Nice store with small animals and reptile supplies, cat adoptions, and dog grooming. Very friendly staff made sure I was taken care of if I had any questions.

The store seems fine with decent people working there. However I wouldn’t take a hairless cat there for grooming because they would find a way to mess up their cut. We had one dog of ours groomed (cocker) there and they did good. A couple weeks later we had our other dog (English springer spaniel) groomed. She was groomed to our “specifications” but the execution was awful. The second grooming we got for our cocker we used the same notes as his first grooming. His cut is awful. The one thing in the notes that actually mattered was to leave his long curly ears LONG. I didn’t pay much attention when I picked him up but when we got in the truck I noticed his shaved ears. I spoke with the groomer on the phone when I got home to express my concerns. She told me she followed the notes from the previous grooming. So if she did just that then she did her job wrong the first time and didn’t cut his ears. But she was negligent of her notes on this second cut and cut his ears short. So short story long their groomers are not thorough or proficient in their craft including execution and simple instruction following. $78 down the drain on account of carelessness and neglect to follow simple instructions.

The staff were very helpful. They had what I needed so therefore 5 stars. You are going to pay a few dollars more here in comparison to competitors. However it is convenient for me.

Bad grooming experience. Had to take dog back after his cut was very uneven, long hair in places all over. Very choppy to where alot of his hair will have to grow back over time. Will not take him back. I hope it was just a bad one time experience for me and others will not experience this. I have never written a bad review for anyone but this was a 60 dollar mistake. The store itself was fine and helpful but very unhappy with the grooming side.

Good customer service I recommend this store over petco and petsmart in loganville. These people are very knowledgeable on what they sell Barbra and Jared even gave me a container for my milk snake Ace Brother!

My dog likes the groomers here and I love the fact I can get him an appointment to my liking and he doesn't have to sit in a cage for hours waiting to be groomed!
