I came in for the first time since moving to Milledgeville to check out the store and shop for outdoor shoe and boot cleaner tool. The employee showed where the item was on the lower shelf. I brought the item to the register after seeing the price of $16.99. The same employee rang the item at $19.99. I said that was wrong. He walked over to the shelf, saw the price tag and had the nerve to tell me that the store hadn't changed the price yet. I ended up paying for it and would have put up a big stink but I had my grandchild with me and didn't want to give a bad example to her. Guess what? I will never attempt to enter your store again. Your employee should be reprimanded for his stupidity. The customer is right when proven correct.

The prices marked on the shelf are a lower price. Then they charge a substantial amount more at checkout. When asked about the deceptive pricing I was told "you don't have to buy it".

Would give a zero if I could. Showed up at 12:20ish on Saturday to pick up a prepaid order. The doors were locked even though they are open until 1. A gentleman showed up to shop and he had actually called to confirm the hours before coming. The lady was rude and cranky and told us it didn't matter and they were closed as if we were inconvenienceing her! Will only be back to pick up my order that I've paid for - never again.

Went in for some emergency plumbing fittings and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The associate helped me locate what I needed, and I was quickly on my way to make the repairs. Thank you.

I used to go here because I felt like the service was better than Lowe's.That's not the case anymore. I don't know what the trouble is. I wish them the best.

They were very helpful. Careful time was taken as I searched for a needed shower part. I made the purchase but once I returned home I realized the part wouldn't work. I returned it with no troubles!

I've always liked the personal service available at Ace Hardware stores, and this franchise location is no different. Chandler Brothers Ace hardware on Columbia Street in Milledgeville GA helped to me to locate a product that has been very difficult for me to find. I telephoned them; they located the item in their store with the exact specifications that I needed and held it for me until I arrived to purchase it. I'm grateful for the wonderful personal service I received here, and I will be back again soon.

There are three different Ace Hardware stores in Milledgeville that are under the same Corporation. These three different stores have slightly different personalities. Also slightly different, they are all very pleasant. If one doesn't have exactly what you need, have them call the other two stores to see if they could help you. All three stores have always been happy to do this for me.

I wanted to shop the smaller locally owned Ace although it is further than Lowes. However young man working wire his love of Trump like a chip on his shoulder so won't make it a regular stop.

It's a good store they just need more help. What would be helpful is if people would put stuff back where it belongs. People ex pick stuff up and lay wherever.

I go here when something needs repaired around the house. They all ways have what I need and on certain things they are alot cheaper than Lowe's. Lot's of things you find it here and can't find it anywhere else.
