Kristen at Hollywood Feed truly goes above and beyond in customer service. She has made several trips of mine to this store memorable, friendly, and goes the extra mile for my cats. She truly makes this store more than just another pet store by ordering specific food brands that may not be on the shelf, and retaining inventory of it too. What really made my day when going in was when she kept a specific flavor of treats that my picky cat loves for her on the side till I arrived here again. Thank you Kristen.

Customer service here is top notch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our dog always is welcomed with a friendly smile. They vary a wide variety of food and products that I feel I can trust will be good for my dog.

Staff was really nice however I came with my dog to get him a snack after the vet, I got some cow ears just scanned the item on self checkout and left. Staff came behind me to advise that it only scanned one when I just scanned the barcode. I shouldn’t be doing their job and make sure it’s scanning correctly. I was hassling with my dog so I didn’t check just paid. Please fix your price tags so this doesn’t happen again

I always enjoy shopping at this location! The manager is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help me find what I need. This store looks small on the outside but they have a very large selection of high quality products whether you’re looking for food, toys, supplements, etc. Bonus points for my dogs also loving the vibes!

Kristin was very helpful with all of our questions. We were attempting to find a new diet for our pets to figure out their food allergy. She walked us through all the products and provided pros and cons of different products they carry.Great customer service!

Really nice selection of beds leashes toys and collars. Their brand of treats is good too. Friendly staff and nice setup. Stores a lot more clean than most pet stores.

Ordered online and pick up was a breeze. They are the only company I can find that carries Nutrisource dog food. The ingredients don't compare to anything else. Love this place and all who work there.

Easily the best Hollywood Feed I’ve ever visited. We go all the time now and they make sure to carry the turkey products my dog requires! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and genuinely care about each pet that comes in to visit them

The best store ever! The people who work there are not only friendly but very helpful. Prices are fair and they have lots of goodies for my fur child. The best is they will deliver the food to your home! If you haven't tried this friendly store, please do so quickly.

First time coming here to purchase kitten food , employee was busy with a customer at the register so I found my way to where i needed as I was grabbing different bags to take to the front for questions on wich one would be best she had already walked to the back to look for me and help me with what I needed , this is definitely great service and the reviews are right very knowledgeable in their products will be coming here moving forward.

Not sure why I have waited so long to write this review, but this crew at Sandy Springs is the most pleasant group of folks, period. We are on a weekly auto-ship for our 2 Goldens and English Mastiff. They are always so excited to see their friend pull up in the Hollywood Feed Kia, and the associate is always so kind and loving to them. We also get a sweet note on our delivery saying thank you, and even mention our fur kids names. The service has always been perfectly reliable. We look forward to using them indefinitely! In addition to all they provide, they could also give lessons in customer service! Truly amazing people, 100% happy! Keep up the good work, y’all, and we will see you next week!

I have always purchased my dog's food on line. More recently Hollywood Feed opened this store in the Mountain View Shopping Center on Sandy Plains very close to our home. The ladies who run this store are terrific. The store manager goes out of her way to be helpful. My dog has some pretty picky eating issues and the store has worked with me to solve those issues. Today when the store was out of a bag of the food Taunie needed they promised to pick up a bag at another Hollywood Feed and call me when I could come in and pick it up. What service. Love this store.

Oh wow. I can’t believe I have reviewed this place sooner. All locations I have been in & its been a few are super knowledgeable and friendly w helpful. My home location is the sandy plains location. Their customer service is right on point. Of course they all are definitely pet/animal lovers that seem to love their job!
