I had a visit with the dentist and got those front teeth I wanted. Dr. Givens and his assistant Kim were awesome! Had a hiccup with the appointment time but they got it worked out. Thanks!

Don't bother calling the automotive department for vehicle work they won't even pick up the phone. The people there are complete clowns. Sat on hold for 30 mins, there's no way it's that busy up there, on a Sunday no less.

The new staff that they have in the Auto area are rude. It's obvious they do not like black people just by their interactions with you and other people of color. Do better.

Had a great experience with Dr. Givens and his assistant Ms.Kim. They were both kind and reassuring as my dental procedure took place. He did a wonderful job and I am thankful. They also have great customer service throughout the entire Health center.

PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE If you dont like going to your job, then don't. Us consumers don't need the attitude that many fast food employees have. I know Its walmart, I kind of expect yall employees to be less enthusiastic about your job. But seriously. Management get with it.

I know Walmart has the best prices, but I hate the parking lot, getting in and out of the parking lot. A lot of my items are not in stock. I do shop there for dry food items, frozen foods, and drinks, only because it's cheaper than Publix. Walmart doesn't have a high standard for produce and meats. However, I do shop there for most of the lower prices. I just have to get my mind prepared to shop there!!!!!

4/25 A lot of merchandise not priced. Out of quite a bit. Self service register was absolutely filty. Of course Walmart doesn't care or they would read these things.

Why is the pharmacy ALWAYS out of tylenol?? If my doctor prescribed it and it can be covered with my insurance, why advise me to just pay for it OTC?? This is the 3rd time I've been told they don't have things like allergy medication and tylenol. Also, who gives antibiotics and NEVER has measuring syringes to administer it??? They never have them!!!! It's annoying. How tf imma measure it then? How????

They must be expecting santa to do a personal visit himself because they have every law enforcement unit this side of the state out here...including fire trucks.Gotta give Santa that security while he loads up his slay all the things he is going to deliver to the world. Little do they know santa got it all at walmart...and hed went through self checkout.

This store doesn't usually look like this. I was disappointed, especially since I was shopping for tomatoes. I did find several ones that I could purchase, though.

The lines of communication sucks. Why have a number and no one ever answers?! The fact that you’re forced to come out to the store for a quick simple answer is pathetic, rude and disrespectful. Walmart needs to do better with their lines of communication seriously

No shopping carts were available. Had to wait around the front door to finally get a cart to use. This store normally does better so for this visit I have to take away a star. Other than that this is where I will keep doing my Walmart shopping at the Monroe store.

Nice. Clean. Friendly staff- felt like a person+ wasn't assaulted on my way out to view my receipt. Shelves were even stocked! Worth a drive out of my local area for the reduced stress alone.

I hate the fact that economics forces me to shop at this monument to everything bad about the USA. If you want customer service don't bother the employees, download the app. Do not use the pharmacy if you aren't in a cheerful mood. If you appear to be upset, the pharmacist might have you arrested. Be careful not to toss a prescription on the counter as that is considered throwing it at the person helping you.

If you think about using curbside pickup, prepare wait anywhere between 45 minutes (if you are lucky) and 2 hours AFTER you check in. Employees were nice and tried to help those who stood at the pickup door, but the manager lady seemed more angry than apologetic/sympathetic and tried to send us all back to our cars. One guy was there for over an hour and a half, and another lady had two babies in the car that she had breast fed and changed their diapers twice during her wait. Was told by an older woman that this is a normal occurrence at the Monroe Wal-Mart. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, at least my order was right.Won't be doing curbside at this store again anytime soon...

Even one star is too much. I purchased 2 Irish spring bodywash from here and 4 deodorants. When I reached home, the body wash was completely leaking out. The bottle was opened. Which is telling me someone knew that and decided to pack it anyway. Not to mention, I has to wait in the long line of traffic just to get out. I will continue doing my shopping at the Walmart on Salem Rd.

So the wife and I have been having problems with getting deliveries from this location and we have to switch to pickup which okay, if it happens it happens it’s inconvenient once , twice but after it’s happened like 4 times now I don’t think we’re going to be doing our shopping here anymore.Oh also when we do pickup the employees always try and say that their policies have changed and they don’t load Groceries in vehicles anymore whilst we are literally seeing other employees do it for the other cars around us.Buncha dang girly teenagers here that don’t wana work more like.

They are working on a new electronic records system so be patient but the front desk and clinical staff are amazing, friendly and dedicated employees. Leah, my hygienist saves me from being examined by the dentist. She is super thorough, gentle and up to date on the latest dental care for me to do at home. Great team at this location.

I Ordered groceries online and it was said there was a 2 hour delay so I changed the time to later that evening. My groceries were never delivered..I spoke to customer service the following day and they apologized told me they would be delivered that day instead at 1pm and if they weren't to give them a call back. Again called them because they never showed up at 1 with my groceries so Ive contacted customer service about 10 times so far just to cancel the order and that way I can get my money bac they claim they did and this was on September 11th. The ordered on the app still is saying delayed and now customer service is saying I cannot receive my money for 7-10 business days. Now I do not have the funds to get my original groceries I ordered because there's a temporary hold on my card that they apparently cannot take off.
