Store has made a complete turn around! Was very happy to see isles were clean and organized. Store looks amazing and was open at 6pm and staff was very helpful and kind. So nice to see all the wonderful changes.

So bad it’s laughable, items all over the floor, multiple trip hazards, store is never open, staff is friendly but some should clearly be drug tested, I’m guessing the Manager has all but given up at this point. Someone from Corporate should be fired immediately for allowing this store to operate like it does, absolutely 100% fired yesterday. Crazy thing is this has gone on for months if not years, how is this possible? If you own stock in Dollar General you should probably sell it now.

There should be an option to keep from choosing any stars. This place is beyond terrible. It blows my mind they are putting up yet another dollar general when they can’t keep the others in good condition. This specific store, is never open, it looks like a tornado ransacked the place when you are able to catch them open and there is a younger clerk there that looks like she’s always high on meth and has her family in there behind the counter laying on the floor while she complains about having to be at work and she’s going to close early. The manager is beyond terrible and has no idea how to manage a store. This place has given the company name nothing but disgrace. I’d drive an extra 10 miles to a dollar tree before going here again. They used to be a great store with helpful employees, now it seems to be a place that meth heads put in to work whenever they’re awake every few days

Very nice staff. The store was a little unorganized, but it looked as if they had just gotten their shipment in.Was there a few days before, and was clutter free. It appears clean, and well maintained. They all have different floor plans, so took me a minute to find the things I was looking for, but all of them pretty well keep the lay out the same, so found it easily enough.

This store is closest to our home and while the staff(Kyle, Laci, Courtni) are AMAZING, friendly and always greet us by name, even ask about our son and dogs(what great service!!!)....the stock here lately has been so hit or miss! I don't know if being a rural area the deliveries are not refilling the shelves due to lower volume of customers or what...but our Rachel Ray dogfood is only available in tiny bags, we only switched to that after they had no dogchow except chicken for 2mos! The store brand items are even not getting to them!Your staff there are great, but there's no reason items not on backorder should be out of stick for months!

This is my favorite Dollar General!!!! I really enjoy the people that work there and I also like just walking around in the store!!!! The also I think have the best fridge/freezer section of them out there!!!! So thank you Dollar store!!!!

I sent the wife down to get propane they wouldn't help unload or load up the tank and with all the confusion my wife forgot the few things that she bought in the store and whenever she realized it after she got home she called back down to this store and asked if she could come back down and get it but was told that it weren't there??!!!So she asks for the person to call the manager and was flat told that it weren't important enough to bother the manager about??!!!!Someone took her things that she bought! That's stealing,but it ain't important enough to bother the manager about.Well if it were this persons things stolen it'd had been enough important then!These people are thievesSue checked her out but she weren't there when my wife called back over there.

The DG that I shopped at in Dawsonville is ok but yet quite a few miles to many from our house. We do have one of your stores around 2 miles from home. Yet it is NEVER STOCKED. You can't get down most isles because of carts of boxes of supplies that basically never gets out to the shelves and I have to get my own stuff out myself. I think that this matter should be taken care of immediately. I don't know the store number but it is located on hwy. 53 right close to Dawson Pickens county line. I assume that since I have commented this BADLY OPERATED STORE that someone will be taking care of this complaint. We built our house 3yrs. ago and this store has yet to improve. Plz.take care of this. It is at Marble Hill, Hwy.53 in Pickens County. I think that "this matter should be on your Priority List ASAP

I like to go here to get random things I need for my home in Big Canoe. They often have really good prices on household cleaning items, many times better than the local grocery store. I also like finding inexpensive DVD's.
