Took my Goldendoodle puppy for a bath and full haircut. I felt him before and the lady at the desk felt him for mats/knots before I left, and stated that he was good. They called me saying he has some mats under his chin and I was trying to get my point across that I would like them to be removed if possible without shaving him. I ended up telling them that whatever they think should work. Only thinking that they would maybe shave underneath where the knots are. I guess that’s my fault for not fully clarifying because when I came back and saw him with his snout FULLY shaved. It was not blended into the rest of his long coat either. They said “yeah we went with a poodle cut!” Which is the OPPOSITE of what I wanted for him. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or maybe lack of training but at this point I was too upset on the verge of tears to say anything. Now we wait for his hair to grow back. I visited PetSmart recently and had a fantastic experience. The store is impeccably clean, and the associates are incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they consistently have everything I need in stock, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for my pet supplies. Highly recommended!

I could tell that she was very happy with her grooming experience, and it means the world that you took care of my baby! She’s back working that thang twerking that Thang ! I had a great experience at the store, however, the experience with the fish that I bought didn’t go as planned. The sales associate recommended that I get a snail with my new fish to help keep the tank clean so he gave me a snail. Cool beans. Weeks later the snail had babies ! Here I am two months later and there are new snail babies in the tank. So now I have a tank with over 100 snails that I didn’t sign up for 🙃

The grooming salon some of the groomer are awful. They have no consideration of client's situation and very cold. I'll never go back this location for my dog again!

Bettas in cups 25 feet from the entrance in 20 degree weather. Cruel and sad. Many PetSmart locations have improved past this level and only keep Bettas in small tanks, or at least move them away from the entrance during a cold snap.

Management is trash! No sensitivity customer care skills my dog Diesel went for regular grooming today and ended up with his eye like this!!!! No one apologizes only offered a refund and take my dog some place else - if you injure a human you go to jail same should be for animals. I’m very hurt and dissatisfied at least management could have been more concerned- #petsmartdontcareaboutpets

Excellent friendly service with our Boxer Arlo getting neutered. The surgery went excellent and he's going to have a fast recovery. The surgery sure hasn't slowed him down one bit. He's still wild as ever.

This location has wonderful and helpful staff, is always clean and maintained, and they have a good selection of goods for many different types of pets. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they occasionally run out of crickets causing us to have to run to another location to feed our pets.That said, we love this place and will continue to stop by every time the need arises.

I can see why their grooming department has so many negative reviews. I brought my 2 dogs in to be groomed. During the grooming, a small cut opened on my dogs ear and they contacted me asking me to come immediately to take my dog home. I brought 2 dogs, and they said my options were to 1. Not have him groomed either or 2. Have them begin his grooming, however he would be wet when I came to get them. I was unhappy when picking them up, but didn't say anything about being unhappy with my options. I would have loved for them to clean my second dog and me pick them up when he was ready. It seemed like that should have been an option, since the dog with a cut on his ear was just placed in a kennel until I got there. I left the grooming salon and within a minute of leaving, my dog had a stress- caused accident on the floor. I had to stop someone to ask for assistance, even though it happened in a highly trafficked area and i had 2 very large dogs with me, and left after it was cleaned. I called to speak to a manager and she was something else, entirely. She tried to gaslight me by insinuating she cared for my pet more than I did, which was laughable considering the obvious stress they placed him under. This is a dog who is used to being groomed and highly sociable. She seemed to view speaking to an unhappy customer as a battle that she wanted to win, rather than understanding my frustration about the situation. I will not be back to this location at all, and am very disappointed in the manager's reaction.

The employees I talked to at both Banfield (replacing my cats Rx card) and the PetSmart checkout were so sweet, and both made me laugh...I needed to laugh. This store has thus far been my favorite -- it's stress free for me. 🙂 Also, the Pride flags made me ecstatic with joy. Thank you!

I've been going here for more than 10 years. It's one of the very few places where the employees treat you really great like they really mean it. Great atmosphere for dogs as well. Their prices are just as good as anywhere else really. I enjoy shopping here thank you.

Store is great. Grooming department is not. Have been getting my dogs nails trimmed for 15 years at PetSmart, never had an issue with using this walk in service until we moved to east cobb and it has happened 5 times now (so time to go somewhere else)They make you wait 30+ min or refuse all together. There were 4 grooming employees standing around but they were too busy to take 2 minutes to grind my 8 lb dogs nails.

I usually take my pet to a different Petsmart location to get groomer however, my groomers were filled and my dog needed a haircut fairly soon so I booked a grooming appointment with this location. The lady who serviced my dog was very nice and my dog looked fairly well after his grooming. The next day after returning home I noticed that my dog had fleas on his skin. My dog has never had fleas nor has my house and when I tried to call Petsmart and tell them they were very nasty with me and did nothing to help and gave no recommendations. Before the appointment that I had scheduled with them I noticed that one of the reviews stated that there dog received a flea from this location and I was very skeptical but still went on with the grooming service. I am very disappointed and I wish the best for any other pet that is taken here to get groomed. My dog receives his flea supplement prevention once a month and still got fleas from this place.

Suggested that I medicate our dog to calm him down before taking him for his check up. They brought him out a few minutes after he was taken in. He is very obedient, well-trained, gentle, yet big dog. We had stopped taking him for grooming even though we stayed with him as they did not do a good job. Won't be patronizing any Petsmart again. .

Service is always good and friendly. I also get Hecate's grooming done here - and find it reliable and good value. The groomers seem to really love the dogs. The staff, as well.The place is dog friendly- a welcome amenity in an area where this is rare (we're from the EU).

We have used this facility for grooming services for over a year with our pet dog. Recently our pet was injured while in the care of their team.I was shocked and disappointed at the rudeness and passive comments made about my pet once I returned to seek answers about this injury. I was not helped or offered any positive feedback.The manager there is racist and made degrading comments in reference to how my pet is taken care of. Please take precaution if you decide to take your pet to this location on Johnson Ferry.
