A step back to a kinder time welcomes you as you enter the door. If you are ever passing through Louisville Georgia, take a moment to stop. Food is delicious! We tried the meatloaf special and a half BLT and the good salad. One of the finest pieces of cake I have ever had. Because naturally they bring a desert tray around and you just can’t resist!

We were passing through Louisville today and were recommended to stop in for lunch. Great food and great service. We all did different sandwiches with the potato soup. The pimento cheese sandwich was amazing! The dessert was delicious too.

How do I begin...The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxed. It's the type of place that the whole town can conjugate to and enjoy each other's company.The service is spot on Bethany was attentive with a warm personality, answered questions, and made suggestions. I felt satisfied with all interactions with her.The food was Great. I had wings perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not the cheap wings but real wings and drumsticks. The pizza was cooked just golden brown they way it should be not burn at all. I had the salted cheesecake. It was light and fluffy made fresh, and it was the 2nd best cheesecake I have had freshly made.If I had to critique something... it would be the crust on the pizza. It tasted good, but it may have been a frozen crust. It was a quality crust even if it was frozen.

Nice surprise downtown and worth taking the business route. Nice menu with a variety of items and specials. Free cake on Tuesday’s. Server was kind, quick and efficient. Food was presented well and served quickly. Bun on pulled pork sandwich could have been more fresh but beans and potato salad were wonderful. Topped it off with a yummy homemade slice of Butter Pecan cake. Coke was served in a nice heavy glass with lots of ice- the way Coke ought to be!

Lovely small town sandwich shop! Definitely worth stopping by for a simple, restful lunch. Their desserts are to die for! Bonus… they have coffee!! It’s very clean and has a very warm and cozy vibe.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian panini, several salads, veggie sandwich, and soups.Parking: Parking up and down West Broad Street and in front of the shop.Kid-friendliness: Options for the picky kids of the bunch and cake!

While driving back from visiting my grandfather in South Georgia, I stumbled upon this restaurant online. My family and I were pleasantly surprised of how fresh everything was. Our favorite part was the dessert. 4 of us had cheesecake , my son had cookies n cream cake slice. Everyone agreed it was the yummiest cake and cheesecake they have ever had. This is coming from a family that travels full time across the United States, and we have eaten in some of the nicest restaurants there is. We will make it a staple in our stops from now on when we are in the south of Georgia.

Cozy and welcoming place to enjoy a nice bite to eat. Staffed by a talented group of ladies serving up genuine home cooking with a winning combination of culinary skill and charming hospitality. My husband and I were passing through Louisville and happened to stop in Home Fresh Bistro while on a road trip months ago, and I am still thinking fondly of our delicious breakfast and witty waitress. Absolutely do not make the mistake of turning down a slice of cheesecake, it was literally the best I have ever had.

Small town GA treasure! Stumbled across this gem on a back roads adventure. Seriously don't know when we ate this well for less than $20. From scratch pimento cheese sandwich toasted on wheat berry, best I've even had. Hubby's reuben tasted just like it came from his hometown in Amish country PA. Rounded out with two sweet teas, and free cake Tuesday...that strawberry sheetcake was heavenly. A scrumptious find!

Very friendly, courteous, and prompt staff. Plenty of soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts to choose from and very reasonable prices. I already knew I was in love with the place as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by the most wonderful aromas and a smiling face from the hostess! I had the best pimento cheese burger and fries, the food was excellent and the portions were proper. My only complaint is that it's not closer to my house, I'd be there every day! Definitely worth a little detour!

This adorable restaurant was perfect for my family of 11 to stop and enjoy a bite to eat. We were driving to Helen GA from Savannah. It's a must! We had a private room, food was fresh and Delicious and the service was beyond excellent! We will be back!

Part of our team enjoyed lunch at this Bistro today, and the food and service were spectacular. I highly recommend stopping in for something to eat or even just a slice of their beautiful strawberry cake.

Excellent service, delicious food! We got the grilled pimiento cheese with pasta salad and potato soup, and pulled pork as well as the salted caramel cheesecake. Every bite was delightful!

Stopped on my way through for lunch. Had a soup and sandwich combo. Both were delicious and perfect for lunch. Today they had free piece of sheet cake. So I even had dessert. I will add this to my places to stop when in the area. Staff were very friendly. They have a different special everyday and regular menu.

Stopped on our way to Athens and were looking for something better than fast food. This place was absolutely amazing. The interior is super cute and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and competent. Everything we ordered was made fresh there and each thing was better than the next. Finally, the homemade cakes were delicious!! We have a new special spot to stop on the drive between Savannah and Athens.

My wife and I stopped at Home Fresh Bistro for lunch on our way through Georgia. The restaurant is a family run business that was clean and the food was great. The service was friendly and fast also. Our orders were taken quickly, the food was brought out soon after, and our drinks were kept full.I ordered the Grilled Cheese (and added ham to it). The bread on the sandwich was delicious. It really complimented the cheese and ham. My wife ordered the smoked turkey sandwich. She said her sandwich was good as well.It's worth mentioning again how clean it was in the restaurant (including the bathrooms). It definitely was not a "dive" style diner.
