My Boston Terrier has enjoyed her daycare time at Natalie’s and when I had to go away for a week, she was well cared for during boarding. She always comes home tired which tells me she has had a great time playing with the other dogs. Last week, she slipped and got a tiny scratch on her foot. They treated the area and immediately informed me about what had happened. I felt very confident in their ability to care for my sweet pup. I so very much appreciated being contacted right away.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Natalie's. After multiple visits with my dogs, I was suddenly informed via text of a significant price increase for their grooming services but just for my dogs, with reasons that felt unjustified. Despite asking about any concerns in the past, I was blindsided by this communication. The explanations provided for the large price hike seemed questionable, especially considering my years of experience in the industry. I have two miniature poodles and both of them get a fairly standard poodle cut. Raising their cost to $75 per dog seems a bit much considering they are both under 10 pounds. Though they are no perfect angels they are overall friendly dogs and not hard to handle. It's disheartening to see a lack of transparency and what feels like an attempt at price gouging.The lack of basic customer service was disappointing as well. They gave me the impression that they were indifferent to my patronage and had a difficult time remembering my dogs even though I have been a consistent customer for well over a year at this point. As someone who has been in their position, I realize it's hard to remember everyone's names. But it's essential to make this effort for your regulars so it feels personal and that your furbabies are going into good hands.As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, where I've found fairer pricing and better communication. Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely LOVE Natalie's! They take such good care of my babies. They are very informative and keep you up to date regarding any changes, reminders, or anything that may come up. I have utilized their grooming, boarding AND daycare services for all 3 of my doodles & they have exceeded my expectations with each service! I enjoy so much when I pick up Zeke after his spa day! He is so soft and smells wonderful. His bandannas are a nice treat. His nails look soo good too…less clicking on the hardwood floor! At the same time our Chihuahuas(Nero and Belle)get their nails cut too! So even more less clicking.Natalie and her staff are always friendly and professional. You can tell they really enjoy their caring for the dogs! Their facility is always clean- no doggie smells. They are always looking for ways to improve their business and serve their clientele. Natalie is very accommodating to me.You guys are great!!

Natalie has been grooming our three fur babies for years and we’re always very happy with Natalie’s services. We have used her boarding services twice and were very pleased. You can absolutely tell how much she loves the animals and how she takes in account for each dog’s personality to make sure they’re happy during their stay. I have used Natalie as a groomer for a number of years. She is currently working with my second schnauzer and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Natalie wants to and does get to know your dog and with you as the owner. If there is something she identifies in your dog she talks with you. With our last dog Natalie felt their had been a change in her behavior and suggested we seek our vet’s advice. The vet diagnosed her with arthritis in her neck which we had totally overlooked. Her new facilities are great! We look forward to her opening her daycare and boarding areas.
