I love the PetSmart in Milledgeville, GA! I shop their all the time for my pets. I have a puppy and 2 cats. I have used Ms Sherry for the puppy training sessions as well and she is awesome! Would highly recommend!

This is the best pet store in town. Other options don't sell the higher grade nutritional pet food which is most important to your pet living a long fulfilling life. Prices are always consistent and items are always easy to find. With the staff always being friendly and eager to help you.

I made an appointment for my shih tzu for a face trim. I was told not to give him promace, so I didn't. My dog is very anxious, not aggressive. I left him, drove to Hobby Lobby and my phone rang. They wanted me to come get him. He pooped in the kennel (because he's an anxious dog) and they said they couldn't groom him because it was the busiest week of the year. My dog has been groomed at 2 other places without any complaints from the groomers. I don't think these people are professional groomers, so if your dog isn't "perfect", don't waste your time with them.After reading other reviews, I want to say my appointment was made with Britney. It seems other people have had issues with her "grooming", too.

I was asked about my experience at PetSmart and I must say that, after waiting at the register for an unusual length of time and after ringing "the bell" for service, I requested of nearby employees for a checkout at the register. They informed me they "didn't do the register," but one went to find the register operator. Up to that point, saying the experience wasn't good, is an understatement. The register operator finally arrived was then as rude as any retail employee I've encountered in some time and he probably shouldn't be working in retail. This was not my normal experience at this PetSmart, but, I guess good employees are more scarce than ever now.

Call B4 you go. I drove over 20 mi to get there and the store was poorly stopped for the items I needed. I'm sure all else was fully stocked but not sure as I was looking for grooming and potty training aids. All the sizes and scents I was looking for or out of stock.

This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My dog Pepper always went here for her grooming needs. Until one they called and said she was being sooooo aggressive, they couldn’t give her a haircut/trim, but they gave her a bath. When I got there Pepper was completely soaking wet, and they still made me take her that way. They also stated to bring her back on a quieter day. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!! This place grooming are is HORRIBLE to your dogs!!!!

Second time having my beagle groomed here, and was not very pleased. The groomer said she could not trim his nails because he kept snapping at her, and when I brought him home I checked his nails and she had cut 2 of them, EXTRA short to the point where the pink was showing on one of them which leads me to believe he was bleeding. No wonder she was not able to cut the rest. Other than that he smelled great and his teeth were brushed, so I was happy with that.

Took our 2 dogs in for grooming and nail clipping. Brought them home their back nails weren't touched at all and both of the dogs were still damp. 2 hours and $74 later I'm not happy with what we ended up with.

I had an appointment a week ago, and because I was 10 mins late they ask that I reschedule and I did. The next week on Wed 08/ 08/ 2021. And I was here before time. Get a call at 11 am and was told that they could not cut him but he washed and I would not get charged for it. Come to pick him up and they have cut him up. Long hair here and there some very shirt cuts and head full of hair. This place has bad service.

I have bought crickets 4 time , once it was fine, two there was maggots, 3 they all died after two days and 4th 25% died and made cleaning up terrible (smell of rotting cricket). I have call and they said crickets are hard to keep alive. However other live cricket sources I have had kept cricket alive for two or more weeks with only 2 out of 100 dead.

Got my dog groomed today. Jamie G was very genial and professional. My dog liked her, which says a lot. I love the haircut; she did a phenomenal job.Everyone else I came across at this location was cordial. Great staff, great service.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. We take our pup every chance we get and she loves it and the attention she gets while there! Great place to socialize our baby and get some shopping done at the same time. We love PetSmart and are so glad to have one 30 miles from us now!

I took my dog to be groomed today and we were greeted by porsha who didn’t seem very thrilled from the start to be doing him. I informed her that the hair on the back end was thick and compacted and needed a good brush and blow out and that some areas around his sanitary were matted and needed to be shaved. She said that she would be able to do that. She took Mickey back without feeling his back legs or checking his hair at all didn’t give me paper work or anything. Then came back to tell him that he was to heavy to put in the kennel left again and came back to tell me she was trying to pick out the Matts with her hands and she decided that it would just be “easier” if I took him home and shaved him myself and then brought him back to her to wash. The lack of effort really showed I feel like she was looking for every reason not to do my dog. Just lazy and unprofessional. I heard her turn away 2 dogs while I was there because of pure laziness.

I have taken my chihuahua twice now to petsmart for a bath and getting her nails clipped and my dog loves it and they are all so professional and friendly and I’ll be taking my dog back. It was so easy to make an appointment online and pay for it online and they call you when your animal is done and ready for pick up. My dog loves them too!

This is another bad PetSmart. I was 10 min late for my dogs appointment and I had to wait in a line bc they only allow one dog at desk first bc of Covid. So after waiting 7 to 10 min at the door, the groomer told me she can't do it since I didn't make it on time. I explained to her that I was only 10 min late but not later due to the fact I had to wait in this long line! She didn't smile or apologize or try to accommodate. She seems like she didn't care. Very bad customer service. Never go here again!!! I bet if they were late to an appointment by 10 min and got cancelled they would be mad too.

I have a 10-gallon fish tank that I've had for yrs. and decided to clean and setup again. So after setting it up I went to PetSmart to buy my granddaughter some gold fishes to put in it. About 20. Seven of them died the first day. So I called back to PetSmart they told me to return them. So the next day I did but the young lady at the counter apologized to me for having me come up there on a blank mission because they couldn't take the fish back or replace them because of their policy and because of the low cost of the fish which was 34 cents a piece. I really only wanted the dead ones to be replaced.

Their feeder crickets and meal worms are terrible. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping maybe I just got a bad batch, but I ONLY ever get a bad batch.The crickets are always sickly and die before I can get them home (I only live 20 minutes out). And they are WAY overpriced!! I can get three times as many crickets at the bait shop for the same price!The meal worms are always miscounted and are sickly as well. I ordered a 35 count and only got 16. 6 of them were already dead and looked like they had been dead for weeks!Don't waste your money here.

The staff can be helpful if you catch themAt the right time with the right people. The store seems to stay stocked and I have never left without what I went for. Overall it covers its bases without going over. The grooming salon doesn’t seem to be open often.
