer the rath of being questioned as if I'm a criminal. After 8 hours of explaining my situation to multiple people, nobody has any idea of what I needed. Horrible service! I took the day off to handle this and I still don't have the medication that I need, which the Dr. Prescribed. I could go on and on for hours ...

AVOID THE PHARMACY! Pharmacy wrongly overcharged me $2,350 for my medication. Called the insurance company to check, they confirmed it’s $49 for 3 months, they said it would be $800 for ONE MONTH. The pharmacy refused this over and a over, was extremely rude and unprofessional, blamed insurance. FINALLY after several hours they give in and give me the correct price. How does this make sense? Who is allowing this? How many people are being explicitly scammed by this Wal greens?

I enjoy shopping at Walgreens and the Nashville, GA location is pleasant to shop because the store is always well maintained, isles are always marked with the weekly sales and offers that Walgreens offers. They have a great rewards/coupon program (Although it will take a bit to learn the in and out of it all.) of it.) so if you are an avid coupon’er, (like myself) you can score deep discounts on name brand products, as well as everyday savings on the Walgreens store brand. Lastly, I can’t leave out the staff, most of whom have proven to be very friendly, helpful, and caring.

Am surprise of how management allow the pharmacist to treat customers like this, they are so rude, distasteful and not very helpful in performing their job. Goes to show that management does not care because if they would just take a look at all the bad reviews, they would realize that their service is wack. I had to transfer my prescription immediately to walmart because a male pharmacist was so nasty to me...

I've never had any issues here, and I only go to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy as needed. Pharmacy staff is pretty quick and courteous, although I have heard them speak to other customers with the same tone they receive.

Customer service was terrible. Went for my COVID Vaccine and I had an appointment. Got there on time, but I sat there for over 30 minutes because everyone behind the counter was having conversations instead of working. The conversations they were having were also very inappropriate as well for a work environment. Wish I would’ve known before I went.

Clean store and helpful employees. One pharmacist, Nam, has always went out of his way to make sure I get all my medications and if there's a problem, he'll do everything in his power to rectify it.
