We just moved to Moultrie Ga and I would drive all the way to Jacksonville Fl to PetSmart to have my furbaby groomed. I don’t want to drive there this weekend so I found a local groomer. I was very worried about him not getting done right. Well when I picked him up……. O wow I love it so very much!!! She did amazing with him. I found a new place to take him and my other dogs. Thank you so very much Petsense!!

Victoria has groomed my giant Schnauzer twice and her professionalism is excellent. I have been very pleased with her service and would highly recommend her. She is very patient and meticulous with my darling.

Victoria/Vicky shaved my Shih Tzu's tail completely off she said it was matted and that petsense requires them to shave the mats off. I called Petsense corporate office, that is NOT a rule!!! This is the second time this groomer has messed up her tail. The first time I told her to never do that again, it was cut short but not shaved. I'm angry because her tail was not matted when I brought her there. So how did it get so matted in between the time I left her there and the time she was groomed. Do not let Victoria groom your Shih Tzu. They made me pay before she brought her out. I would have never paid. Also she saved the tail to show me. It was not knotted up like that when I brought her there. Again beware of this groomer if you have a Shih Tzu.

Shot vet comes every other weekend and the ladies in the grooming department are amazing!Update: Vikki, in grooming, is the only groomer I will use. She genuinely cares about the animals she sees and is kind with them. Great prices and great people.

Very clean and organized. The staff do well keeping it stocked. I wish they were nicer, because they clearly don’t like talking to people. But I think it depends on who’s working. Not all of them are like that. I wish I could adopt all of the cats. Please give them extra love for me.

Kayla was awesome and Chico really took to her, she was not pushy or commission driven. A true pleasure for us all. I highly recommended her to all pet owners in need of grooming, we now have a standing appointment for every other Sunday.

The staff was so friendly! I was looking for something to help keep my little jackrussell/minpin mix warm. He has a small jacket but that just wasn't enough which I explained. The gentleman showed me some jammies and said they were very popular and should work perfectly with his jacket. His recommendation was spot on!! I highly recommend Petsense for your pet needs! 💜💜

Love this place! Great selection of cat toys and dog toys. Decent selection of natural pet food. Prices are great and it's never crazy or hectic like the other pet store. The employees really enjoy working there and are extremely helpful. Will continue to go back again and again.

Mandy is a wonderful person. So helpful and had a smile the whole time. Even helped entertain my kids. The male manager was rude towards a customer and seems unapproachable!! He is not good for business for this new location.

My daughter drove over an hour to purchase a Betta Fish at PetSense in Moultrie, GA. The clerk, Vikki, allowed my daughter to purchase $75+ in beta fish equipment but refused to allow her to purchase the fish. She stated “you have to be 18 to purchase the fish”. This was not listed on your website nor in the store or was it mentioned when we called the store. After this occurred I did make my daughter go back in the store and return all of the fish supplies because what sense does it make to make that purchase if you don’t have the fish to go with it. All the while she is on FaceTime with me and yet she still would not allow her to purchase the fish. Ridiculous customer service!

Grooming.Took my puppy to get groomed today for the first time. I specially told them I didn’t not want a poodle look, so many times. She said you don’t want her hair round on the top, I said no. Please no poodle look!!! I told them I wanted the teddy bear look. I pick up my goldendoodle and she has a poodle hair cut! Like what did you not understand! It’s just hair and will grow back, but it’s upsetting that they did the opposite. The groomer was very nice but didn’t know remember or pay attention to the instructions.

Basically we were rushed/kicked out of the store, it was flooding outside, I'm handicap and we were told that it's time to close, we were going to purchase products for our new puppy. I will never go back. Petsmart here we come.
