This is my local Publix and I am pretty Pleased with my experiences here. Everyone has been really nice and welcoming and helpful. They always have a good attitude. A good majority of the time, the fruit and vegetables are as fresh as they can be. I also come here to get my prescriptions Filled and it is always an easy experience. The customer service here is second to none

Really like this store a bunch and since I use the Publix app it makes it a breeze to shop. Since my wife is handicapped I have to do the shopping and the app tells me which isle the item I want is on. Of course there are plenty of impulse buys as well. The only downside to this store and I am not removing any stars is the parking, it seems no matter what time you go, it is always packed. I thought that perhaps that was on purpose to make it seem like they are doing big business but it would be nice to have a few more spaces. Anyway, its a clean and organized store and the staff is super duper.

I accidentally left one bag of groceries, just 3 items in it. Took my receipt in the next day. They gave me all 3 items with no problem!Deli is always quick and polite at lunch.Employees always do friendly and helpful!

This Publix is clean and honestly really nice. Just like most other Publix locations, the prices are higher than almost anywhere else unless they are having a special. I'm not a huge fan of the way things are organized. It can be a little confusing but I eventually always find something close to what I am looking for. They just don't have the variety other places do. The employees are always pleasant. Check out is usually pretty fast.

This is a great Publix. Excellent selection, well run supermarket. The deli is superb, honestly better than most of the other Publix stores I've been to. I even had a chance to witness one of the managers admonish a staff member about not upholding the standards he has set in a very respectful way. I was extremely impressed.

Who ever is in charge of the deli should be fired. Wait times to get a sub, deli meat, or anything related to the deli are ridiculous. Mean while the store managers are standing around in front of the service desk. The slowest Publix deli on planet earth.

This store is very new and clean but it needs better management of the deli. Specifically keeping the hot bar stocked. They NEVER have chicken or sides at the hot bar. Hardly ever have rotisserie chicken hot and ready. No fried chicken, no popcorn chicken, no potato wedges, no wings, no nothing.

Customer service representatives at this location is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. They just do not represent the Publix brand. Only reason I did not to give this location a 1 star is because cashiers and staff on the floor are always friendly and helpful. Customer service representatives on the other hand, seem to always be short and just lack the friendliness needed for that position.

Somebody get the deli some help man. There can be a line 12 people deep and there will only be 1 person working it. Most the workers seem tired or just out of it, sad to see. Overall store is great though

The lady at customer service was great! She was kind, friendly, and professional. A real asset for the store. I was there around 9:30 this morning. The store is always very clean and orderly.

Every time we go to deli sub area, it is ALWAYS only one person, which is wrong! They need to staff it better considering it is around 5pm each time I have went. I know I will stand in the line for a very long time! The managers need to either step in and help, or have the deli area people help them. I see the sometimes just standing there when the sub line is backed up. However, I am giving a 5 star review for Corey! He works SO hard and does a great job on smiling and talking. He never complains, even though he has so much to do. He needs a raise!!!! Otherwise I would have given a 2 star review for the wait. With that said, the last time I was there, after a long wait Kyra came over to help him and she was great as well! I told her we appreciated her coming over. So to the managers, please give them some help. Otherwise, the rest of the store including the pharmacy is always a good experience :)

Awesome store! Beautiful produce and bakery departments. Well laid out. Amazing staff. If you haven’t been, by all means go ASAP. This store has spoiled me for any other grocery store 😊.

Publix has the most tasty bakery. I had a wedding cake made and purchase all my birthday cakes at this location. Staff in the seafood department are as friendly of folks you'll ever meet. Friendliness goes a long way and it's much appreciated.

Ordered pub subs online so had to wait 15 more minutes. Were very good. Store was clean and looked like they were in stock ,not alot of holes.

Organized and to the point. I picked up the family sized fried chicken and macaroni for myself, and it was delicious. Lasted 3 days and I was delighted every day of eating it. Staff was exemplary and the facility was impeccably clean.

Some friendly staff some are just horrible like a lady named BRENDA. Came to pickup my moms order at the parking spot and called them and she told me I needed to check in on the phone next time because it’s aggravating to them to gather it all up last minute. I’m sorry you have to do your job but don’t talk down to me. Was told by another associate that that’s her personality always, very bad and very sad so glad I called corp on her.

The deli here is top notch. I came in the store today for a couple of their amazing subs, and the customer service that Omar provided was the best of the best. He was very welcoming and courteous to everyone that approached the counter. He greeted everyone with a smile and took care of business. I had an order that involved a mayonnaise allergy and he was quick to get a clean knife and to change his gloves. Briana stepped in to help with the toppings and Omar communicated to Briana about the mayonnaise allergy and kept the clean knife with the sub. Briana was also amazing. She greeted me with a smile, asked me what topping I wanted and moved very quickly and efficiently. Briana was also quick to change her gloves before she touched the subs due to the allergy. These two are the dynamic duo of subs, providing excellent customer service skills and a great work ethic. There are a few restaurants that can learn a thing or two from Omar and Briana about providing fast friendly customer service.Bravo Publix, bravo.

This publix has awesome selections. With the diet i am on, i require some things that may not be commonly sold in stores. However they usually carry most items. They have great produce & meats.

Clean store. Employees very friendly. Helpful.7 months ago review.Today 11 November 2023. Noon time: Store was packed. Every grocery cart being used. CRYSTAL in Deli- super nice. Compassionate. Professional. Helpful. I needed fried chicken. Two eight piece boxes. Georgia game was a home game. EVERYBODY wanted fried chicken. I waited while it was cooking. And until it was done. 30 minutes. CRYSTAL made sure I got my chicken. They were swamped. We (customers) were hovering the fried chicken warmer like vultures. Not only was she kind and helpful to me; she was the same way to every customer. What a gold star elite employee.Checking out - RIANA was my cashier. So so nice. Friendly. Professional. I’m 75 years old. Another Gold Star elite employee for Publix.I can’t say enough about this Publix grocery store. I have no connection with Publix. Nor do I know either of these Publix employees.

Tonight was my second time ordering subs from the monroe publix and it was the second time they've disappointed us. The order was placed at 6:00 the pick up time was 6:30 and the subs weren't ready until 7:00. My fiancee waited patiently for the subs to be made and then came home. When he got home we noticed that they weren't even made correctly. This was the second time we ordered ahead and it's the same situation both times. I guess it's my fault 🤷🏾‍♀️

I live in Loganville with a Publix and choose to go out of my way to shop here. This place has the best crew at all hours.
