I had a great experience with this service. Bill and Michael were very professional and provided great service. They replaced a long piece of drip edge on my home in a high to reach area. It was damaged by recent storms and too high for my ladder. Communication was excellent from requesting the quote to getting me on the schedule. They were out the next week. I highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Just what we needed! He did what we couldn’t, and now our project is almost complete. We are so satisfied with our Ace handyman’s hard work and attention to detail. We are building a home music studio. We got to the point where we could not install the door or window, and Ace came to our rescue. In just one day, he installed the door, window, and he did other things to further our project. He cut out and hung up the high, hard angle, wall boards, easily and quickly. I contacted Ace Handyman to insulate my pipes. And help protect my home from possible water damage due to burst pipes. I was initially given a quote over the phone. But the young man that did the work, reevaluated the scope of word and revise the estimate. Saving me some money. They were on time, very professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. He is very satisfied with the service, and will use them again.

Michael arrived promptly and easily replaced a broken lock on one of our old house’s doors. He then was able to use the rest of his scheduled time to address 2 other door issues that we were not expecting him to do at this visit. Michael Carraway did an awesome job helping to weatherize an 85 year old crooked front door! He was prompt, he explained what he was doing, he finished in a timely manner, and he cleaned up after himself. Also very friendly and professional! Elijah makes everything look so easy! I've had trouble finding someone to fix a sliding glass door that wasn't installed properly (not by any Ace team members) and Elijah showed up and had it fixed within 20 minutes! I couldn't believe it, other quotes were for hours and hours of work and hundreds of dollars! I joked if he had more time for any other projects and to my surprise he agreed! I can't believe I was able to get the door fixed and my new fan hung so quickly. Thank you!

This is our second time using Ace Handyman service, to repair a hole in the ceiling where I fell through. The estimates are thorough and the repair people are timely, friendly and respectful. Update: just realized this deleted my original post about my first time using them. They replaced the attic stairs . I was unsure on what size to get and they came out and measured first. The repairs guys were professional and answered all my questions.

There is still water puddles under my kitchen sink, the water in the bathroom sink is still draining slow. The odor has minimized so I am thankful for that. The response to this is hilarious. My landlord said otherwise. Either way, I go somewhere else when I pay out of pocket because at least then the issues get resolved. The response was funny though. Like my landlord paying for a service we pay her rent to fix made any difference what so ever. Unprofessional and wrong lol. Got to love it.Services: Repair water fixtures, General repairs

Contacted them to make 2 drywall repairs in my garage ceiling. Each repair was approximately 13 inches square. I was given a estimate over the phone and assigned a technician, Chris Skinner. He was a superb professional and did an outstanding job. I have no complaint whatsoever about the tech or the workmanship. Be advised that they offer a military discount (with ID), but don't advertise it and apparently it must be requested before the invoice is closed out. Not knowing that cost me 10% and being on a fixed income that turned out to be a substantial amount. That was the only negative to this experience. That said, I would use them again if I could get Chris Skinner to do the work.Updated: 8/16/23 - Called them to replace about 15 wood pickets in my privacy fence, The job was scheduled for the next day and the craftsman (Elijah Ragan) arrived early. He was professional and left me with a good looking installation. ACE Handyman is rapidly becoming my "goto" for home repairs.Service: Drywall repair
