CVS Website is either raggedy or not working properly. I ordered several meds but for some reason the med Child Loratadine will not go through no matter how many times I try to refill it. Gave Feedback to Customer Service online they need pics, type of phone use to figure why it's not working...delaying me getting the med. I've been requesting it for at least 1-2 weeks now online...Tried to call the Pharmacy just now and was on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up...They never seem to be able to get in touch with your doctor to renew meds though they supposedly offer this service...leaving the burden seemingly always on the customer. Looked at recent orders because received a text message that inhaler was ready. Can't find it online under my recent orders tab...The last meds listed were picked up a week ago...I had to go to All Prescriptions tab a lo and behold it's stated that the med had been refilled today...Customer Service definitely went way down during COVID thru the present day...Smh...

Worked here for a year as supervisor, when I got pregnant my boss Sarah became so rude. Would constantly tell me I wasnt working hard enough even though I had to go to the er while 9 months pregnant because I was working too hard. I had to quite working soon after due to medical recommendations. Plus the prices are terribly too high

Slow, understaffed, and unorganized. It's ridiculous to have people waiting in the wrong lane because you're too sorry to make a sign telling which lane to use for prescriptions. Having people ride around the building again because of your error.

Always slow and short staff. Medicine is never ready. Even after a couple of days, it's still not ready. They may be overwhelmed like every job but they're still not professional.
