My experience was perfect! The staff were all very nice from the moment I called to entering the building and leaving. You can tell they love their jobs. We saw Dr. Spence who was amazing, she listened to my concerns, she was gentle with Otis, patient with me nor did she criticize me for my opinions. She gave me many options in the treatment plan and thorough with each. I would highly recommend Midland Animal Hospital and Dr. Spence. I even love the nice big comfy couch and chairs in the clinical rooms; just goes to show they go a step above for caring for their patients. Also, Otis was feeling much better with in the first couple of days. He is a much happier doggie!

Dr. Tatum is by far the best veterinarian in Columbus. He is caring, through, informative, and highly knowledgeable. The staff are also very friendly and show genuine love for working with animals. My dogs also love Dr. Tatum and staff at Midland Animal Hospital.

Took my pup in today for the first time. We were given an appointment this morning to be seen right away, as he's been feeling sick. Dr. Spence was so kind, knowledgeable, and put our minds at ease right away. They did not run any unnecessary tests, and spent a lot of time answering our questions and concerns. The entire staff, from the front office all the way through is incredible. We have a new doctor for our pup, and I highly recommend them.

Midland Animal Hospital is by far the best vet I've ever used. After check-in, we were led to a private room where the vet techs did some preliminary tests. After that, the vet came in to discuss the results & our options. She gave us a fairly accurate estimate of the cost for both options as well.We really thought our 12 year old dog was on death's doorstep, but after the care & medicine he received, you can't even tell he was sick just days ago. Thanks so much to the team at Midland Animal Hospital for taking great care of our dog!

This was our first visit and we are very happy! Dr. Tatum and the whole staff is very friendly and informative, and I like that they do the pet exam with us in the room instead of taking them to the back. It was convenient to get a Saturday appointment for both fur babies, so it seems that we will be able to get in quickly if there are any problems as well. They also facilitate city permits there which is so convenient too.

Love, Love, Love! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Our fur babies loved them and felt comfortable. The atmosphere was calming and the rooms were spacious. They even offer small grooming needs and boarding! The techs, desk clerks and Vet were amazing and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend.

The staff is wonderful! I came in with my sick dog without an appointment after a holiday weekend, as a new patient, and was seen immediately. They took good care of her and prescribed all the meds she needed. The price was amazing! I then came back the next day with an appointment for dog #2 who wasnt sick but i needed some heartworm tests and a prescription. Dog #2 has alot of anxiety so she growls and pees every time we get close to a vet. They handled her perfectly! They were able to take her blood without my dog even flinching. She even accepted a treat when she was done. She did pee all over the floor as expected but they were so friendly and understanding about it. Im not going anywhere else! 100% happy with the service and care here! They definitely care about you and your pets!

Dr. Spence is a great communicator. Very hands on and you can tell she cares about her fur patients. The techs and assistant were very good with Bentley as well. The front desk was very helpful. He's a big boy and he loved them as well. I'm glad we found the Midland Animal Hospital!

I love the staff at Midland Animal Hospital. I usually have a ton of questions for Dr. Spence and she always makes me feel at ease. For routine wellness visits, they are very quick. I've never had to wait in the 3 or 4 times we've had appointments here. I highly recommend them!!

There's absolutely no way I could've had a BETTER experience! Staff was very nice and courteous! What I loved the most is that they didn't treat my Rottweiler (who they didn't know was a service dog) like a threat! They were loving and caring toward her despite her breed! I will DEFINITELY be making them my dogs vet!

The staff here are AMAZING!! I dont know much about dogs (more my husband’s lane). While he was gone for military, the responsibility fell on me. I had to bring our pup here and the staff were so patient with me and informative. Provided me with advice and recommendations to ensure I am providing the best care. They are great!!!!Also, the facility was extremely clean and well organized.

Dr. Spence (and David) were awesome! She took time to listen to our concerns about Titan’s behavior and gave us some ideas on ways to address it. She gave us food recommendations to help with his digestion. She has a great “bedside manner”! And David knows how to handle Titan (he’s a Great Dane) without freaking him out. It was a great visit.

The Caucasian male technician knew the care plan I had set forth for my Cavalier. The female darker skinned tech witnessed the conversation and she was wonderful with my dog. The intentional shaddiness began when the male tech and Dr. Tatum entered the room for my pups first visit and administered a shot I didn't give consent on. Due to the speediness I felt like something was off and asked him what shot he just gave my pup. I told him that wasn't the one I consented too and he looked back at the paperwork and said he saw. At that moment I knew that it doesn't matter if I want to space shots out or have a voice on how I wanted my pup to be treated. These two males were and did do what they wanted. They brought the wrong shot to the room and you can't tell me it wasn't intentional. If you work here...run! If you think on bringing your loved pet here- DO NOT!!!!Signed,One less customer!!

We were there for a new puppy exam and from the check in, the assistants and Dr Spence, took such care in answering our many questions, as we are new parents to our fur baby. Yesterday I took my dog Tyson to Midland Animal Hospital to have his nails trimmed. This dog would not let anyone at home trim them and I was at a loss of what to do until I found out about this place. They had done an impeccable job with our other dog Brandy earlier that morning and they were able to squeeze Tyson in that same morning for the trim.The staff were professional and friendly and Tyson was seen promptly. They managed to get the job done in minutes and his nails were perfect. Tyson didn't even put up much of a fight like he would at home, and the price for the nail trim was affordable compared to competitors.In addition the location is much more convenient and closer to home, which helped with the nervousness of the dogs upon taking them. Overall I can't give this place any less than a 5 star rating, it's clear their passion for animals' wellbeing and their gentleness is unparalleled, you'll be doing your pets a service by taking them here.
